We loved that the condo is not immediately on the Parkway because you don't have the heavy traffic right outside. However, it is very convenient to a red-light which makes getting onto the Parkway very easy. It is very central to lots of Pigeon Forge activities. The condo was cozy and had a minimalist western esthetic. Minimal is great because of less clutter! We especially loved the gas fireplace and cozy sitting furniture. The patio gave a great view of the river. We appreciated the general instructions and information provided. We would stay here again for sure.

Kerri's place was a great place to stay on my friend's and my weekend adventure. The place was very easy to find and had all the amenities for a great stay. Check in was a breeze as the door had a keypad so we just let ourselves in. We loved that the water pressure was good in the unit and had both very hot and cold water. It is in a great location near all the action like the Titanic Museum, Comedy Barn and Frizzle Chicken :). We were sad Dollywood was closed for the season, but I highly recommend staying here if you want to be super close too.

Beautiful space and great location. There was so much to do, my family and I went specifically for Dollywood (right around the corner, we could see the rides and fireworks from the pool) but we could’ve stayed another week + to do all of the other local attractions! The spot was more beautiful than the pictures and I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home! Also, the washer and dryer in unit was great, we came home with only the laundry on our bodies! A mother’s dream, no laundry after vacation! Would absolutely stay again, thank you for allowing us into your space.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best parts to me was the comfortable beds and the extremely soft sheets. We slept like a baby. Lord willing, we will return to the Dean place in the future!

The view at Lori’s place is amazing. The location is about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and there is a grocery store 20 minutes away. The condo was supplied with plenty of towels and bed linens and the bed was very comfortable. There is a closet for clothes but you need to bring your own hangers. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies . Be sure to shop for things like salt and pepper and any other condiments you may want. We didn’t use the indoor pool but the sun deck was lovely.

This is a FANTASTIC spot, walkable to the heart of Gatlinburg. Sleeping here was amazing. The river water and the comfy beds were perfect. We would stay again easily. Very great host with an astounding property.

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Our stay here was wonderful especially being our first time in the state. It was just my husband and I and our two little ones with our dog. Best places to eat around here and many things to do that are just a few minutes away. The place was flawless and it had everything to feel like home. The host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Tennessee.

Went to Knoxville to watch my Sons band play and stayed at this Cute Apartment. Loved everything about it and it was even nicer than the Pictures. We opened the Windows and enjoyed the down town vibe. Would definetly recommend!

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first one. Beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet place. We had some delays in leaving Townsend and fortunately the condo was available and the host was gracious enough to let us extend our stay at a moments notice. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and I would most definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at the Moonshine’s Den. Very clean and beautifully decorated.Looked just like the pictures.Felt like home. It’s located in a nice quiet town. We will definitely book again.

Everything was wonderful. Angelica was helpful and quickly responsive when we had questions. There is a general store and pizza place in walking distance. Downtown is only about a five minute drive.

Loved this place! Clean, cozy and a great host! It was on the 4th floor but it’s right by the elevators so don’t let that stop you from staying here! And don’t worry, we didn’t hear any traffic from the elevators! Plus, the guest had a sound machine and a box fan to sleep great and feel right at home! The Jacuzzi was very clean, usually I avoid these but this one was spotless. Perfect for a relaxing bath while watching a movie! Highly, highly recommend this place! We will be coming back!

Renovated, cozy and clean. It was everything that we expected, and it was the best unit that we have stayed at Oak Square, so far.
