Eren was such a kind person and the house and location suited our family perfectly. Nice neighborhood, lots of access to food coffee and shopping, can’t wait to come back. We felt right at home during our stay.

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

中学生の子供たちの、卒業前のお泊まり会で利用させて頂きました。施設内が広く清潔で、親も子供も、同じフロアで楽しむ事が出来、卒業前に良い思い出ができました。 ホストの川口さんがとても良い方で、丁寧に対応くださいました^^ ありがとうございました。

我們一家在這休息得很好，可以給小孩子體驗家的的感覺，設施用品都很好，周圍都很方便，離開時，小孩子都不捨呢。

7名で宿泊しましたが、何ひとつ不便なく過ごすことができました。食卓が広く、同じ空間でご飯を食べたりくつろぐことができてとても良かったです。 また、寝室は仕切りで分けることができるので、プライベートな空間も確保することが可能でした。男女で利用する際も心配なかったです。 ホームシアターは素晴らしかったです。 タオルを用意してくれていたのと、乾燥機付き洗濯機があったことも非常に助かりました。 寝室までの階段が急なので、足腰に不安がある方にはオススメできません。 冬に利用しました。少し寒く感じることもあったので、毛布などを持って行くことをお勧めします！！

今回は4度目の滞在でしたが、今回もとても快適に過ごせました。家族５人で十分な広さです。立地がよく、静かな環境ですが、スーパーが近くにありとても便利でした。展世さんはいつも迅速に連絡をくださり、とても信頼のできるオーナーさんです。乾燥機付きの洗濯機、床暖房カーペット、Dysonのヒーター、コーヒーマシン、最新の浴室など設備が素晴らしいです。日本に来た際にはまた滞在したいです。

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

lokasi yang tenang dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, namun sedikit jauh berjalan kaki ke stasiun, tempat luas untuk 4 orang, peralatan masak sangat lengkap, saya sangat menikmati masa menginap di tempat ini, terimakasih banyak!

滞在するか悩んでる際の返信も早く、予約後も過ごし方についてのわかりやすい説明がありました。 建物は突き当たりなので人目も気にならず、近くに川もあり夏に来てみたいと思いました。 サウナを利用したかったのですが、すぐに暖まるようにチェックイン前に火を入れていただいていたり、薪も乾かして準備していただいており大変助かりました。 サウナは最高85度くらいまで上がりました。わたしが滞在した時はロウリュウ用のアロマも4種類用意していただいてました！ また機会があれば滞在したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Cozy cottage in a quiet residential area. Toru's cottage is clean, well equipped, and perfect for a BBQ getaway - not too far from central Tokyo and has a large enough outdoor area. The fireplace worked perfectly and would have been amazing if it was colder during our stay.

雖然房子樓梯很小，要搬大行李不容易。但我知道日本的房子大部分都是這種格局，所以在意料之內。房子乾淨、舒適，可惜只住了一晚。

目的地(都心)からは少し距離がありましたがその分大変お手ごろで、アメニティもたくさん用意してあり大満足のお部屋でした！(徒歩1〜2分のところに広いパーキングもあり駐車場にも困りませんでした！)ホストさんは何を質問してもスムーズに返信を頂けてエアビー初心者のわたしですが安心して向かうことができました！次に東京に行くことがあればまたぜひ泊まりたいと思います！この度は本当にありがとうございました！

東京での妹の結婚式のために両親と兄弟とわたしの家族の2世帯計8人（子ども含む）で利用しました。 部屋はLDK意外に全部で4部屋あったので大人数でも各自プライベートが守られながら快適に過ごすことができました。 キッチンやトイレお風呂なども清潔で使いやすかったです。 アメニティやタオル、飲料水もありました。 駐車場も1台あるのがとてもよかったです。住宅街の中にあるので道が狭く駐車には注意が必要ですがミニバンサイズでも止めることができました。 オーナー様は質問をするとすぐに返信してくださるので、滞在中は困ることなく過ごすことができました。

Everything was awesome! The location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore Tokyo’s iconic sights. The host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and eager to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. They provided clear check-in instructions and were always available for any questions. Tatsuki-san has been very helpful from start until the end of our stay. The place is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood that's nearby a lot of good restaurants and stores. It's also nearby a train station so it's easy to go to anywhere in Tokyo. The airbnb itself is cozy and clean, perfect for big groups as well.
