We had a wonderful stay at Alejandro's place! The house is spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable! We loved the neighborhood, quiet but with many nice cafes and restaurants (especially Casa Montaña :) and the location is also great, because you can take the metro to the center and the beach in walking distance. Definitely recommend it!

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Estefanía y su madre fueron amables y muy atentas a nuestras necesidades, fueron muy comprensivas y nos ayudaron en todo.

Lovely location for the beach and harbour area with a short metro ride or Uber for the centre of Valencia. Lots of small, local bars to eat and drink nearby, recommend the Artisan restaurant almost next door and the coffee hatch in the street behind the house.

Hemos estado unos amigos y nuestros perros, hemos tenido una experiencia de lo más acogedora y tranquila además, el Airbnb es exactamente igual que en las fotos. Está situado en medio de la montaña, con muchísimo terreno para que los perros jueguen y se entretengan. Tanto Sophie como Maiquel han sido unos anfitriones excepcionales, muy simpáticos y siempre tratando de hacer nuestra experiencia perfecta. La casa no cuenta con calefacción pero sí con chimenea y nos han suministrado leña constantemente para estar calentitos. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Muy recomendable.

We had a wonderful stay. Can really recommend this place if you are looking to relax. Beautiful surroundings with a lot of hiking trails. And still close to Valencia. The house has everything you need. Nick and Jeremy were the perfect hosts. Thoughtful and helpful.

Thilo ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento. El alojamiento es una maravilla en medio de un entorno tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la piscina, y nuestros dos perros lo han disfrutado como los que más. ¡Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda!

Ik heb een heerlijke overnachting gehad. de natuur is prachtig en je kunt er hele mooie wandelingen maken. De openhaard is de parel van het huis. Filip heeft me heel veel hout gegeven en sochends kreeg ik een zeer uitgebreid en gezond ontbijt met verse eieren. Bedankt voor alles!

Es war ein sehr wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Rafa Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für die Familie. Wir konnten uns (3 Familien (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder)) gut erholen und hatten genügend Platz. Highlight: - großer Pool für klein und Groß (leider hat bei uns das Wetter während unserem Aufenthalt größtenteils nicht mitgespielt). Der Pool ist auch teils tief und gut zum schwimmen. - Kamin zum Grillen war super! - Haus mit genügend Platz - privaten abgesicherten Parkplatz Super Highlight: - großartiger Gastgeber Rafa!! Er hat alle unsere Probleme und Wünsche umgehend umgesetzt und stand jederzeit via Airbnb Chat innerhalb von Minuten zu Verfügung für uns.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle villa. Tout était parfait, belles terrasses, très agréables, possibilité de stationner dans la cour, ce qui n est pas négligeable en pleine saison. Maison très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Linge de lit et serviettes de toilette fournis. Accueil très chaleureux, propriétaire disponible, Nous reviendrons très certainement profiter en famille!!! merci encore!!!!

Antonio was very friendly, contacted us in advance and waited outside the apartment for our arrival. The location of the apartment was also very good, just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. There is supermarkets nearby, and Antonio also recommended few good restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was very good.

Highly recommend Eva's apartment. It is stylish, clean and comfortable. There is also secure underground parking. Walking distance to the beach. We also walked into Valencia city which took 1.5 hours. Eva is a perfect host. Always responsive and very helpful. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Just a fabulous stay for us, a family of 5. Loads of space, great pool, great big outdoor terrace and great paella from Manolo and Sue and we were very happy to relax in the calm surroundings. There is a fab bakery, a couple of friendly bars which serve tasty food and a basic supermarket all within walking distance. Great places to eat and supermarkets further out within a 10 minute drive. Olocau, Bétera and La Pobla vallbona. Overall we loved the space and peace and Duna the dog. Sue and Manolo were great hosts, easygoing and helpful. The house has loads of room, loads of bathrooms, big kitchen with everything you need, big TV with fire stick. Wi-Fi. About a 30 minute drive north of Valencià or park and ride and get a metro from Godella. We loved it, even the cicadas just became part of the day. Looking forward to returning again!

Apartament amb encant, net i ordenat. De fàcil accés, aprop del centre i de l’emblemàtica Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. L’amfitrió ha facilitat l’arribada i la sortida abans i després de l’hora estipulada. La recepció va ser amable i facilitadora i, la comunicació abans i durant l’estada excel.lent. Sense dubte tornaria.

Van begin tot eind was alles perfect. De ontvangst door Maria Ines was vriendelijk. Ze nam alle tijd om de noodzakelijke dingen uit te leggen, maar ook over alle mooie wandelroutes die vanuit dit huis gemaakt konden worden. Het huis is knus en comfortabel. We zijn hier 5 dagen geweest en hebben alle avonden de haard gestookt. Aan hout geen gebrek. Bicorp is een klein rustig dorp met 1 kleine supermarkt en 2 kroegen met een terras. Wij vonden dat prima. Bij ons vertrek werden we door Maria Ines uitgezwaaid en kregen ook nog een zak sinaasappels uit eigen tuin mee. Kortom: dit is een aanrader!!

La comunicacion fue fantastica, y la casa era genial, todo muy bien, salimos muy contentos

Excelente zona del apartamento, nada mas sales por la puerta encuentras la playa, cerca de restaurantes. El piso es tal cual lo describen, para pocos dias es ideal.

Lovely finished place and peaceful location

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

Toni es un propietario amable y responsable que me envió detalles detallados del check-in el día antes de que llegáramos. Esto hizo que nuestro check-in fuera muy fácil . La casa está muy limpia y bonita , especialmente el patio independiente es muy adecuado para familias con perros. A pocos pasos de la playa. También hay un restaurante con estrella Michelin. Carrefour en 7 u 8 minutos en coche, y a 10 minutos de Gandia y Oliva. Tuvimos unas vacaciones perfectas.
