What you see is what you get! The place is A+. A perfect place to retreat, enjoy the view, and easily walk along the beach or marina. We intended to be anchored here for two days and relax…and that was realized to the full. We didn’t even leave to eat out because everything we needed to store and prepare our own meals was in place. When check out time came, we didn’t want to leave.

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—peaceful, relaxing, and with a beautiful beach view that made every morning feel magical. It was the ideal getaway for some quality time with my daughter. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

We had to find a place to stay with our 2 little dogs last min, we found this Airbnb and had the best experience! Erik was so friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations and wanted to make sure we had a great time and were happy and comfortable! Everything was clean and well taken care of, our bed was super comfortable and our doggies felt right at home! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you Erik for everything!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 6 nights before dropping off our family member to hike the PCT. The place was roomy enough for them to deal with their gear and we were able to spread out as a family and enjoy some movies and family meals. We enjoyed all of the local recommendations and the beach sunsets. I was worried about parking, but it was never a huge issue, for the record. The only time we had trouble was on the Farmers Market night, but we were patient and found a spot. The Farmers Market was amazing by the way! We had a great time at this cute little house and highly recommend it to others looking for a great spot with a great host in OB.

Oh my, what a great spot! Moments from the beach - we didn’t even put on our shoes. We loved the coffee shop (The Funky Lemon) right across the street. Easy freeway access to everything. The house is perfect for families and we were grateful for the beach chairs and beach toys provided. And the upper deck was perfect for sunsets. What a great spot! Thank you! PS. We were also impressed with the cleaning. There was no sand anywhere when we arrived. Impressive beach cleaning skillz!

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

The hosts we quick to respond to all communications, suggested local wheelchair accessible I for Action and had a ramp at the back door when we arrived (even though it was only o e step and we would have been fine it was a very thoughtful touch) his place was perfect for our family while we were I. Town for my daughters wedding. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

We had a fantastic stay at Clarissa’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a row of houses away from the beach and conveniently close to the Village, restaurants, and Legoland. Clarissa is an incredible host, always responsive and attentive to anything we needed. The home itself is well-equipped with everything you could ask for. We only used one bedroom in the back, and the bed was very comfortable. The long driveway behind a small gate was a huge plus, easily fitting our GMC truck and a smaller SUV. This home is also great for larger groups, with plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—actually, even better. The place was spotless, super comfy bed, and quality linens. The location couldn’t have been better—literally just a short walk to the beach, tons of great restaurants, and train station nearby. We did not need a car all weekend, which was such a bonus. The host was incredibly responsive, offering great recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We arrived for the Ironman race with lots of race gear. The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs Highly recommend staying here, whether you're in town for a quick getaway or a longer stay. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area! Thank you!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed staying at Justin’s place. The communication was great via email. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk. There are several restaurants within walking distance including breakfast places. There’s plenty of nightlife around the area if you’re looking for that. Even though you could hear some of the noise from the nightlife in the front bedroom, it couldn’t be heard from the master and it wasn’t distracting inside the condo. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom, which was relaxing. The kitchen was new and clean as well as the bathroom counters. The master shower needs an update and maybe new bedroom carpet, but are still acceptable. The beds were really comfortable. He provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and paper towels. It was just as described on the listing. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve rented, but it was spacious and very convenient, plus parking was included. We would definitely stay here again.

A gem to stay when in San Diego. Loved the walking trail right in front of the property. My family and I were comfortable coming back after a long day exploring the city. There were some kid-friendly items like dishware, sand toys, and board games that came in handy.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.
