Our group had an absolutely amazing stay at Jennifer’s place. The house’ setting was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful deck right on the water. It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Old Town, a short 10 minute walk, was the perfect location for us. Very chill with lots of restaurants and beautiful views. But what stood out the most was Jennifer’s hospitality. She gave our group incredible recommendations and really took the time to talk to us and explain what we wanted to know. She helped arrange everything for us including a private taxi to take us to the national park and a private boat charter to go to Ko Kradan, which she had recommended. Both days were absolutely incredible and she definitely steered us in the right direction. She was always super responsive and all in all an amazing host! Would definitely return!!

Host gave us the free motorbike and no charge for break bowl. The view is worth more than millions dollars. Hope to come back and visit again soon..

Superbe villa avec une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas ! Nous y avons passé une semaine top. Tout à fait conforme à la description, très propre et fonctionnel, encore mieux que sur les photos. Proche des commerces, restaurants, activités tout en étant au calme. Yanitha est une hôte très accueillante, disponible et de très bon conseils ! En espérant y revenir le plus tôt possible 😀

The Perch Villa is an absolute dream. We loved staying there. The responsiveness of Jan was great. She helped us with transportation, scooter rent, restaurants and also transfer to our next hotel. She really did a great job. Unfortunately (and Jan was sorry about it) there is a big construction work next to the Villa, so at daytimes there were some loud noises. And also the construction workers were on the same level as the bedroom and the pool (so a little less privacy). The views are great! Would definitely recommend staying there!

Staying at Molly’s place was one of our favorite spots during the vacation. Loved the fact that we got to experience the local life and watching the sunrise every morning from our bed! Host was super friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous. The pool incredible - we loved the outside space. The house has everything you need and more. Maria was always on hand for anything - she is a sweetheart. Her husband cleaned the pool every morning, merci Maria xx it’s a lovely short walk the beach, with a lovely little local shop close by for drinks/snacks etc.

Words cannot describe how incredible our stay was. Pete alone was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! He was so responsive and had so many amazing recommendations, a true local guide. There was a slight plumping issue in our room and he upgraded us to the most breathtaking villa. Pete was very caring and attentive to our needs and made sure we were looked after properly. Nancy, the cleaner, was also the kindest soul and so helpful. I cannot recommend Pete’s airbnbs enough. Koh Lanta was so welcoming and we met so many special people. It truly has such a big place in our hearts. Thanks so much Pete & Nancy for every single thing you did for us! Love, Rachel & Bella

One of the most beautiful houses I’ve been in on Airbnb. It’s right at the sea so most days the wind blew through the house and it was nice and doable (we were in highseason so it was 32 degrees). The sound of the waves also very nice. Bedding smelled amazing!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich herrlich! Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Non war gut zu erreichen und konnte uns sofort ein Motorrad besorgen. Die Umgebung ist sehr authentisch und das Dorf hat eine nette Atmosphäre. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!
