One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed in. Location is perfect for staying in the beautiful east region of Sardinia - in Olgiastra, which is a blue zone. You really see, feel and experience the blue zone from how welcoming, warm, kind & generous the hosts are, and becuse Baunei is a small village, you can see all of the friendly locals walking around. The hosts left fruits & veg from their garden in our fridge and freshly made drinks. The apartment has the most beautiful view of the mountains & sunset, it is modern, clean, children friendly and just mesmerising. It comes with everything you need (outdoor courtyard & washing machine) & Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Simona was always available to answer questions promptly and provided a guide of the best recommendations for restaurants. Great Restaurants & Food markets are local, within walking distance. You are in the best location to get to hot spots - Cala Gonone, Goloritze, Marilou. Beautiful hikes & beaches of east. We will be back!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat uns entsprochen und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Alles war auch sehr sauber. Das Meer, die Restaurants und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Tolle Kommunikation. Auf Anfragen und Probleme wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können diese Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen. Auch der Ort ist es definitiv wert, für ein paar Tage besucht zu werden. Parkplätze gab es für uns an der Strasse, es könnte aber auch eng werden. Auch ist zu bedenken, dass der Ort eher etwas abgeschottet liegt, da es rundherum recht gebirgig ist. Vielen Dank für alles.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito dotato di ottimi servizi. È evidente che è stato rinnovato da poco e con scelte apprezzabili. È particolarmente silenzioso, al centro del paese e vicino alle strade che portano ai luoghi naturali fantastici. L'host è molto disponibile.

We had a great time at this apartment, it was well equipped, felt very cozy and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful! We would definitely recommend everyone to stay there.

Buongiorno, siamo stati ospiti presso questa bellissima casa la settimana dal 5 al 12 agosto. I proprietari sono persone squisite , la casa pulitissima ,situata su una collina con una vista panoramica stupenda! non ho mai trovato una casa così pulita e attrezzata. che dire ci si sente a casa ! L’appartement est un excellent pied à terre extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir Baunei et ses alentours. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Elias est aux petits soins et l’appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien!

Apartmán na krásnom mieste s pekným výhľadom na hory a more, dobre vybavený aj vo vnútri aj vonku s pekným posedením a lehátkami. Autom sa bolo dostupných veľa pekných pláži do 15 - 20 minút jazdy. Blízko dostupné ajj reštaurácie, kaviarne a obchod.

Marianna und Vittorio sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit einem Obstkorb, Wein und Marmeladen willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und im Innenhof gibt es einen Grill und sogar einen Pizzaofen. Äußerst angenehm ist auch die 3 Zone Klimaanlage. In der Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten!! Zum Geburtstag hat Marianna extra Kekse für mich gebacken!! Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gern wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Wir sind Beide Anfang 60 und haben die Ruhe, Umgebung, die Nähe zum Mehr und das schnuckelige Häuschen unheimlich genossen. Die Ausstattung innen, sowie außen war einfach nur hervorragend. Großer Kühlschrank, Eisfach, supi Küche, Badezimmer und auch die Außendusche....alles wunderbar. Als uns das Gas ausging wurde innerhalb von nur einer Stunde eine neue Gasflasche angeschlossen und wir hatten wieder warmes Wasser. Die Kommunikation war einfach hervorragend. Das Auffinden des Objektes war etwas abenteuerlich aber zu guter Letzt dann doch einfach. Der Strand war sehr nahe und auch mit meinem neuen Kniegelenk in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wer allerdings Aktion und viele Bars und ähnliches sucht, der ist hier fehl am Platze. Ein Leihwagen über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes ist unbedingt notwendig. Liebe Grüße und bitte weiter so Gino Gabi und Ralf

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Abbiamo passato 2 settimane bellissime, tra mare e relax ,..ci siamo trovati subito nostro agio grazie anche alla gentilezza , professionalità e puntualità dimostrata da Federica nei nostri confronti.. Siamo stati benissimo, compreso il nostro cane , che anche se addestrato per la buona educazione, non ha mai abbaiato 🤣🤣 grazie di cuore di tutto..esperienza da ripetere senz'altro

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Signora Daniela molto disponibile e comunicativa e attenta alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Bilocale molto bello situato all’interno di una piccola palazzina, molto ben curato e pulito, arredato con molto gusto e completo di tutto tanto da sentirsi come a casa propria. Distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale dì Tortoli e a pochissimi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Fortemente consigliato

Der Aufenthalt in Manuel's Apartment hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Stil der Wohnung ist einfach nur schön, es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Parken in der Garage war für uns super, da wir mit unserem privaten Auto unterwegs waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

Super mieszkanko, idealne dla pary ewentualnie rodziny z dziećmi. Centralne położenie w uroczym miasteczku, przy samym porcie Cala Gonone. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona więc bez problemu można przygotować samemu posiłek. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i kontaktowa. Na koniec zostaliśmy nawet obdarowani lokalnymi słodyczami. Z całego serca polecam

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und zum Teil überdacht. Der Ausblick zum Meer ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung befindet sich jedoch am Ortseingang, sodass fußläufig nichts in der Nähe ist. Die Strände und Buchten rund um Cala Gonone sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit persönlichen Check-in war fließend und sehr angenehm.
