有洗脫烘很棒（有洗衣粉，柔軟精），電視節目選項多，廚房可以煮東西（還有微波爐），廁所是免治馬桶，冷氣是冷暖機，唯獨洗澡空間有點小，走出來要小心滑倒，整體CP值超高！

Pei is a very responsive and helpful host. The location of her condo is central to Miaoli city and makes it easy to move around. We enjoyed staying in her condo and planning to stay again for the next visit.

The room is close to a big shopping mall. We can buy anything there. We had a great stay at Kenson’s place. Kenson keeps the apartment super clean and it has everything you need.

Comfortable stay. Lisa is very responsive to questions and very understanding. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The location is very convenient, about an eight-minute walk from Hsinchu Train Station. The apartment, which is over 40 years old, is located on the second floor, and the elevator requires a contactless key for access between floors. Therefore, you must first take the stairs to the second floor, enter the apartment to get the key, and then you can use the elevator to bring your luggage upstairs. However, when we checked in, the key was missing because the previous tenant had taken it. As a result, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The landlord provided the key the following day. The landlord responded promptly and informed us in advance that the hot and cold water controls on the shower faucet were reversed. There was hot water, and it was very hot.

Pam Tsai's unit is conveniently located, beautifully decorated, and comfortably furnished. Pam was quick to respond to our messages. If you desire a demure, cozy aesthetic, this is the place for you.
