We enjoyed our stay very much! The terrace is big, sunny and quiet and on rainy days it is also cozy inside. There is good cooking equipment and a heater. And the bed is also very comfortable. We definitely recommend booking the apartment! Thank you for having us, we had such a nice time.

This apartment was modern, very clean and had all amenities. WiFi - Dishwasher washing machine (w/liquid & tablets) iron etc. bathroom was very clean and shower was fantastic. Host left tea coffee & some little cakes as a welcome treat. Host was friendly and left clear instructions and was always available if need be. Would definitely book again. Only be aware it's 2nd floor with no lift.

We had a great time in Santa Cruz. Our flight as well as our rental car were late but Carlos dad waited for us so we could check in. The ocean view was amazing. Thanks again ☺️

Proste skvele, na podzim se chceme vratit😉Vhodne i pro rodinu s malym ditetem. Kousek od surfarskeho spotu. Nadherne mestecko, promenady, libilo se nam zde vic nez v Ericeire. Skvele na surf i surf skate. Klidne ale prazdinove vibes. V byte je vse, co je k zivotu treba👍

Fin och funktionell lägenhet, större än vad jag hade förväntat mig! Väl utrustat kök, extra plus för tvättmaskin. Platsen aningen utanför Santa Cruz centrum men fina stränder i närheten. Något lyhört.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est tout simplement somptueux. A 3 minutes à pied de la plage par un accès direct de l'appartement. La piscine dans la résidence est un vrai plus. L'appartement est très spacieux et fonctionnel. je recommande +++++

Bonito apartamento al lado de la playa, con una terraza desde donde se ve el mar. Mariana nos recibió al llegar y fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos encantaría volver!

Great place to stay with a beautiful view from the terrace and walkable location close to the beach and the town of Ericeira. Luis was very helpful and responsive during our stay.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und alle hatten viel Platz. Die Aussicht auf den Ozean ist klasse und zwei schöne Strände in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit João war einfach und schnell. Toll war auch der Obstkorb mit dem wir begrüßt wurden. Lediglich die Feuchtigkeit und die Ameisen im Haus bei der Ankunft, waren nicht optimal, haben uns aber auch nicht weiter gestört und lagen wohl auch an der Jahreszeit zu der wir gereist sind. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke João :)

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

To echo all the other reviews, this place is a gem. The views from the living room, patio, and roof are amazing. Obvious love and care went into the restoration of the house, and I enjoyed finding all the cat/fish artwork and fun touches everywhere. Arrival by car and parking was surprisingly easy (there’s no need to squeeze through Peniche’s narrower streets) with ample free public parking less than 2 minutes’ walk away. One thing to bear in mind for winter visitors is that the house is heated by portable space heaters and the downstairs (where the bedrooms and bathroom are) never really heats up. This isn’t a problem really as plenty of blankets are provided and you’ll spend most of your waking time upstairs, which stays toasty warm. Thanks again to Maria for such a lovely stay for me and my dog and also to her friendly neighbor who was so chatty and let me practice my baby Portuguese language skills with him.

Highly recommend! Beautiful and peaceful seaside holiday villa! Perfect for a family with two kids like us. Ana and Pedro are very friendly and proactive. We arrived around 1am in the morning but Pedro was still online to instruct us to check in smoothly. They pre-lit the fireplace and turned on the heater to make the house really cosy and warm place to stay and relax after a really long haul journey. Thanks Ana and Pedro, our family had a really nice stay!

Filipe was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. He went above and beyond to make my family comfortable and feel at home. His hopitality was incredible. He provide restaurant, market, and shopping recommendations along with printed maps. The house is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and well equipped. There are walking trails along the ocean steps from the home. Staying in this beautiful house made our trip stress-free and relaxing. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you so much Filipe for taking care of my family and allowing us to enjoy your home in Ericeira without any worries.

just as expected, location is great and access directly to the beach. restaurants and food store minutes walking. overall nice place. the only issue was it's on the main road so the front has traffic noise but only in the day as night is quiet with few cars. the building carries noise a bit, we had neighbors that were noisy in the day with kids, so that of course is just a matter of who's staying there. would stay again.

Beautiful spacious apartment, we were a family of four and it was the perfect size for us to spend time together but also have our own space. The views are stunning from the balconies across the coast. Victor was very welcoming, provided really key information on where to shop/ eat and quick to respond on messages to any questions. We would highly recommend a stay and a visit to the cafe opposite for Pastel De Nata 😋

The home is fantastic with truly a gorgeous view. Perfect location - 2 min to the beach and a small shopping centre including a supermarket. And nice short walk to the old town center. The living room is in reality a bit smaller than the photos suggest but is still big enough and very cozy. The gas wasn’t working in the beginning but was immediately fixed. Overall, we would love, really love, to go back to this home.

Wir hatten einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Nunos Apartment. Nuno ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und er hat uns viele gute Tips während unseres Aufenthalts gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Trotz des schlechten Wetters hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Baleal. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und zum Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten.

We loved it here. The place was Perfect for 2 people. The hosts were the best ever. We received a wonderful welcome package. The surf and beaches were just fantastic. Take warm clothes as the wind can really drop the temperatures. We have been to many places but it’s the only place we can’t wait to rebook. Rickard’s was so helpful and is clearly dedicated to giving all the support to your holiday. So very passionate about the place, we can see why. Such a fantastic vibe. I would say if you love surfing this is paradise if you are a new starter then this is perfect. If you have mobility issues this would probably not be the best place for you due to the amount of walking you need to do. The pictures do not give the location justice. Hire bikes and get exploring it’s breathtaking. Some fantastic restaurants all far cheaper than 🇬🇧. Book and enjoy !!!

Appartement agréable avec belle vue mer et proximité de la plage . Parking facile devant la résidence .Hote sympathique et réactive . A voir à Péniche superbe cote de rochers déchiquetés au cap Carvoeiro , et couchers de soleils magnifiques avec vagues déferlantes au cap de la forteresse .

Zeer aangename, behulpzame verhuurders! Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug, en liefst voor langer dan 1 week. De keuken was goed uitgerust met veel keukengerei, wat een pluspunt is als je graag op vakantie kookt. De ligging is perfect op wandelafstand naar het dorp.
