The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

We had a lovely stay in Roland Park. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet as there are no real reasons to "cut" through the there from one place to another. The house was spotless and well prepared on our arrival. We recieved a lovely welcome basket and there were thoughtful toiletries included along with good linens and towels. The beds were all confortable and well appointed with warm quilts and soft sheets. The kitchen was lovely with modern appliances Gretchen was also responsive to our needs, providing a lovely Christmas tree and adding other holiday fixtures to make us feel welcome on our holiday visit. I would happily recommend any familys to stay here.

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. A great place to spend time with the family with incredible views

It was a very convenient spot to stay on our way to Florida. Very comfortable stay would do again. Thank you for letting us bring our dog to your home.

We had just spent several days at an upscale boutique hotel in Williamsburg VA, but upon arriving at Gale's place in Bethesda we both agreed that this was a far better place to stay. It felt like a home in which we could relax, recharge, and renew. Everything matched the photos and descriptions, from the comfy bed to the immaculate bathroom to the full kitchen. All that was complemented not with glitz but with refulgent nature outside. The apartment was so nicely quiet (and at night dark for sleeping!) that it felt like a private enclave. It was especially nice to have the carport for parking on the rainy day we were there. As a base to explore the area, it was perfect. An easy 5 minute drive to several excellent grocery stores for provisions. A 12 minute drive to several museums off the usual downtown DC circuit. Not even 4 minutes off the Beltway.

We would return in a heartbeat to enjoy the peaceful setting and spend even more time in the kayaks on the river.

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

John and Adam's place was just what we needed for our stay in the DC area. It was spacious, spotless, well stocked, peaceful, reasonably priced, and in a convenient location close to a shopping center and the Beltway. The grounds were beautiful, with the koi pond and spring flowers just starting to bloom. Adam greeted us when we arrived and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to stay here again when we next visit friends and family in the area.

The home was comfy. Everything we needed was right there. Although we were only there to sleep, I’d enjoy staying there again.

Jamie was responsive and flexible, while the place was exactly as described and shown in photos. Easy to find location with nearby restaurants. Very affordable!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant.
