Tibor is a great host. This was my second time staying at one of Tibor’s properties. I enjoyed my previous stay at one of his properties so I messaged him about availability for my next visit and he helped by informing me one of his other spots were available for my travel dates. This property is beautiful inside. It’s really conveniently located with everything you might need close by. Restaurants, grocers, pharmacies, shops, train line etc. It’s located above an Irish pub, so it’s worth noting that you can hear some of what’s going on outside at night. If you’re a light sleeper this might not suit you, but the second bedroom faces the interior terrace of the building so is more quiet. For me it was no bother and I slept well. I know every time I return to Budapest I’ll be checking availability of Tibor’s places first. I trust I can count on his apartments to be comfortable, clean, well stocked, convenient etc, and that Tibor is a good host who’s easy to communicate with.

Place is very central and walkable. Only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night in Fri and sat from the restaurants downstairs but that's expected given the central location.

Csendes és nyugodt környéken van, a holtág mellett. A szállás felülmúlta minden elvárásunkat. A parkolást az épület aljában lévő mélygarázsban oldottuk meg. Érkezésünk után a holtág partján besétáltunk a belvárosba. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk.

Nice, very clean and well-equipped apartment in a quiet environment. Shops, supermarkets, bakery, bars, public transport… near the apartment. Sonja and Lorenzo are great hosts. Looking forward to come back again ☺️

Gergely is an awesome host - he gave us clear instructions, recommended some places to check out and was very friendly. The location of the studio is pretty nice - about a 30-ish min walk from most of the sights. Would reccomend to friends and family :)

Eine sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft im Zentrum von Budapest. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist perfekt, Restaurants und Spätis sind direkt vor der Tür. Alles bestens. Wenn man dort wohnt, sollte man aber nicht vergessen, dass man sich nicht nur im ehemaligen jüdischen Viertel, sondern auch im ehemaligen jüdischen Ghetto (1944-1945) befindet und sich vorher ein wenig damit beschäftigen. Über das Ghetto und sogar über das Haus informiert eine Ausstellung in der großen Dohany-Synagoge. Man schaut dann anders auf den Trubel vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were very kind and responsive, always ready to help whenever we had a question. They truly thought of everything in detail and provided everything we needed in the apartment. They also gave us great recommendations for must-visit places in Budapest — from restaurants to hidden gems — as well as helpful information about transportation. The location was convenient. Thank you for everything — we would definitely recommend this place!

Parfait pour un grand groupe ! Spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, lumineux. Plutôt bien placé dans Budapest même si la rue peut être parfois un peu bruyante mais cela ne gêne pas tant que ça. Et le rapport qualité prix est incroyable Recommandé+++

Alojamiento que es como se describe y aparece en las fotos. Zona en el centro de Pest, bien comunicada con el metro bastante cerca. Buena comunicación con el dueño. Recomendable

We loved every minute of the stay and everything could not of been more straightforward. They went above and beyond for us when we mentioned we struggle with the firm mattress by bringing a mattress topper with a couple of hours of messaging them. Always there when we needed them and made the stay so beautiful and bespoke. Would 100% recommend using this apartment as they’re seems to be a real love and care to what they do. If you’re visiting Budapest then this is without doubt the best place I can recommend.

Vali rendkívül kedves, figyelmes, segítőkész házigazda. Könnyű volt vele kommunikálni, gyorsan válaszolt a felmerülő kérdésekre. A szállás tiszta, rendezett és felszerelt.

L'appartamento di David si distingue per la sua eccezionale posizione strategica nel cuore di Budapest. La camera e il bagno sono impeccabilmente puliti. La vera forza di questa sistemazione è la sua posizione privilegiata che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti i principali punti d'interesse della città. La rete di trasporti è letteralmente a pochi passi dall'edificio, con fermate di metro, bus e tram che facilitano gli spostamenti. Un valore aggiunto è la presenza di negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, dove è possibile acquistare generi alimentari e tutto il necessario. Dal mio punto di vista di host esperto, posso confermare che David rappresenta l'esempio di professionalità: risponde rapidamente e fornisce informazioni chiare. Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă centrală, foarte bine poziționată-animată, dar fără să fie gălăgioasă. Totul a fost foarte curat și bine îngrijit, iar balconul a fost un adevărat plus-perfect pentru un moment de relaxare. Gazda a fost extraordinar de amabilă, s-a implicat activ și m-a ajutat inclusiv în privința parcării, ceea ce a contat mult pentru mine. M-am simțit ca acasă și recomand această cazare din tot sufletul. Cu siguranță aș reveni!

We had a great stay at Violeta and Robert’s airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable and located in a lively neighberhood full of great restaurants and bars. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Asunto oli todella hyvällä paikalla. Asunto oikein puhdas ja siisti. Yhteyden pito loistavaa,vastaus aivan heti. Saapuminen hyvien ohjeiden ansiosta todella helppoa. Kaikkiaan loistava kohde. Suosittelen ehdittomasti.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig. Alles war sehr sauber, die Couch sehr gemütlich, der große Fernseher auch perfekt für einen Chill-Out Abend im Zimmer. Der benutzbare Spabereich ist auch vollstens zufriedenstellend, schöne Pools & Saunen und sehr gute Öffnungszeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft, leider war der Pool zur aktuellen Tageszeit nicht benutzbar aber die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Zur Lage: in der besten Gegend von Budapest, viele Restaurants und das Nachtleben zu Fuß erreichbar.

Balazs nagyon kedves, segitokesz hazigazda. Barmikor hivtuk egybol valaszolt a telefonon. Az apartman is nagyon szep, letisztult, jol felszerelt. Kisgyerek barat ami bonusz. Autoval minden par perc alatt megkozelitheto. Biztosan visszaterunk meg. Koszonjuk a szuper elmenyt!

Asunto oli myös erittäin hiljainen, siisti ja kaikinpuolin mainiosti toimiva. sopii hyvin 2-3 henkilölle. parveke kiva lisä toki aurinko ei siihen pääse paistamaan. Katto- allas korvannee sen jos avoinna. klo 11 am. uloskirjautuminen voisi olla parempi esim. 13 pm. pari tuntia siivoukseen riittänee. kiitokset omistajille ja Budapestille.
