This is our second time staying at Lindsay’s Airbnb. We stay here for our daughter’s out of state volleyball tournaments. It’s a great location to/from the Knoxville Convention Center. A very easy drive. We love that it has what we need on the go nearby- chick fil a, Walgreens, gas stations, Panera, etc. Location is wonderful and the neighborhood is very quiet. Lindsay has been great at communicating quickly. We really enjoy the little upgrades that she has made in the past year- they did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be coming back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was spacious enough for my three friends and I. We loved the aesthetic of the home! It was clean, had great amenities with everything we’d need, the location of being within a close proximity to downtown Knoxville RIGHT off of the interstate was a plus. Leslie was our host for the weekend and was very responsive and thorough with providing details and was always checking in to ensure we were doing okay! The backyard was great too for our puppy friend!

Nice place! Beautiful outdoor spaces. Perfect for our home away from home while working in Knoxville! Karla even left snacks for us!

We enjoyed our trip to Knoxville for siteseeing and hiking in the urban wilderness. This apartment was just right for our party of two plus two pets. There are maps throughout the space that inspired us to go explore! Tyler was accommodating and the apartment is well furnished and stocked. I highly recommend and we would stay here again.

We chose to do an AirBnb over a hotel due to the amount of people we were traveling with. House was clean and welcoming. Everything labeled or instructions left on where to find them. We invited family from the area to come join us for dinner and we had plenty of utensils, bowls, plates, cookware to cook, etc for everyone. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out in the house. Hosts were great, we came in really late, they turned the interior lights on and let us know they turned them on so we wouldn’t question if we were in the wrong place lol. We also booked very last minute and they never once made us feel like an inconvenience for doing so- as a previous booking had that we ended up cancelling for the same trip, which is how we ended up here to begin with. TVs in all the bedrooms made for a great time with the kids falling asleep comfortably (strange places plus super quiet and dark rooms can make it hard for them to fall asleep) highly recommend this air bnb, great hosts and home

Short drive to Pigeon Forge but no more than 5-10 minutes. House was spotless and rooms were spacious. Decorated beautiful for Christmas!

Jason is a terrific host, who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed. He provided a very clean, comfortable home that smelled incredibly pleasant. His house also felt extremely private. Honestly, the neighborhood was so quiet that it actually felt as if I was staying on a secluded plot of land. I am glad that I chose Jason’s home as it was very hard to overlook all of the positive reviews.

The location was a bit out of the way, but it was well worth it! Not only was the space spacious and spotless, but it also included refreshments, complimentary toiletries, and cleaning supplies. I’d give it a 10 out of 10—thank you for hosting us! We’ll definitely be back.

An absolute beautiful place to stay while on vacation. Close to everything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, private & a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance.

We celebrated my husband’s BD. It was a 5 star experience. Clean, comfortable, convenient. We look forward coming back soon!

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

The place looks exactly like the photos and it was clean and neat and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very quiet. Im assuming the owners live next door/attached and if so they are super friendly. The female welcomed us warmly and was very nice. I will definitely rebook if I’m in the area again!

We had a short stay but it was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Would stay there again if driving through the area.

Martin and Nikki made us feel right at home. Had small items ready to use like snacks, coffee, etc. so we didn’t have to immediately run to grocery store. We had lots of privacy. Apt was so close to UTK and downtown - very easy to get to places we needed to go. PS. Tepulo Honey is a highly recommended restaurant!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very nice that it came with parking since all the parking downtown was $20/day. It was awesome that it was pet friendly. We did hear the neighbors dog barking all evening through the walls, but it did not bother us, we just overheard them. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the pictures were accurate. The shower was very short and I’m only 5’4”, but I had to duck to get the water on my head. It was February when we went, but it seemed constantly chilly in there as well. I think some rugs would have been nice to help combat that. Overall a really nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara and Ed apartment. Everything was clean, the location was perfect because the traffic at the city is really heavy at least in Christmas and you can go walking from the apartment to the restaurant and the most important places in Gatlinburg, just 15 minutes walking. The beds were really comfortable and the balcony was a plus because it is a good place to relax and drink a coffee with the sound of the river. We’ll definitely be back again.

My daughter was out of school in spring break, and the weather forecast showed beautiful weather so I decided last minute to visit Pigeon Forge for her birthday! Upon searching, I found this beautiful condo that was reasonably priced, and perfect size for us! Located on a golf course, the location is quiet and gives you the feel of being “from it all”, but you’re literally less than 5 minutes from the main strip. The place was exceptionally clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. And the bed… my daughter said “mommy, this is the most comfortable bed in the world”, and it really might be! She enjoyed the large on suite tub, while the private shower was more my style. The hosts were super responsive, even answering a late night question within minutes. I highly recommend this place, and hosts!

It was a great place very well stocked. Not sure how walkable it was in the winter but I’m sure better weather is not an issue. It is a large hill to come up so maybe older folks couldn’t do it. I was very comfortable. Thank you

The condo is clean, the hosts select quality products for guests, the beds were extremely comfortable. My only slight complaint is not within the hosts' control and that is the condo is in a very old building that is poorly insulated. We could hear train noise during the night while trying to sleep. But, if guests know that they can use a sound app or ear plugs. I'd definitely stay again!

Place was exactly as described, easy to communicate with, simple smooth transaction. Will most likely book here again based on simplicity of everything, and price being fair.
