Great spot only minutes from Cruz Bay. There’s a single parking spot that takes a little work to fit into but it’s sufficient. Good house for our family of 4 (2 teens). GREAT views from the back deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would suggest darker curtains in the bedrooms as the current ones don’t keep out any light. Bed linens could be upgraded. Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

We had a a very peaceful stay at Cassie's place. Even with a family upstairs, it was very quiet in our unit. The views are stunning and the kitchen is well equipped. We ended up cancelling our only dinner reservation to spend more time relaxing at the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter's guest house. The view from the deck was amazing - including fantastic landscaping, the pool was perfect, and all the amenities were great. Peter was very responsive and kind and helped us a lot with feedback and suggestions regarding things to do. Please do as the other reviews suggest and insist on an all wheel drive 2 door car such as a Jeep in order to get around and make it up and down the driveway.

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

I booked Jon's seaside villa for mine and my wife's 10th anniversary, my 50th birthday and my daughter's 8th birthday almost a year ago and we couldn't wait for the arrival day. It was totally worth the wait. After a 3 hour Delta delay out of Atlanta, we got to the island late with our initial plans blown up. After getting off at the ferry dock with all of our luggage, we were tired, hungry and mentally shot. We started walking to the cabin with all of our bags and realized that was a mistake. I texted Jon to see if he could help. He quickly responded and he and Nancy came to our rescue. Won't get into the details, but they swooped in and quickly made us feel like friends. Something we'll never forget. Now for the villa. Words can't describe the beauty your eyes see from inside the house. Your front lawn is the Caribbean Sea. Open the sliding glass doors and you hear nothing but waves crashing. And yes, the pictures on the listing are very accurate. Can't wait to go back!!!

Location, location, location! Close to Cruz Bay Ferry, grocery stores and many restaurants. The St John’s Provisions Bakery directly below this ABNB was AMAZING!!! Great coffee, expresso, baked goods, smoothies, sandwiches. We are big fans. Would stay here again. Thx Ramona and Chris

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb on Tortola! The unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, from a full kitchen to cozy outdoor seating. I left the doors open while I was there to take advantage of the lovely breeze. And while the unit has air conditioning O didn’t turn it on until I went to bed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of local tips that made my trip extra special. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, this place is a perfect home base while you’re on Tortola.

Apart from the hill, this was an exceptional place. Everything needed for a day at the beach was there and it was fantastic. We walked the hill a couple times and grabbed taxis the rest of the trips. Good location and a fantastic view. Would stay again!

My husband and I just got back from Donald’s place and we could not have loved it more. It was the perfect location, felt right at home, and had the best vacation. We rented a car for the first few days to explore the island, get ferries to Jost and Virgin Gorda, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset dinner at Bananakeet, one of Donald’s recommendations. Donald’s home has everything you could possibly need, with the most comfortable bed and the perfect balcony for sitting out to enjoy the view. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Alexia's Airbnb was topnotch!! The home was beautiful with everything I could ask for that made my birthday week a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. But the most AMAZING part of the condo was the stunning view of the bay. It was pure joy to wake up every morning sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and my kindle to start my day. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in St. Thomas! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the stunning property. The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of tropical charm. The outdoor space was a highlight, enjoying the panoramic views of the ocean. Red hook is also a short drive away!

Teresa is a wonderful and extraordinarily helpful owner. She reached out to me soon after my booking and assisted me to find additional units for our large family for the same week in her resort. Having returned from the vacation in St Thomas, all I can say is that her lovely unit and the resort within it is located far exceeded my expectations in every way. It is fabulous. The sleeping capacity was about 6 and included 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and the view from the 2 terraces is gorgeous, overlooking the property to the water. Teresa's suggestions for restaurants near by, activities to engage in etc were so very helpful to a group which had never been to the island before. All the adults in our group said, "we cannot wait to go back!" Thank you Teresa.

Our stay was wonderful! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach, which had plenty of beach chairs (at no charge). The restaurants/bar at the beach was convenient, and kayak and/or paddle board rentals were available. The pool was also at the beach and very nice. The condo itself was very comfortable, with a kitchen that had everything needed for cooking full meals. We also enjoyed the tranquil view from the balcony. The location was great as well, with easy access to Red Hook, the ferry, and other beaches nearby. The hosts were responsive, and proactive with suggestions for activities, shopping, and dining. We highly recommend, and wish we could return right away!

Extraordinary! Larissa's home is convenient to restaurants, shops, and the St. John ferry. The home is contemporary with a well-appointed kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. Whether enjoying a sunrise from the balcony, strolling along the beach, or walking to one of many restaurants - this property has it all. Most importantly, Larissa is an excellent host - she went above and beyond with communication and hospitality, ensuring we had everything we needed for a special birthday celebration in the Virgin Islands. 5+ stars!

The Condo is beautiful and well appointed and the setting was superb! We travelled to different beaches each day and then spent the later afternoons on Cowpet Bay which was a nice break from the crowds.

Wonderful quiet, space and loved the gated area with beautiful views! Cooler and beach chairs were a nice bonus. Tips: Google maps is accurate. The owner sends step by step instructions although we didn’t need it. You need a proper car. The roads are legit steep. We did walk 20 minutes to and from town a couple times although we enjoy walking. Gym is old although similar to a low to mid Marriott.
