We were stunned with the fantastic views we had to the mountains. From one bedroom we observed the most stunning red sunrise. The place has a few living areas, so we never get on top of each other. For nature lover this is the place to stay. There are a few recommendation for walk and hiking. On some even the dogs were allowed. The ripe figs on the trees in the backyard were a bonus. Also observing the many birds coming and feasting on the fruits. This is a place to relax and enjoy. Would recommend it anytime.

The views across the valley and mountains are just breathtaking. Michelle was a wonderful host and very responsive. Will very highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage was gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. kerrie had the aircon on, fresh bread and milk for when we arrived which was a blessing ! Will definitely stay here again

A well-styled spacious town- home, immaculately clean with modern fittings. An appealing open-plan kitchen/ dining looking out onto a decked balcony with serene mountain views. The kitchen equipped with generous appliances, selection of spices and sauce condiments had the added luxury of the barista-style coffee machine with amazing local coffee beans! Location great as we were close to town with a nice bakery/ cafe. Jono has been responsive and communicated with ease. Overall a delightful weekend stay!! Thank you, Jono and Jess

This is a luxurious home away from home. Scenic, peaceful and close to the weir for water activities. It exceeded expectations and would highly recommend this place for a rural retreat. Thankyou to Jane who is an excellent host.

We had a great stay in Mt Beauty. The house is well located to walk into town and is well equipped; puzzles and board games are a highlight. The garage was the perfect space for us to store our bikes and perform maintenance on them before our trip to Falls Creek.

The home was well furnished and spacious for our party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. The view of the valley from the front of the property is great. Having 2 seating areas in the house is helpful, as both areas have televisions and it was possible to watch different programs simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The attention to detail is evident in every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery, pans and tools. This made us feel “at home”. A good sized, well maintained, landscaped, fully fenced garden suited our 2 dogs. David, the host, promptly responded to any of our queries before we arrived at the property and while we were there, ensuring us of a comfortable and happy stay at the house. However, we have a suggestion regarding the steps inside the house. The steps need clearer demarcation to make them more visible, particularly as the steps are of varying depth.
