beautiful home and the best view on the river that we have stayed in yet! the outdoor space was a beautiful spot to relax and even get some work done while being able to be close to family. gorgeous kitchen and ready to cook for the whole family

Perfect place for a girls weekend. We couldn’t get the coffee pot to work correctly and the host brought us a new one within 10 minutes. Nice layout and plenty of room. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family. This was a beautiful, secluded, quiet, clean, and spacious place to come back to at the end of a day. It is right on the water, which made for a great place to watch the sun come up in the morning. Mark was a great host - always replied in a matter of minutes and made check-in and check-out very clear and simple. We loved the solitude, the spaciousness, and the cleanliness of the house. The size of the family room and bedrooms are a definite plus - we never felt crowded. We would definitely return.

Our family (presently, 22 of us) has rented a cabin for the past 9 years—always going where we can check the boxes (everyone has a bed; bathrooms; two refrigerators; large table for eating and games, within the 3-hour traveling radius, etc.) This year, we went to Alabama; and, stayed in this amazing home. Our family ranges from 14 months to 80 years of age; the elevator was a huge plus. Plenty of parking was a plus. We were amazed at the quality of everything in the home…all top quality (linens, towels, washer/dryer, stoves, enough pots/pan, enough plates/silverware, enough garbage bags. The owners have not skimped on anything. We had pretty much daily questions—they were all answered immediately, with deep detail, and were always considerate. We posted pictures on social media; and, we’ve already had two inquiries as to where we were. We cannot say enough good about this facility and the host. Thank you for a great time with family.

Peaceful, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Tricia's place was perfect for our weekend visit to the area. It was quiet and peaceful. Such a cute place with all the amenities needed. The back porch swing and rocking chairs was a perfect place to relax and catch up with friends. Tricia was helpful with recommending things nearby. She even left us farm fresh eggs to enjoy! She was extremely helpful with any questions and provided us with locations to seek storm shelter with threats of Tornados and severe storms in the area forecasted. Fortunately we did not have to leave, but was thankful for options nearby. I would definitely come back. Oh and the beds were so comfy!

She was very sweet and we didn’t have no problems with our stay. The house was pretty much clean and she responded pretty fast. She accommodated with my needs and I really appreciated that .

Sami and Jason's place was perfect for a month long stay! It was clean and spacious and had everything we were looking for. The super fast internet was fantastic for working remotely. We really appreciated the washer/dryer, large backyard and dock, and well equipped kitchen for cooking meals just like at home. I loved the easy-to-clean tile floors. Also loved the cozy working fireplace (with clear directions so it was easy and fun). Winter is a fabulous time to visit - not too cold and most days we had the two mile nature trail, playground, tennis and basketball courts to ourselves! The river view from the house is beautiful, and we enjoyed watching all the birds - swans and herons and even a bald eagle who fishes right there! The owners are great. They were kind and accommodating when we had to move our dates, and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We felt very well supported the entire time. We would definitely return! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
