Great place to stay! The pools and the beach were wonderful. Very family friendly. The space was exactly like the pictures. Elias was always very responsive and provided some great local recommendations. We would definitely book with him again.

We stayed with a family of 6 and their was plenty of room for all of us with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The decor was nice and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with how much equipment was available for use. (beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, sport equipment, etc.) One disappointment (which the owner communicated and had no control over) was that the long river style pool was closed for maintenance, but there were 4 other pools available to use, just had to walk a bit to get to, but they did have visitor parking available if you wanted to drive to the other pools or closer to the beach. I liked the security and privacy of the Aquatika complex. We didn't do much in the town it is in and it is about a 30-40 minute drive with no traffic to Luquillo and San Juan, the two places we spent most of our time when not hanging out in the pool or the private beach. The Aquatika grounds have playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts.

This place was great for our group of 8! There was plenty of seating, table space & areas to hangout (even separately from the kids). The place was very comfortable and homey feeling. The included cooler & cart were a life saver. The kids also loved the toys & we did use the beach umbrella one day. These kinds of things are always great when you've had to fly. I remember someone complaining about the water going out of the shower & this was not a real big deal for us. There were 2 bathroom mats & we just used both of those next to each other. The bathroom also had a step stool for the kids which was super helpful for brushing teeth & something often not thought of. The kitchen had everything you could need including 2 different coffee makers & an air fryer. The waterslide was only open on the weekends but we loved it so much we planned around it. The adults even had fun on it. The area felt safe & there are convenience stores nearby. Host is very responsive. We would stay again!

My group and I had a great stay at this Carolina’s place. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made for a really relaxing trip. Celenia was super friendly and made sure I had all the details I needed, so check-in was smooth and easy. She even came to greet us when we arrived and explained how the beeper and gate worked. Also, the place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in the area!

Overall an excellent experience. Abel was very friendly and happy to provide recommendations for things to do. The place is right on the edge of a park and you can hear the coquís at night.

Henry’s place was easy to find. Please put in the Biblioteca San Isidro and it’s immediately behind there. Some of the pins were hard to utilize. Besides that, I was greeted with beverages in the fridge which was helpful since I arrived in the middle of the night. The space is clean and comforting with the amenities needed. Extra linens, towels, chairs, and a cooler. The community is quite nice with a few local joints to eat or buy stuff at the colmado. It was nice to have parking in a driveway as well. Despite some lighting issues, the host was quick to address it. I walked around at night and didn’t have any issues as the neighborhood was safe.

Javier is a great host, he made us feel right at home. He very attentive and responded quickly. Very respectful and friendly. Nice, comfortable and clean home. My kids enjoyed the pool and we love that the beach is just a walk away.
