Unser Aufenthalt bei Miguel war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist top, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This stay was the highlight of our trip! The view from the balcony was gorgeous & as close as it appears in the photo. The Bedroom, kitchen & living areas were nice and clean. Christian was very helpful throughout and communicated well. He also very kindly allowed us to stay after the Checkout time (11:00 AM) as our return flight from Palma Airport was late in the evening. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely visit soon again. -

The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of three (parents and a 4-year-old). We didn't mind that the lift wasn't operational at the start—the flat is on the 5th floor—and we didn't mind a little workout at all. It's not the host's fault, these things happen. There is a Spar shop with a coffee station right at the doorstep, which is super convenient. There are lots of great restaurants in the area; we especially loved La Pizza (5 min walk). We were renting a car, and within 30-60mins there were lots of beautiful beaches and parks to see. But if you're walking, the local beach is great too! The view from the flat is stunning. The flat itself faces North, which makes it cooler during the day. Getting lovely, gentle sunshine in the late afternoon. A nice thing was a chest of beach toys that we used during our stay. All a child needs to build a decent sand castle! The bed is comfy. The shower is hot :) An all-around great place to stay for a few days or longer!

The location of the apartment is lovely, right on the sea, within a short distance of all amenities, local beaches and anything you may need. The apartment inside was as described and it met all of our needs. It was well equipped and made for a great holiday. The host was fantastic in providing information up front, providing advice and guidance for specific queries we had and for support during our stay. I would highly recommend this apapartment and the host to others. First rate experience.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Very central location, close to the beach and restaurants but also in a relatively quiet street. We could hear a little bit of street noise but totally acceptable and there are no open noisy terraces or bars in the close neighbourhood. Nice apartment with nice deco and well equipped. Felt cosy. It was ok to find a parking space in April but maybe check with Charly if you visit during the summer. From Port de Pollenca we visited and hiked both peninsulas: Formentor and Alcúdia. Great landscapes. Globally, very satisfied with our stay.

Todo genial, el apartamento está tal como se describe en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con Margalida es excelente, la llegada fue autónoma y súper sencilla. Destacar los pequeños detalles como el desayuno para el primer día o el kit de limpieza que resultan súper útiles. Mil gracias por todo, recomendable 100%.

Wir haben für 4 Nächte mit zwei Kindern eingecheckt. Wohnung war entsprechend den Anweisungen einfach zu finden. Diese entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Bequeme Betten und atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und antwortet stets zügig. Alles Nötige fußläufig zu erreichen. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung vom Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis uneingeschränkt!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der einzige Nachteil, die Kissen sind sehr hart. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Max, Margrit und Oliver

This home is spectacular. The views are beautiful. The setting is tranquil. Sitting on the deck or in the jacuzzi overlooking the sea was so relaxing and peaceful. Really nice hiking to the village of Deia or along the coast that starts right from the house. Easy walk down to the swimming cove. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all comfortable and nicely furnished. We never wanted to leave.

Ett jättefint hus med fantastisk omgivning samt pool och jättenära till strand, restauranger, supermarkets mm. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 4 barn och huset var optimalt för sällskapet. Juan som värd var vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid snabb med kommunikation.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, tolles Ambiente. Kindermatratze im Stockbett bisschen zu hart, aber mit Decken als Unterlage ging es gut.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Great stay! Would for sure stay here again. The house is amazing, and having parking was a great benefit.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!

Das Apartement von Carme was sehr schön. Es hat eine tolle Lage, mit Blick aufs Meer. Es hat alles was man braucht, und ist sehr sauber. Auch die Better sind sehr bequem und es ist sehr ruhig. In 30 Sekunden ist man am Meer. Hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, und der wunderschöne lange Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Carme reagiert sofort auf Nachrichten und kam mit den Check-in Zeit sehr entgegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Carme!

Wir waren 12 Nächte in dieser einzigartigen Wohnung! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe, den unglaublichen Garten mit den vielen tollen Kunstwerken von Kosme von Anfang an genossen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Danke für alles!! Annett und Harald Karin und Dodo

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

We had a fantastic week at Fernando’s apartment during our cycling trip around Alcudia and will definitely be back! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, bike rentals, and the lovely promenade &restaurants. Fernando was incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. The apartment itself is really well-equipped and really felt like a home away from home - the kitchen was stocked with spices, cleaning supplies, towels, and all the essentials you could need. There was plenty of bedding and towels provided, and even a bike pump was available, which was a great bonus. The only small drawbacks were the beds that tend to slide apart and a fire alarm in the hallway of the complex that randomly went off one night - but it seemed like a one-time thing. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we’ll happily book this apartment again for our next cycling trip!
