We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s house. This Victorian styled and historic home was awesome! The house was clean upon our check-in. The kitchen updates were perfect and there’s a lot of cookware and items that helped us make our family dinners and conversations in the dinning room special! There’s plenty of space to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty! Highly recommend Amy and her property!

Our family of three plus a couple extended family members stayed here for a wedding and it was the best fit! Not only close to the venue and downtown Maryville but a lovely house. Our favorite parts were the sunroom, finished basement apartment which was a great place for our little family to stay and our son to nap, ample parking, and a dog-friendly house. The house was cozy and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or have their own space. We would definitely stay here again!

Danny was extremely nice and very responsive. We even left a few items after check out and didn’t notice for about 2 hours and he was able to connect with the cleaning service and made sure they put them up for us to come and retrieve them. He was awesome and the place was lovely. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and he had a Christmas tree up for us which was a life saver since we didn’t bring one.

It felt like home sweet home. It was perfect for me my nephew, my little cat and my dog.

Fernanda was the perfect host! She was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had. The home was perfect! The pictures do not do it any justice. It was a perfect location and super peaceful. The home was secluded and very clean. This was honestly one of the best homes that I’ve stayed at. Thanks for being such an amazing host, Fernanda! I will be staying again. 10/10 — I highly recommend!

This is a great stay, we were visiting to ski at Cataloochee and it’s about a 10 minute drive. When we first arrived there were elk right outside the kitchen window. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and having coffee on the front porch. The house was very clean and spacious.

Beautiful place, loved being right creek and being able to see it from the back porch! She made this vacay stay very easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

An absolute beautiful place to stay while on vacation. Close to everything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, private & a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance.

Pam's home is lovely, comfortable and had everything I needed (including homemade muffins)! The bed was very comfortable and the house was very clean. So many personal touches that made me feel like I was at home! Pam was quick to respond when I had a question. I had car trouble while there. Pam went above and beyond to help me find somewhere to take my car. She was very kind, welcoming and helpful. I will always book with her when in the area. Thank you Pam! ☺️

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

We had a short stay but it was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Would stay there again if driving through the area.

Clean and cozy basement apartment. Electric fireplace in the bedroom made it nice and toasty. We enjoyed the updated and pleasant decor. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend Casie's place!

This was our second year staying here. It was great! Definitely a place we will come back to in the future!

Close to everything, absolutely beautiful view. This place is worth every penny. Comfortable furniture, easy to get to, close to Waynesville and Asheville. My only complaint (and this is entirely personal preference) is the artificial fragrance used on the sheets/towels was very strong. I have asthma and allergies and found it a little overwhelming. But again this is personal preference and doesn’t take away from this beautiful place. Thank you Jose!

Julie’s place was absolutely perfect! We stayed at The Spruce. After Hurricane Helene we has to reschedule due to my husband having to travel. Julie was very helpful in making our getaway happen. We will be back!

Simply amazing! Besides a wonderful view, the place was super well equipped in both indoor and outdoor spaces - it’s exactly like the photos. Julie is a great host! Will definitely come back!

The best part about this was at the host were very responsive on all inquiries. The house was beautiful and just perfect for our large group to each have their own bathroom and bedroom lots of room and activities for the kids such as the indoor pool and the arcade games! Overall great experience! We did need the hot tub cleaned during our stay because they don’t use chemicals so they had to drain the hot tub and fill it back up, but luckily it was heated very quickly same day. Again, very responsive and overall very happy and will come back again.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent after a cold day in town. We will be back to stay for sure. Thank you Tammy and Victor!

Kris Villa was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The place was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of 12 had plenty of space, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was also incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, I highly recommend Kris Villa. We would definitely stay here again!
