Great place to stay. House was perfect, had everything you need when traveling with adults and children. Really confortable and well equipped. Play room it was just amazing. Kids enjoyed every single minute in the house. Thanks a lot Connie, was a pleasure to stay there and thanks for all the recommendations. We have had a wonderful time.

We were working in the area and Ricky's place was perfect, the guys felt right at home. Ricky was very responsive if we had a question and accommodation was just as described. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thanks for being a great host Ricky. Regards Michelle

Magnifique maison typique irlandaise. Sinead nous a réservé un accueil jamais vu dans air bnb... Des denrées partout pour nous aider lors de l'arrivée et des cadeaux pour les enfants. Juste incroyable! 🥰 Un petit bémol concernant la salle de bain de la chambre principale qui commence à devenir vieillissante. Cependant les literies hyper confortables et le linge qui sentait très bon vous le feront oublier. Merci Sinead 🙏 pour ce séjour inoubliable. nous reviendrons à coup sûr!

What a gorgeous, peaceful, and well stocked home! The scenery is a pastoral postcard, and the home is on a private, quiet cul-de-sac (many neighbors are full time residents ~ friendly, quiet, considerate). We have two dogs, and we were grateful to find a dog-friendly residence AND with so many amazing forest trails less than five minutes from the house ~ heaven! And the home ~ 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms ~ a well stocked kitchen, a most comfy living room with a great TV, a fireplace ~ all so convenient and comfortable. We needed a place for two months as we are moving to the area, but it takes so long here to close on a house, so we weren't just vacationing; we were LIVING there. Still, it had all we needed for day-to-day living. Miriam was immediately responsive when we contacted her, but honestly, we never needed anything so we rarely needed to be in touch. In sum, it was a remarkable deal for such comfort in an amazing area We feel quite lucky.

We were a group of 8 staying at the Coach House for an annual get-together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are very picturesque and peaceful. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the village and at Woodstock House & Arboretum. The house itself is fantastic with a large well equipped kitchen for our meals and a very warm spacious living room to chill out in. Daniel was most welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend the Coach House to anyone looking for a private, comfortable, scenic holiday home in the South-East!

Nella tipica campagna verde irlandese è stato realizzato questo cottage. Molto funzionale, con una sala relax ottima per i ragazzi e per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro per le bellezze dei dintorni: rock of Cashel, Kilkenny, Kilcooley abbey. Il proprietario sempre presente ed accogliente, non abbiamo avuto il tempo di visitare la sua fattoria, come ci ha proposto da subito, ma potrebbe essere una buona scusa per fare un altro viaggio in Irlanda con un fil rouge differente da quello che ci ha guidato in questo, partendo dagli scones preparati da Lorna e dall'eccellente latte delle mucche di Peter.

We stayed at Clodagh's beautiful house for two nights with four children and our dog, and it was absolutely perfect. The kids adored the private beach, and the house itself is full of cosy nooks — perfect for games of hide and seek and for relaxing in the evenings. The views are simply stunning, and the house is just so lovely and welcoming. Everything was immaculate, and Sean was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I honestly can't recommend this house highly enough — we had a wonderful time and would love to return!

Mary and Jim are wonderful hosts. We loved our stay. There were number of local recommendations provided to us. Number of local restaurants within 10 mins of drive. Beach was just 2 minutes of walk. The stay was crystal clean and it was so so peaceful. Mary was so generous to provide us scone, bread, butter and milk. Jim is very friendly and nice person talk to. Would love to stay back again here.

We were staying in this house 4th times and every time we are happy to come back. In the apartment everything as on the photos, always cleaned, beautiful view to the mountains, the owner doesn’t disturb you. You could relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks, Carolina

Breda and Joe’s farmhouse apartment was good value and just what we were looking for after a few days in busy Dublin - a peaceful stay in the countryside. They provided everything we needed in a very cosy, well-appointed cottage setting. The homemade bread and scones were a treat. It was an “escape to the countryside” but only 30 minutes drive from Kilkenny. Would definitely stay again.

Marilyn was so welcoming to her cottage. She provided very clear directions that made the destination easy to navigate. Myself and my boyfriend were staying for a Macra event, Mr. Personality, which was held in The Hub. She ever so kindly dropped us in. If we travel up for that event again, we will definitely book this lovely place. I also made a mistake with my booking 🙈 thankfully she was understanding and allowed us to stay an extra night. Fabulous place, very clean, spacious and a beautiful view to the harbour! Amazing host, who considered everything we might require, including local tourist suggestions and a hamper of goodies, toiletries and condiments. Highly recommended

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at Geoff and Therese’s apartment. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and though the kitchenette and bathroom were small, they had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard area was also appreciated- we ate several meals outside at the picnic table. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtfully had food items waiting for us when we arrived. Overall a great stay and location! Thank you

Orla facilitated our request for a stay at very short notice. The place is was very clean, comfortable and close to Dunmore East. We had a fantastic stay and will 100% be back.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Regardless of being in the main street, not very noisy. Could walk to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Host very helpful. Provided extra space for our bicycles. We enjoyed the garden space out the back. Apart from no free parking at the property, we managed as we used the option suggested by the host, the stay was excellent and will highly recommend it.

We had a nice stay in Marianne's house I cannot fault the accommodation. It was a lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The house is well equiped and wouldnt want for anything for your stay. Marianne was lovely to deal with and responsive. We were very unfortunate that a corporate group booked out the entire hotel and facilities so we could not get any food or drink on site during a large portion of our stay. Marianne does to be fair warn about times where it could be members only but I didnt realise all areas could be booked for exclusive use. I went to use the swimming pool on the last evening with my son and we were really disappointed that it was €50 for a family day pass to go for a swim. I understand a fee but find it hard to justify a price that high. There are lovely walks and grounds to enjoy while staying there. My son enjoyed the playground and exploring the grounds.

Fantastic..loved our stay. ..stark difference from Dublin and Belfast. really enjoyed the peaceful and private space for some much needed downtime.

Deborah’s farm is such a great place to stay, specially if you have kids. It has 3 adorable and friendly dogs and 2 gorgeous and kind cats, as well as pigs, goats, sheep, horses, hens… Also highlight Deborah’s kids, very open and selfless; the girl let us go with her while she was feeding the animals and it was wonderful. If we have to say something to correct, it would be that the pull-out couch was pretty uncomfortable, we could feel all the mattress springs sticking into our back. But overall, I would definitely recommend this farm and family.

Where to start. Firstly, Elaine is definitely one of the nicest people we have met in our lives. She is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The cottage is charming. And offered us everything we needed for the weekend away and much more. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd time staying in recent months and this place is absolutely perfect if you are traveling towards Thurles. Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. John and Margaret are really lovely hosts and I will definitely be booking again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed here with our 1 year old baby. Alan was extremely accommodating and provided a travel cot & high chair. Really liked the chickens, goat and cat he has aswell as the slide for our daughter. The apartment was spotless and had fresh eggs, bread, milk and orange juice provided. Really enjoyed the stay here would highly recommend

such a lovely couple. very welcoming and friendly. as it was our honeymoon they left us a card and bottle of wine and an Easter egg for our son. we felt very relaxed and cosy staying at Paddy and Anne's apartment. thank you both xx
