Elizabeth was the consummate host. I felt like we were friends even before we chose to stay in her house because she was personable and welcoming. The house was equipped with every single thing one might possibly want on vacation with family. The house is even more charming in person than it is in the photos.

Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Jenna was absolutely amazing and accommodating! She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Check in and check out was smooth.

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly book this Airbnb again if we find ourselves in Chattanooga.

Mark’s house was absolutely gorgeous! It is situated on a beautiful piece of property right on the lake with the most spectacular deck. We spent most of our time either on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet of the lake or in the cozy entertainment room. The house was ideal for our stay. We had 5 couples. Three of the bedrooms are spaced out with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms create a family suite that share a bath. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and overall quality of the space. The house was fully stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. This home is a very special place and we will look to book again the next time we visit the area. Thank you, Mark!

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren's property. The space was immaculately clean. The decor was tastefully done, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Lauren was highly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience. The location was also conveniently situated, within easy driving distance to all the attractions we wished to visit.

This is a great house with a huge yard. It was winter, so the pool wasn't used, but the firepit is nice. It's a great location, a bit out of the campus hustle, yet very close to everything "University". Although it did not bother us at all, it's a bit of a noisy spot during the commute hours, as the road beside it brings a good bit of traffic in for work. We highly recommend this listing!

Great place very clean and so many family games. Absolutely loved staying here. The Host Wade was awesome and very understanding. I have kids with grandkids so my bundle is big. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Will be back in the near future! Thanks Wade!

I truly can’t say enough how wonderful Lyn’s tiny home is! It’s a little slice of peace and magic, with every little detail beautifully thought out and curated. Lyn and Brett have truly outdone themselves with their beautiful properties and made us feel right at home, thank you for being so warm & welcoming. We cannot wait to return to Paradise Meadows!

The house was clean and comfortable. Not only was it within walking distance of where I came to visit, but it was within very close the the riverwalk and close to downtown.

The team at River City Vacation were all super communicative and very respectable. My friends and I booked a Bachelor trip and originally booked a different Airbnb, and when we got there we were surprised how bad the outside of the house was and ultimately decided to lose money to stay here at the River City Vacation rental. They were responsive and allowed us to basically leave the ran down home we originally booked and head to their beautiful home to check in. I spoke with Christina when we got there because the maintenance person locked the screen door and she walked me through how to get in. All in all, we had an unbelievable staying here and enjoyed hanging at the house and taking in the scenery. Thank you River City Vacation's for taking our bachelor trip and making it memorable.

Such a great stay. We loved the stools on both sides of the bar and the way the kitchen was open to the family room. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. They could have used more dis towels, but we made do with paper towels. Comfortable beds and the down comforters were wonderful. The communication was amazing. They were super quick to respond when I sent a message. I highly recommend staying here. It is great for larger groups. We had 7 people and it was perfect.

We booked the Little Green Cottage in mid-March to use as a home-base when exploring the area, including trials in the South Cumberland State Park (i.e. Savage Gulf and the Fiery Gizzard Trail). Our stay was fantastic. The property is in a very charming development of newer small (some "tiny") vacation homes. There were few people in the neighborhood during our stay, so it felt quite private. Things likely pick up in the warmer months, but the Cottage has a more secluded lot facing the lake. The dwelling is fantastic and ideal for a small family. All 3 bedrooms (including the loft) have full bathrooms. The outdoor screened porch nearly doubles the useable square footage and the super responsive host has thought of everything (even in the kitchen). After unpacking, cooking a meal, and settling in, we noted that the only thing the host missed was a Bluetooth speaker - we then promptly located the Cottage's Bluetooth speaker in cabinet near the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Christy and David were excellent hosts! You get a whole private area with plenty of parking available. The drive up to the Air BnB is gorgeous, as you drive up the mountain. They did a great job making the house feel connected to nature. I woke up to the chirping of birds and the pitter patter of rain drops through the leaves this morning, I did not want to get up! I would stay again next time I’m in the area.

The house was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is great for entertaining and there is plenty of room for all your guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Perfect place to stay that feels like home away from home. Host was an excellent and responsive communicator. I'm a Airbnb newbie and made a few mistakes but nothing was a deal breaker. Be sure to count all your guests and any pets before booking! Would stay here again now that family will be living in the area.

We booked Paul's house because of how close it is to many of our favorite things in Sewanee and its private location that made us feel right at home. The house was as described and spotless. The complimentary snacks and drinks was a great bonus. Paul was great, and easy to work with on check in and check out. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in this area.

We booked Caroline's place to travel for an unexpected passing in our family. Someone so precious to us, and we were devastated. Hosts was so responsive and between the rushing and exhaustion with the children, the house setup and even basic toiletries available made things so much less stressful. My husband, myself, and out children were able to rest while at the home leaving space for processing this difficult time. Caroline's place gave us the gift of so many stressor eliminated while we said fair well to my mother inlaw, a beloved Nana and mother. Very family friendly and despite how little time we had between service and packing up belongings of our lost loved one, I felt our stay was not part of our stress when we needed just a few extra minutes to get packed up. kind, responsive, and perfectly kept home. we will be back for visits with the rest of our TN family! Also, Beautiful scenery and so quiet.
