The home was better than we thought. Gorgeous secluded area perfect for family gatherings. Jorge was responsive and helpful if any questions came up. We were sad to leave and would love to return one day.

The place is perched in a lush beautiful garden that we enjoyed the moment we stepped in. It is central but away from the hustle and bustle of Calle Santander. Thank you Marion and Gerry for having us. Your place has been a home away from home. We truly enjoyed are stay. We are planning for a return trip already.

We enjoyed the comfortable and unique apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The only downside was barking dogs at night. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

We had the BEST time at Jenny and Clemens's place! We especially loved spending time on the huge terrace, relaxing, taking in the fantastic views, and counting ourselves lucky for getting to experience it all. :) Inside, the space is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout touches was the beautiful toiletries made by Jenny—they smelled amazing and added a special, personal feel. It was also great to have a kayak available—we took it out once for a short paddle and loved experiencing the vibrancy of the lake that way. Jenny and Clemens are clearly experienced AirBnB hosts. They were proactive communicators, the info package in the apartment was well thought out, and they gently checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. This truly was my and my husband's favorite AirBnB experience ever. Thank you to Jenny, Clemens, and Niklas~

One of my favorite stays. Host was kind and responsive and the place itself was lovely, comfortable, and a great value! It wasn’t in the middle of everything but still walking distance and peaceful. Their Italian restaurant next door is exceptional!

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. what a great place to stay. This has to be the cleanest place i have ever stay. lots of restaurants close by. would recommend to anyone staying in Panama Chelsea. Also there was a girl who work in or clean the house not sure, name Sandra that help us when we arrived. very helpful.

This place was beautiful. The peaceful environment and the AMAZING view were definitely worth it. Everything was as described and more. We really enjoyed out time here and would definitely love to be back. the kids had a great time at the pool, the lake and around the house. a beautiful place to rest, enjoy and to reset. We recommend this place.

Wow this was a trip of a lifetime! Everyone at the house was so kind and helpful, the included breakfast was DELICIOUS, and the house is such a unique and beautiful space. We never wanted to leave. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This place looks even better than the photos. Many aspects of the house seem to have been updated, although we were never able to find the private dock (but it didn’t matter to us). I would definitely come back. It is the most unique and stunning home we’ve ever stayed in. I agree with previous commenters about the steps. It was no big deal for us since packed light but for someone with a lot of bags, elderly, or young children, it may pose a challenge. The new fitted lights were perfect for nights where we were out to dinner. You will get critters from time to time, but if you’re clean/mindful, you won’t pay them much mind. The views are fantastic, the space was GINORMOUS, everyone was kind and proactive, and it was easy to get lanchas to the other islands or enjoy other activities/meals as recommended by our hosts. We had an incredible stay and would not hesitate to come back. Oh and the sunsets and stargazing on the mat outside the master bedroom? Unmatched.

Joshua's home overlooking Lake Atitlan is a great find. Beautiful views, right on (above) the water, easy boat service into town (you can go by road via tuk-tuk but there are many, many steps down to the house), very nicely appointed and equiped, and really nice outdoor space (patio, balconies, jacuzzi, waterfront, etc. We had a lovely stay and definitely plan to come back. Joshua is very responsive and the local caretaker is great and available 24/7 - together they provided great customer service and they offered many good recommendations about local businesses, services, tours, and so on.

Wonderful stay! Our dog was really happy to explore and jump in the water with us from the private dock. The house was really nice, the view was amazing, and the spot very quiet
