The condo was absolutely ideal for our stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness—there wasn't a sound to disturb our relaxation. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful views and charming streets. We loved how conveniently located it was, with Ingles grocery, Cashiers, and Highlands just a short drive away. Even though February brought chilly temperatures, the heating system worked flawlessly, and we were grateful for the ample firewood that made our evenings by the fireplace cozy and inviting. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We would without a doubt choose to stay here again!

A beautiful place to stay, the condo is beyond beautiful and so comfortable, peaceful and quiet. A large place to stay for a great price, it's so worth it. The views from every patio on each side of the condo are breathtaking, I woke up every morning to have my coffee on the patio while watching bunnies run around the back yard. this location is so close to a pretty place, it took less than 20 min to reach it. I will be returning to stay here. my fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. Pumpkintown general store and Cafe is a must, you have to stop here and have breakfast. Great food at a very low price, wonderful atmosphere. This whole town is just full of great people and places.

We were very pleased with our stay. I was very close to were we needed to be. The townhome was very clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed very quickly. Check in and check out was very easy. Jenny was very quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will keep her in mind the next time we are in the area.

The condo was very nice and clean . I love the fireplace and the view of the lake. It’s a beautiful area and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

The place was perfect for my dog and I to spend 2 weeks there while I worked in Cashiers. Everything was clean and as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I really appreciated the flexible check in and the discount on the long term stay.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

I booked the Carriage House for a romantic Valentines Getaway and loved it! A perfect amount of room for two people. The surrounding trails are very fun to hike and being 30 minutes away from downtown Asheville is definitely a perk. The balcony the hot tub is on offered nice privacy with curtains, and the hot tub itself was very nice and clean. My partner and I started our stay here as boyfriend and girlfriend and left as Fiancé’s! We will definitely be rebooking this Airbnb in the future :)

Beautiful place! Everything as described and pictured. Great location, central and walkable to all of downtown. Kitchen is well-outfitted and there are many extras to make you feel at home. This apartment has sunset views that are spectacular. Being on the 10th floor, you have a birds-eye view of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Icing on the cake is how incredibly nice and helpful all the staff are. From all of the Arras group to the hotel and valet staff downstairs, just wonderful people, it makes the stay such a pleasure!

Our stay at Renee's condo was great. The location was perfect. You are in the middle of everything, yet inside, while looking at the lights of the city, all is quiet inside. I highly recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly nice, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and stress-free stay. They truly thought of everything, from providing all the supplies needed to make a fire each night to stocking the kitchen with fresh local coffee. Their local recommendations were fantastic and helped make my trip even more special. The outdoor space was a highlight—the creek was so peaceful, and the fire pit made for the perfect way to end each day. It was clear that so much care and attention went into making this place a perfect retreat. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Uniquely located above a popular bar. The bar doesn’t stay open too late, so the noise isn’t a problem. Walkable to downtown. The place had everything you needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great stay!

Excellent Location with restaurants, sites to see and entertainment all within walking distance. Couldn't be any more centrally located in downtown without any down sides to it!

Long week-end with life long friends was a perfect place. Simple beautiful area. Neighbors were friendly as well.

Great accommodations and close to everything. Hosts were completely accommodating, available via phone when we had question(s) and provided great recommendations. Everything was as stated. Great food, amenities, time with family, and the waterfalls 💕 definitely recommend the listing.

Great location and comfy bed! The bed is raised on a separate platform which does require a step down if you're a midnight wanderer so keep that in mind. Kitchen is well equipped with a very nice sink. the bathroom is nice with a good sized shower. Totally walkable to the restaurants in the area. Felt very private at the end of the row of condos with a nice tree view out the windows. The back patio doesn't have chairs so pack some in the car! We wished we had. If you like soft toilet paper I recommend bringing your own. 😁 Would totally stay again. We really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect space for my family and kids! The set up was great, the place was clean/ neat, perfect amount of amenities AND great location to access highlands, sapphire skis, AND Cataloochee ski mountains (little bit more of trek but nice to have access to go there!). This place allowed my family to have a comfortable AND wonderful time!

Lisa’s place was exactly what was described and more! It was a VERY comfy, clean, and had absolutely everything we needed. I’ve never been in an air b&b that had all the general cooking accessories that are needed. It was a pleasant surprise to not have to go to the store for anything besides the ingredients for the recipe we were cooking. On top on that, there was a TON of games, fishing poles, books, etc. i cant say enough good things about Lisa and her space without needing an extra 500 characters :) So in short…this listing is 100% accurate, Lisa was MORE than accommodating, and our kids and us couldn’t have had a more amazing vacation than we did! The ONLY downfall was….the beds were a little TOO comfy which caused us to sleep in more than we would have liked. However…is that really a downfall?!? Thank you so much Lisa for a comfy vacation of a lifetime! We will be back in the future and hope others book this spot to experience quiet and homey mountain bliss :)

This was a wonderful getaway, the surrounding area is breathtaking. Condo was immaculate and just as pictured. I will absolutely be returning again. Sapphire-Cashiers is the best place to relax and unwind.

Great place. Big enough for a small family. Close to the club house, nature trails, and other activities. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t need to contact them as there were no issues.
