Loved our stay at JC’s place. Very peaceful and beautiful views. The apartment has everything needed as described. The surrounding gardens and pool are kept extremely clean by friendly staff. Pipping restaurant next door serves up delicious food all day with probably the best view in Ko Chang. The AC in the living room does not smell good when in use. We decided to use the fan instead, no problems! The Ac in the bedroom works perfectly as does everything else in the apartment. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Die Unterkunft von Rainer und Dao entsprach unseren Erwartungen und hat sie sogar noch übertroffen. Wir waren 1 Woche zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt, inklusive großem Netflix TV und den herrlich warmen Pool hatten wir quasi für uns alleine. Zudem kann man einen scooter mieten (160 ccm und ABS) für den üblichen Preis von 250 Baht/24 Std. - den besten den wir bisher in Thailand hatten. Alles in allem, eine sehr gute und gepflegte Unterkunft, die wir absolut empfehlen können.

Een goeie locatie, mooi appartement in een mooi huis. Daw en Rainer zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Ook de tuin en het zwembad waren geweldig.

We've spent a week at Pisut's place and really enjoyed our time here. The hosts are super friendly and warm and it's also good vibes between the guests. The room as well as the common areas are spacious and we had everything we needed. We even used the kitchen a lot although that wasn't planned at all. 😁 The area is not so touristy which we liked a lot and there's lots of good food options in walkable distance. We were able to rent a scooter for a very good price from Pisut compared to the outside businesses. Unfortunately we had a flat tire one morning but the host quickly organised someone to fix it. We did find it a bit weird that we also had to pay for a whole new tire and not just the punctured inside part as the tire was already quite worn out before we took the bike. So make sure to check the bike's condition before taking it but overall it was a great stay and we would surely come again. ☺️

We stayed for one whole month and it was fantastic. We were also lucky that there was always a good feeling with the other guests sharing the garden and the pool. Our appartment was very spacious, well maintained, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, and the garden and pool are great. Rainer along with Daw are excellent hosts and were also very helpful in arranging good value for money scooter rental and transport to Bangkok. Can highly recommend.

It is a cozy, thai-style wooden bungalow. Compared with other modern resorts on the island, I prefer Koh Chang Residence because of it's great ambiance. Also, the Fig Cafe just beside the accommodation is very nice. You can take your time and have a cup of coffee in the morning before starting out for the activities on the island. Finally, Mo, the host is super kind and nice. Thanks a lot for the good time! :)

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everyone was great and really helpful. The room was spacious and had a desk for remote working. The house has a great kitchen which you can use, while the house is in a perfect location where there are a lot of restaurants nearby too. Would definitely recommend!

Un véritable havre de paix ! La maison de Chanon est magnifique, idéalement située à quelques pas de l'animation de la ville, tout en offrant une tranquillité absolue. Cette charmante maison de pêcheur a été rénovée avec soin et goût.

Online communicatie was zeer goed, werd snel gereageerd. Wij werden keurig opgewacht en na een korte rondleiding konden wij relaxen. Wij hadden scooters gehuurd. Was ook wel nodig om zowel het eiland te verkennen als naar de winkel te gaan. Deze is namelijk niet op loopafstand. Accommodatie was schoon en het uitzicht schitterend. Wij zaten in het naseizoen. Aan beide kanten werd verbouwd. Dit gaf soms wat herrie. Was prettig geweest om hier van te voren op de hoogte te zijn. Het eten en bediening in de nabij gelegen Beachclub is voortreffelijk.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, die Küche sehr gut und ihren Preis wert. Die Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft sind auch sehr gut und bieten typische Thaiküche an. Ruhig, schöne Lage im grünen mit einem Badestrand in der Nähe, der Strand an der Unterkunft hat viele Steine. Kleiner Minimarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage direkt am Wasser ist toll und die Zimmer waren gut, Betten top, Anlage sauber. Würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Stannade en natt för att sedan ta färjan till Koh Chang. Mysigt hus på pålar i vattnet, fantastisk uteplats. Ankomst sent, restaurangerna var stängda men 7/11 fanns att tillgå. Rent, fint och hemtrevligt.

A great location, a private pool, a nice view over the golf course and really kind and attentive staff!

The perfect place to stay. Tal has been an amazing host helping my parents for everything, since the day they arrived until the day they left. Always trying to find the perfect solution for them and they also arrange the reception of some package for them it was perfect. The house is really clean and same as on the description, you need to walk 2 min to go to the beach and relax without many tourist. Perfect place to stay and relax. Will definitely be back every year ! Thank you so much !
