전체적으로 매우 좋습니다. 욕실도 깨끗하고 작은 호텔입니다. 운영이 호텔처럼 깔끔하게 이루어집니다. 걸어서 3분거리에 세븐일레븐과 마트가 있습니다. 단점은 오시아게역이 도보로10분. 캐리어가 무겁거나 아이가 있으면 힘듭니다. 저는 우버택시 탔어요. 웰컴티도 주시더라고요. 호스티님이 영어 잘하셔서 좋아요. 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다.

We had an amazing stay at Max’s place. The location is perfect, super close to Komagome station on Yamanote line. There’s also convenience store, supermarket, coon laundry, drug store and restaurants in walking distance. The airbnb is perfect for 3-4 people, the living room and bathroom are bit compact but has everything you need. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Loved this Airbnb, Reina was super attentive with recommendations, transportation, tours long before I got there . The staff was also so kind and attentive. This is a classy place only 15 min walk to sky tree and 3 min from nearest market . I can’t say enough good things about this place . And may I mention I was a solo traveler and I felt very safe . Thank you , Thank you !

The location was within walking distance of both the train station and several restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. Getting to Shibuya, Ueno, and the airport was a breeze. The luggage elevator was also useful. The place was clean, and I would recommend it.

地点很方便，闹中取静，走出小巷去地铁站在步行范围内。便利店、各种餐馆，labi，东武，sunshine city，doki和药房都有配套，如果主要目的是购物的话，基本能一站解决。附近还有几家常年排长龙的面店，趁着地利我们找到一次没有排队的机会吃过一家，确实👍。 屋主很友善，好沟通，有事能及时解决。入住的卫生条件很好，在我住过的民宿里可以排前三。基本生活设施都配备了，卫浴不错，洗澡不会着凉。有阳台，主卧朝南，有太阳，洗的衣服一天能干。 缺点是老房子电路不行，几种高功率电器不能同时使用。两台暖空调+淋浴房洗澡+电吹风一起用会跳闸，一次同时开三种就没问题。不算大事，注意点就行。 还有就是房子面积不大却摆了四张床，虽然能睡的人多了，但是空间也被占用了。对我们有四个箱子四个背包的四口之家来说就有一些小小的挤迫，尤其是一起吃早餐的时候，总有一人不能上桌。如果是三口之家来住这里的话就很完美了。 总体来说是一次很愉快的入住，小屋子满足了我们这次旅行生活上的需求，推荐入住。

Friendly service, very clean

It was 3 separate apartments on different floors in the same building. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the station. The host was very flexible and responsive. Great stay!

Quaint and relatively quiet. Short walk to a few markets and taking Uber into town wasn’t too expensive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only comment was that the beds weren’t overly comfy but good value for what we paid

Staying at the place is quite an experience and a generally great experience. The place advertised are indeed accurate and the information provided for checkin, house rules and during emergency (as we forgot our front door key) was really on point One thing for improvement is probably the mildew smell on the bathroom and potentially the previous tenant/ occupant’s penchant to cook stuff while the aircon unit is activated. The place is snuggly fitted with all of the amenities you can think of. But do refrain on booking this place if you have a large family or elderly as the place might be too claustrophobic or steep stairs with heavy luggage might cause additional pain as well As the location of the place is at uguisudani station, traveling to Tokyo, ueno, Akihabara & asakusa is quite easy. Additionally, 7-11 and drug store located just next to the corner of the block. With some great options to have late night dinner and donki nearby, there couldn’t have been a nicely situated place

Everything was as described. Room was cozy but it’s effectively a hotel. Would stay again - a good base location to explore Tokyo.

Its located at a great location. the room is excellent and all pretty clean and new furnishings. I will recommend my friends who going to visit tokyo soon. the host always responsive.
