Beautiful and peaceful setting, beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our time in Capitol Reef. This is seriously the best location for having access to the park. Beautiful location and so many wild animals to watch through our windows. The tub was a favorite for the grandkids. We didn’t know it had a roof patio until the last day! Amazing to watch the sunrise

We had a wonderful time at Erica’s place! Super convenient to access Capitol reef, my questions were responded to right away, and the house was beautiful!!! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Mike was always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. Our family went to the Koosh cabins for a Father’s Day fishing trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Plenty of room, and a perfect spot to get to the surrounding lakes. Thanks again for a great weekend Mike! 🤙

We have stayed in this location several times. We love the space. It feels very comfortable and homey. The cleanliness is top notch. The owner is responsive to communication. We will continue to stay in this location as available.

We had lotsa fun and grandkids loved the play area downstairs! Master bedroom, bath area really nice.

We were a rather large group of eleven that also rented the attached apartment. Most everything was functional as intended. We had a few issues with the electronic door lock which the host addressed promptly. The only thing to complain about is that the TV is rather small for the large living room that it is in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this listing again.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay for a few nights. Was our first time renting a "tiny home" and we loved it. Everything we needed for a good night's rest.

This apartment is quirky but charming - I felt very comfortable at once. Huge tub. It's right off the main drag but was quiet and private. For a small kitchen she has managed to fit in a lot of necessary equipment! Great location for getting to Capitol Reef NP.

Chanelle and John are very hospitable and provided local information for us. We also had good chat, and their unit is clean and nice. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely book their unit next time when we visit around Capital reef national park area.

Well located close to Capitol Reef National Park, on the highway by a walkable neighborhood and some restaurants and shops, with some cheerful goats next door.

The place is walk distance to a few coffee shops and restaurants which is great. It's also a short drive to Capitol Reef. The place itself is clean and cozy. It makes for a great base for exploring the park.

Beautiful little cabin. Nothing fancy but perfect for a weekend getaway. No cell service or WiFi, this was listed in the details but not in the general description. Being so remote it would have been nice to have WiFi in case of emergency. Beautiful views! Very quiet and very peaceful. The kitchen had utensils and pans, everything you’d need to make a few meals. The pictures were a little misleading because the house is actually quite close to a series of other houses and ranch buildings, and therefore not quite as secluded and private as we had thought. Easy to access, clear instructions from the listing and the host was reachable via phone. Overall a very pleasant and simple stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Koosharem Cabin. Our kids kept asking if we “could live here”. Clean, quaint, and comfortable. Very well stocked with anything you might need and the beds were wonderful. Great location for exploring Central Utah. Would love to stay again!

I thought this was just a small cabin, but oh boy looks can be deceiving. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! This house is spacious and well thought out. It was perfect for 4 adults to sprawl out in the living room, to watch football on a Sunday, after a long day of hiking. Sightseeing and restaurants are super close by and the house was an incredibly easy check in. I would stay here again and absolutely recommend to others

What a GEM!! Natalie‘s home is absolutely stunning! You can really tell this was a family passion home build from start to finish and they’ve put so much attention into every detail- every light switch with adorable bears and cut out molding to make room for these features just as one example! They have a binder with their family favorites/loval recommendations. Extremely comfortable bedding (kids loved the triple bunks! - lowest levels very short would be ok for 4yo or younger; middle/ top great for our 5-10yos). Adorable/ high end decorations created a cozy cabin feel, perfect for our first few nights in Utah! Two porches with STUNNING private views. Kids Loved exploring the property and Found some great hiking sticks we left for the next guests! Logistics: kitchen well stocked (we added a few tips like a bottle opener/measuring cup etc which I’m confident Natalie will have for your next stay!). Games avail. Organ/king pole not for kids to touch (keep in mind for younger kids)

The cabin was great, pictures are true to form. Very relaxing and peaceful. We did have trouble getting the tv up and running but kept it off to stay away from the rat race. Was I looking for a peaceful vacation .

Absolutely love this house and we were thrilled to be back for another stay. The location is perfect--totally private and quiet, but very near Capitol Reef National Park and all of the hiking around Torrey. The house itself has amazing views (and walks right out the door) and is very clean and comfortable. Adam and his colleague April communicate very well. While the house is on a gravel road off the highway between Torrey and Boulder, GPS will find the house very reliably.

Wow. This home has views that are unmatched. My only piece of advice: learn from our mistake and do whatever you need to do to arrive during daylight. Following Willie’s instructions got us to the house safely, but trying to find the home in the dark on dirt roads that don’t show up on google maps is stressful. Arrive during the daytime and you will find that this home blows the competition away. We actually didn’t even do much during our stay besides just enjoying all of the amenities: the sauna, the outdoor marble tub, the fire pit, table tennis, and in the evening a family movie by the fireplace. The views are spectacular and the home super cozy. Would love to come back!
