This place was perfect for my family of 5 during our weekend stay! It was as described. Clean and absolutely no issues! Everything is labeled to help you find what you need with clear instructions. We even messaged him to ask about batteries for the remote and he was very prompt to respond and even offered to reimburse us if we ended up having to buy any! We came up for my daughter’s birthday to surprise her with a Cardinals game! We ate at the Broadway Oyster Bar one night. Highly recommend! It’s the perfect location and close enough to anything you would want to do in St. Louis. Would stay here again!

We stayed one night at Anthony's home. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we arrived (and for most of our stay) but we appreciated having a dryer so we could dry our shoes and jackets. We also appreciated the late check out so we didn't have to rush in the morning. Anthony's home was fine for a night but I likely wouldn't have wanted to stay there longer. There wasn't anything wrong with the home necessarily, however I'm 7.5 months pregnant and the stairs were STEEP. We also did not find the bed or pillows comfortable, but that is just our preference. However, I would stay here again if needed as the location fit our needs well.. I'd just bring my own pillow 😊

Jessica was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. We traveled with my family of 4 (including our 10 yo and 12 yo kids) and grandma and grandpa came along for the vacation. We also had our dogs with us and the fenced in, larger yard was very handy and allowed for peace of mind with our furry family members. The accommodations were great and we were relatively close to all of the attractions we were hoping to get to. I would definitely recommend staying at Jessica's place for your STL stay!

Mallory was a great host. She was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The home is a nice size for small or large family and the neighborhood was very quiet and welcoming. However, be prepared to drive to other neighborhoods for certain things like Target, Walmart, and Sam’s or chain restaurants and shopping. But I can’t complain since St. Louis doesn’t have traffic. You can tell a pet has lived in the home, so I would communicate if you are sensitive to pet fur. I have no complaints about this listing!

This was one of the best BnB stays I have ever experienced!! The BnB was amazing and great location including within walking distance of downtown. Rich was a fantastic host, very responsive and went above and beyond to provide recommendations for restaurants, shopping, breweries and things to do while in St. Louis! HIGHLY recommend this BnB. What a lovely place for our small family to stay with our pup! The space was just right for us, and we loved the charming neighborhood (coffee roasters & cafes nearby for walkable meals) and the large yard with room for our pup to run! The home is warm & inviting, considerate of pets and kids while maintaining high standards of cleanliness- the place truly was spotless! The beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy, & we had everything we needed for our stay, plus many thoughtful touches here & there. Everything in the home is organized efficiently for good flow, & even thoughtfully arranged for pets & kids. The host was quickly responsive when minor issues came up. Overall a great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood!

Brandon was very responsive throughout our stay. The house has gorgeous architectural features and the photos on the listing are well representative of the property. It provided ample space for our group of 13 at a fair price. The location requires some consideration - it's next to an abandoned property and occasionally had loud people in the alley or those experiencing housing instability rifling through the dumpsters looking for items that might be reusable. While we never felt unsafe due to the 6-foot fence and gate, which needs some minor repairs, we kept closer watch on our younger children. We noted Brandon uses the property across the alley for Airbnb purposes as well. Inside, the house is warm but needs some refreshing - interior paint updates and repairs to broken chair legs in the main area would improve the experience. Outdoors, minor repairs on furniture there would add value. Overall, the spaciousness and value made it work well for our large group.

The home had everything we needed, and suited perfectly for a family of four. Two beds upstairs and a shower, downstairs master with a bathtub. Kitchen had the equipment needed to cook a couple meals, and the home was a comfortable place to relax after a busy day exploring St. Louis (about 20-30 min drive to various locales of interest for a family to explore). Because this is a pet friendly place, it does have a smell of dogs and has dog hair around even though we didn't bring one. But it didn't bother us too much. the windows and doors are also quite old so they don't have a super solid close/lock feel but the hood felt like a quiet and safe one so it wasn't a big deal. Close to stores and some restaurants for a quick trip as well. Thanks for a great stay, we recommend it for families!

Took a mini vacay to St Louis with my mom & the kiddos. 3 adults & 2 children had plenty of space for sleeping. The pool & hot tub were so relaxing. It felt so homey. We were offered fresh produce from the garden. Lots of pots & pans if you like to cook while traveling. The bar was nice if you like to relax with a drink. Everyone loved the Pac-Man machine! Tons of at home amenities like streaming channels, coffee maker, potato chips, toys for the kiddos, giant Jenga set, etc. Private & safe location. Only 20-30 mins driving to the heart of St Louis. We really enjoyed our weekend and would recommend this home to anyone needing a family spot to relax.

It's a wonderful place that I lived almost four months in here. It's clean and calm and with all sufficient appliances and supplies to support a convenient life. The owner is very kind and helpful as well.

We liked the secure parking lot and building. The unit was very clean and nice. The host was responsive and helpful. The location was great and an easy drive from our family in St. Louis. We would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Tracey has created a lovely little haven. Her space exudes peace and comfort and provides all one could want for a short or longer stay. The park across the street was a great place to take my dog for walks. Grocery and other stores are nearby and the freeway is easily accessible. Tracey is a welcoming and thoughtful host.

I have stayed in this unit on multiple trips and will continue to book it. I love that I am close to the hospital and within walking distance to Target. The building itself is beautiful and felt very secure and safe. It was a great stay, as always.

Great location, very responsive host, had everything we needed. Things to know before you stay: want you to check-in and out through a separate website not Airbnb, kind of a hassle. Unit is on the third floor but elevator floor is #2. If you have lots of luggage it’s a good idea to bring a cart or wagon. The elevator was shutdown when we were leaving and had to drag everything down stairs. Parking is limited especially after 5pm. There was a water issue in the kitchen sink we just had a slow stream when using the faucet. Host did send maintenance but he couldn’t fix it. Apartment was not professionally cleaned but wasn’t horrible. If you intend on doing makeup or need good lighting in the bathroom for getting ready you will be disappointed. Rain head in the shower is low pressure. Had a great stay with plenty to do and forest park is a short walk away. Loved the coffee cafe just around the corner every morning for a latte.

Great location for all the places we visited. Scott was amazing host!! The place was great for all eleven of us plenty of room to relax after we got back from our adventures during the day. Easy to get in contact with Scott anytime we needed to get into contact with him.

Chose the house because it was close to my nephew, allowed dogs and had a fenced in yard. House came complete with supplies of all sorts and I appreciated having glass containers in the kitchen, not just plastic. House is roomy and yard is a nice size. When I first got there, the house smelled very musty, but running the overhead fans and the air purifiers eliminated it. Management was responsive on the few occasions when I contacted them, especially when I first got them and discovered that the batteries to the lock needed replacing. Although the house is located on a major street, traffic lights make backing out easy and at night, it's quiet. The area was safe and it didn't go unnoticed by me that a local cop lives across the street and parks his car outside. Had limited contact with the next door neighbors but they seemed nice. One note: The laundry area is on the basement, down a somewhat narrow flight of stairs, in case that's an issue for you.

We had an excellent stay at Jill's home. She was very flexible with the check in after our flight was delayed. The space was clean, comfortable, and functional - a great base to explore St. Louis!

What a treasure we stumbled across! If you enjoy the vibes of an older home this one is for you! The neighborhood is very safe and amazing! The actual home has glass door knobs (if you know you know). The antique ceiling lights are amazing. They do have electronic locks, which are easy to access. The baths are updated, as well as the kitchen. Everything you could need was provided. We rented the entire place, (upstairs and down). My husband and I enjoying a weekend to watch some Cardinals baseball with our two adult children and a granddog. Sitting on the back patio watching the Koi fish could not have been more relaxing. Thanks for a great adventure. I hope to be able to visit this home in the future.

Another perfect stay at Perfect Getaway. The home was very clean and the host communication was quick and easy. Great neighborhood and great location. I highly recommend.

Nice home with a great location. Wonderful upkeep - this is really a nice neighborhood. Easy parking, - big backyard Very safe for dogs. The only thing I would suggest is more power outlets, and some sort of small normal height table to eat. Eating at a stool counter for four nights is difficult. Other than that - seriously good rental.

It was so nice to get away and relax for the night at the cottage! It was so peaceful! Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

The house was exactly as described and shown in pics. Clean and well decorated. Sean allowed us to check in early due to very early arrival flight. Had a few hiccups at the house but he was very responsive. I am from St Louis but live out of state now and was back visiting. His place is within a 20 minute drive to most places you may want to visit and major highways. FYI for the short girlies like myself, the house was designed for taller folks so you may have to hop a bit to get into tall bed and use microwave but well worth it 😁 I would recommend Sean’s place and would stay again on my next visit.
