Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

La ubicación es muy cercana a la playa, el piso es lo adecuado a ese precio, tiene todo el equipamiento de un piso normal.

The appartement is very well situated, close to the beach and in the heart of the old city, surrounded by nice buildings. Moreover, one of the trails that go to the Santa Barbara castle starts in front of the apartment building. The apartment is very cosy, clean and well equipped and the communication with Liubov is easy. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Es un apartamento muy recomendable. Es como si estuvieras en un hotel pero con casa particular. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. La piscina es fantástica.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Enrique and Domingo’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect .The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting CastelPlace!

Мы провели 4 замечательных дня в этой квартире на берегу моря. Безупречная квартира от Ольги!!! Соответствует полностью фото и описанию!!! В квартире есть всё необходимое. 2 минуты до песочного пляжа, рядом рестораны и кафе, замечательный морской променад . Связь с Ольгой и её компанией была очень быстрая!!! Любой вопрос и запрос был моментально решён. От аэропорта примерно 1час двадцать минут автобус или такси/машина 30-40 минут. Квартиру очень рекомендую!!! И мы всегда с удовольствием будем рады вернуться снова!!!

Sehr schöne neuwertige Wohnung in einem total renovierten Altbau. Schlafzimmeraustattung sehr gut. Küche für zwei Personen ausreichend — aber nicht mehr. 2 Platten Cerankochfeld und sehr guter Abzugshaube. Kochutensilien eher mau. Riesiger neuer Fernseher mit vielen spanischen Programmen. Sichere Eingangstür mit Videoüberwachung. Bad absolut neuwertig — die Frage ist nur wie lange, da sich bereits die Fugen lösen und typisch spanisch auf eine Silikonfuge verzichtet wurde - eigentlich schade für das sehr schöne Bad.

L’appartamento è ben progettato, nuovo, moderno e pulito. Ha anche un garage sotterraneo con un extra di 5,00€ al giorno, anche se in questo periodo non è difficile trovare il parcheggio in strada. È dotato di un locale lavanderia in comune, molto comodo. La reception è quasi sempre a disposizione e tutti i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi. Super consigliato!

Lydia’s place was very convenient and it felt like home. The apartment was located in a very walkable area, close to attractions, restaurants and beach. Lydia was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back if visiting Alicante again

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Wer günstig, zentral und doch abseits vom Touristentrubel übernachten möchte ist hier richtig. Trotzdem sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönen Strand von Alicante. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Vom Balkon kann man das echte spanische Leben beobachten. Genauso wie ich es wollte. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, ein schöner überdachter Markt, Bus & Straßenbahn. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, Handtücher und Shampoo werden gestellt. Alles ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man für den Preis etwas besseres findet. Deshalb gebe ich 5 Sterne und empfehle die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

El apartamento es tal cual se describe , buena ubicación, muy limpio y cómodo. Sin duda para repetir.

Chambre prise à la dernière minute et pourtant le service était au top avec tout ce qu’il m’a fallu pour une semaine à Alicante. Le quartier est parfait également. Seul point noir les murs sont fins pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger

Review Well what can I say! We arrived to find a beautiful apartment which was immaculately clean and filled with everything we needed to make it a perfect stay! We loved that the host had made it so homely so we really felt that we could relax in complete comfort. The outside space was beautiful - so lovely to wake up too - and being golfers ourselves my husband and I really enjoyed watching others tee off with a nice cup of coffee (or glass of beer) in hand morning and evening! I must also add that the shower was fantastic (my daughter who has very long hair has insisted I write this because she has never had a good shower away from home as good as the one she had here!) so that was an absolute winner for everyone! We played golf in the area, we visited historical places and we enjoyed watching rugby in some lovely bars! My son particularly enjoyed playing pool at the 19th hole! & we all agreed that we must come back to use the pool when it’s a little warmer! The host was amazing
