Apartmán na krásnom mieste s pekným výhľadom na hory a more, dobre vybavený aj vo vnútri aj vonku s pekným posedením a lehátkami. Autom sa bolo dostupných veľa pekných pláži do 15 - 20 minút jazdy. Blízko dostupné ajj reštaurácie, kaviarne a obchod.

L’appartement est un excellent pied à terre extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir Baunei et ses alentours. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Elias est aux petits soins et l’appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien!

Das Haus von Giovanna ist ein kleines Juwel. Wunderbar restauriert, mit vielen liebevoll ausgesuchten Details und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Ausgezeichnete Betten (in Italien ja nicht immer ganz selbstverständlich), in denen es sich auch deswegen gut schlafen lässt, weil man vom Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße von Baunei nichts mitbekommt. Der abendliche Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Auch der Parkplatz im Hof ist Gold wert, allerdings sollte das Auto nicht zu lang sein, weil öfter mal gegenüber geparkt wird. Man kann das Auto aber problemlos auch am Ortsende auf einem öffentlichen Platz abstellen. Als gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts die Wasserversorgung in Baunei dürrebedingt ein bisschen stockte, war Giovanna sofort erreichbar und schickte jemanden vorbei, der auf die Wasserreserve (eine große Zisterne auf dem Grundstück) umstellte. Auch sonst war der Kontakt sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns richtig in das Haus verliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

In ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß zu Restaurants , Geschäften o. Supermarkt (Conad) - top. Ruhige Lage, nichts stört den Schlaf. Die Fotos stimmen im Wesentlichen, stellen die Räume aber deutlich heller/freundlicher dar als in echt. Ausstattung u. Sauberkeit sind wirklich gut. Im Garten zu sitzen ging wegen der Stechmücken kaum. Für Kaffeetrinker gibt es nur ein kleines Esspresso-/Mocca-Kännchen (1 Tasse) für den Induktionsherd oder löslichen Kaffee. Ein Doppelbett ist sehr gut/bequem. Im 2. Zimmer stehen 2 Betten nebeneinander. Die Matratzen sind aber um einige cm kürzer u. schmäler als die Rahmen/Lattenroste. Mein Sohn ist ca. 1,85 m und konnte darauf nicht schlafen. Paola hat am nächsten Tag eine neue Matratze gebracht, die war zwar dicker aber nicht größer. Wir haben dann die Zimmer getauscht, da keine größere beschafft werden konnte. Die Kommunikation mit Paola und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft waren perfekt! Insgesamt eine super Woche, die wir zu dritt dort verbringen konnten. Vielen Dank Paola!

Graziellas apartment is perfect for total relaxation and privacy but having everything in walking distance This is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in , it’s even better than the pictures ,rooms are spacious , kitchen well equipped , beds very comfortable and a bonus 2 bathrooms ! We loved the local art and classic Sardinian decoration The views of the sea and tower from the balcony amazing , great to wake up to the sound of the birds and the sea , we saw some glorious sunrises and a full moon on the 1st night reflected on the sea … Graziella thank you for lending us your family home we will be back for sure Clare and Hilary

Die Unterkunft bei Gisa war sehr schön. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Ort Santa Maria Navaresse ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Parfait, le logement est superbe, raffiné et très confortable. La vue depuis la terrasse du haut et aux fenêtres est magnifique. Enfin, Claudio a été adorable et d’une grande aide pour beaucoup de choses ! Merci beaucoup !

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft! Claudia hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch Tipps für Strände Supemärkte und Restaurants waren top. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terrasse war unser Highlight. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man fürs Kochen benötigt. Sogar die Grundvorräte zum kochen wie Olivenöl, Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Internet und der Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Bellissima esperienza. L'appartamento è molto pratico, dotato di tutti i confort, pulitissimo ed offre una vista splendida sul mare. Il self check-in ed il parcheggio riservato sono stati molto apprezzati. L'host Fabrizia è stata disponibilissima e molto gentile. A pochi metri dall'appartamento parte un bel sentiero panoramico verso Pedra Longa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo.

Sono stata ospite di Maria con la mia famiglia e siamo stati tutti molto soddisfatti della scelta dell'alloggio. Posizione ottima per visitare le tante spiagge dell'Ogliastra, raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Appartamento accogliente e fresco grazie alla posizione riparata. Maria e la sua famiglia ci hanno dato tanti consigli (luoghi da visitare, sagre del periodo, ristoranti) facendoci sentire davvero ospiti. Davvero consigliatissimo!!

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung zum Kochen, Wäscheständer, Schnorchel. Marina war gut erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Self-Check-In lief problemlos. Super fanden wir das kleine Begrüßungsschreiben und selbstzusammengestellte Heftchen mit Ausflugs- und Wandertipps in der Umgebung. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, zu Fuß sind der Supermarkt und auch der Strand zügig erreichbar.

La maison est magnifique avec une grande terrasse, à proximité de très nombreux restaurants. Mais c’est surtout l’accueil de Monica et Sergio sont des hôtes exceptionnels, ils font tout que le séjour se passe a merveille. De très bons conseils pour les excursions, randonnées, restaurant … De nombreuses petites attentions, on se sent en vacances dans la famille. Une adresse exceptionnelle. (Voyage effectué fin octobre/ début novembre baignade dans la mer fraîche mais possible)

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Great place to stay when you’re visiting Baunei. The view from the apartment is really stunning and it’s a very calm place to stay and enjoy for a couple of days.

Alles perfekt! Vom Check-in, über die nette Begrüßung vor Ort on Form einer Flasche Wein bis zur Terrasse war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist in einem einwandfreiem Zustand und es fehlt an nichts. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Danke!

This is a little gem, top notch, Anna’s place is one of the best air bnb apartments we stayed at! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, including a delicious welcoming gift! Very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet area with absolutely fantastic views from the terrace and the front balcony, just like the pictures! Very walkable to town and to hiking trails. L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.
