El Alojamiento es cómodo tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos días. Está cerca de todo hay buena comunicación de transporte como para moverse sin auto. Muy bien ubicado.

Cher estuvo muy amable en la recepción. El apartamento está en la mejor zona de Benalmádena, con todos los servicios, a lado de la playa y con unas vistas estupendas. No me cabe duda de que repetiremos.

Yuri hat uns am Anreisetag persönlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung und Umgebung erklärt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet auch die Betten waren sehr bequem . Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Ausblick , die Terrasse waren toll. Wir hatten zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne . Was für uns sehr wichtig war das unser Gastgeber Yuri immer zu erreichen war , das gab uns ein gutes Gefühl . Die Küche war mit allem Komfort eingerichtet . Es war wie zu Hause , nichts hat gefehlt. Yuri hatte uns auch Getränke, in den Kühlschrank gestellt , Bier , Sekt, Wasser . Mancher Gastgeber/in kann sich da mal ein Beispiel nehmen denn solch eine Wohnung und Gastgeber gibt es sehr selten . Als unser Urlaub zu Ende war kam Yuri auch wieder persönlich vorbei und hat uns verabschiedet . Vielen Dank Yuri für den tollen Aufenthalt in Deiner Wohnung , wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩

Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé dans ce charmant appartement rooftop en février 2025 afin de profiter du bord de mer et nous recharger en vitamines D. Claire, notre hôte, nous a accueilli de façon remarquable à 22h dans le logement. D'une gentillesse absolue et pleins de bons conseils pour les visites, les restaurants ... Tout le matériel pour bébé (chaise haute, lit parapluie, draps) était sur place, un vrai plus ! Le logement était très pratique, propre et fonctionnel. Le rooftop avec son jacuzzi privé, un vrai bonheur. Quel plaisir de pouvoir se reposer quelques jours en cette période de l'année ! L'appartement dispose également d'un parking intérieur qui nous a été vraiment très pratique pour nos déplacements. Encore merci Claire ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés :)

Très bel emplacement ! Tout est situé autour! Belle vue, très bien entretenu ! Totalement conforme à l'annonce! Les proprios sont faciles d'accès ! Rosa répond assez rapidement et s'occupe très bien de ses invités ! Nous avons eu un très beau séjour !

El piso está muy bien ubicado, cerca de un parque y de la playa. Tiene una terraza muy chula donde se puede comer allí también. El edificio es muy tranquilo, no te enteras de que tienes vecinos. El piso muy bien, sencillo pero con todas las comodidades. José Antonio fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo referente al piso, e incluso nos mandó unos sitios recomendables para cenar y comer por el Rincón. Hemos estado muy cómodos! Sin duda valoraremos este alojamiento a la hora de volver a alojarnos en la zona!

It’s a compact space yet it has everything you need and a good energy. Daniel is very nice, friendly, quick and easy to communicate with. Value for money.

The apartment was even bigger than in the pictures and really nice! Everything I needed was found and the host was really helpful with everything, and even helped me with the internet so that I could work remotely for a month in video meetings from the apartment. I can recommend the apartment not only for vacations but also for remote working. The apartment itself and the other residents of the house were really peaceful and friendly. The only small distraction was a dog living in the same house that barked sometimes until midnight and could be heard inside. Of course, the host cannot influence the matter and I understand that the best time for dogs is to go outside in the evening when it is not so warm. At the end I really enjoyed myself, the city was wonderfully peaceful and the atmosphere warm. From here it was easy to visit other cities with your own car, but also by bus you could have easily reached, for example, Malaga, where I picked up a car by bus.

The place is a bit outside of Almuñecar city centre but during the summer near a huge beach. Very relaxing and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent bed. Dog friendly. And a beautiful light apartment.

Espaço muito tranquilo, bem equipado...tem tudo para uma estadia com material de limpeza e cozinha, ambiente calmo e familiar voltarei com certeza!!

Raul and Paula have been great hosts! They are both extremely friendly and helpful. Always there to help if needed. We had an amazing time, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The sunsets can be observed from the windows as apartment is located on level 7. There’s lovely beaches just outside the gated community. We hired a car and there’s parking inside the gated community. A fob was provided to us by the hosts to access the gates. All information necessary was provided to us by the hosts before check in. We would definitely return as it was an excellent experience!

magnifique appartement ! l'hôtesse a été extraordinaire et remplie de bienveillance en nous fournissant breuvages et nourriture suite à une arrivée tardive. supermarché a proximité. idéalement, une voiture est souhaitable mais sinon, tout de même économique de se déplacer avec uber pour se rendre au centre-ville. nous recommandons à 120%!!!!! ; )

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for Recovery and Relaxation! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marbella! The place is huge, beautifully designed, and offers an absolutely breathtaking ocean view. It’s located in the same building as the renowned Cirumed Clinic, making it an ideal choice for anyone recovering from surgery. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the hosts were truly exceptional. After my surgery, I had limited mobility, and Anna Maria went above and beyond to assist me—she provided great tips for ordering groceries online and even brought me a whole package of water! The experience was wonderful, and I hope to return soon—next time, hopefully, to fully enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this place for both recovery and a relaxing getaway!

We hebben echt een geweldig aantal dagen gehad in het appartement. Het appartement heeft een fijne sfeer maar het hoogtepunt wat toch echt het prachtige dakterras. We hebben er heerlijk van het weer genoten en samen gegeten. We baalden dat we niet langer konden blijven en komen zeker terug! Nog twee pluspunten: echt alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig en je hebt een eigen parkeerplek!

Alloggio fantastico!confortevole sotto ogni punto di vista,pulitissimo e super accogliente,mi sono sentita a casa. Che dire! L'host delizioso! Sempre presente e attento a ogni mia richiesta,mi ha suggerito posti da visitare durante il mio breve soggiorno,per concentrare al meglio giri culturali e culinari! In aggiunta posizione eccellente ,perfetta per muoversi a piedi serenamente.

Our stay at Oskar's was wonderful. The apartment overlooked a beautiful golf course creating such serenity, lushness and peacefulness we loved sitting out on the balcony it was the highlight of our day . Parking underground in the building was a breeze, large grocery shop in walking distance and some lovely beaches. Plenty restaurants to choose from and it was an easy 1 hr bus ride to Malaga with the bus stop just down the road and well worth a visit along with Marbella this time just over an hour by car. The apartment block was quiet and had a great sized pool and a gym. I highly recommend a stay, there was so much to see and do and sadly our 15nights just went by too fast.

We stayed at Anthony’s apartment for a month. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to upper Torremolinos as well as easy access to the beach. The apartment is spacious and well laid out.. with a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the living room. The large balcony has awesome see views looking towards Benalmadena. We loved the elevator to the beach and easy access to restaurants. Anthony was communicative, attentive and accommodating. Would love to go back!

This is our second visit here and everything was perfect. Great location, views, access to golf, gym, pickleball and our family. Claire was great as always!! Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks. As described by others the kitchen is fully equipped. You can see the train station from the balcony. It is in a great location close to shopping, cafes, bars. The beach is close (walking distance). If you can't do the stairs you can take the elevator for 0.50€ each. Grocery store Mercadona is close by approx 5 minute walk. The appartment is above bars so it can get noisy sometimes. What stands out the most is the hospitality from Marco. I was very grateful for his hospitality. I would definately recommend this location. The appartment was extremely clean. Enjoy your stay!!

Great stay at Carmens place Ideal location Perfect for our needs

We had a relaxing two weeks at Karen‘s lovely apartment. The apartment was perfect in every way and it had everything we needed. The view of the sea down towards Gibraltar was amazing and we spent a lot of the time looking out of the window watching the activity on the beach and boardwalk. Karen was always prompt on communication and we would definitely recommend a stay here. Excellent in every way.

super verblijf alles is aanwezig in het appartement! Het is heerlijk rustig en een mooi uitzicht, geweldig!
