My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend and our accommodations couldn’t be better. Perfect location to get to/from the horse show and cabin was quiet and cozy.

We loved staying at this beautiful old cabin just outside of downtown Hendersonville! We got to see their goats & chickens, plenty of natural garden surrounding the cabin, and lots of birds stopping by in the mornings. The cabin was cozy, the smokeless fire pit outside gave off plenty of heat for chilly nights, and the jacuzzi was clean & easy to use. Patrick was very responsive during the whole stay & had amenities like firewood, coffee, and basic cooking supplies to really make the place feel like home. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. The kids got in the hot tub every day we were there. They enjoyed jumping on the rocks in the creek to the side of the house. Everything was neat and tidy. It stayed a perfect temperature inside too. Amazing location! 20 min from downtown Brevard and pisgah forest. We drove through blue ridge and got to see some waterfalls. Would totaly do it all over again. Hosts were quick at answering all questions we had. Thank you so much for a great vacation for our family.

Great cabin and host. A little tricky finding the driveway by the gps but she gave instructions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the near future

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

The view from the back porch is breaktaking. Private and expansive, really long uninterrupted views. Inside is perfectly put together. The kitchen has every gadget or tool you need to really cook there. They have gone above and beyond with quality of furnishings and amenities. Thank you for letting us stay in your home you obviously love!

Amazing down to the last detail! I booked this trip and proposed to my significant other in the mountains. My fiancé fell in love with this cabin, giving us a perfect and cozy place to stay and enjoy this milestone event.

Had a family Thanksgiving weekend at the lake and it was AWESOME!! Great house on the lake…would definitely stay here again!!

We needed to get away from the city life where all of the normal life and work anxieties were bottling up. Finding this location was exactly what I sure needed! I found an amazing and beautiful spot to just sit and do…. NOTHING. The view of the mountains was amazing and serene. Very quiet. No traffic sounds at all except for the occasional resident on the road going home. With it being cold, we were able to utilize the fireplace which was very relaxing. Allison made sure that there was a good amount of amenities available such as towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, etc. Any questions we had prior to our arrival, she was quick to respond. A very kind and great host! I am definitely giving this 5 out of 5 stars and am looking forward to coming back!

This was our second time staying at this property and we’re already looking to book our third. It truly is a small piece of paradise and an absolutely incredible place to stay with young children and pets as well. As a full time working Mom + the ultimate planner/house manager of ALL THE THINGS, this has been one of the few vacations I’ve ever been able to personally relax. Hours and hours of free/unstructured/unplanned/joy filled play for the kids just makes my heart so happy. And though there are acres of space to roam, I felt completely safe letting the kids just wander and have fun on their own because of the location and privacy. 10 out of 10 recommend just packing some clothes, buying a few groceries, and showing up. Bring a fishing pole if you can too ;) You won’t regret it!

The greatest cabin and host ever! Such an amazing spot and super close to many trails and falls. Also not a bad drive to Greenville as well. Allison and Travis thank you again!

It is rare to find a cabin with complete silence from cars and a view of the sunrise and sunset - this is the place. So cozy and relaxing and set up for everything you will need. The extra ‘art space’ is a beautiful addition. We loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Highroads. This cabin was just as described and perfect for a weekend getaway in the mountains for our family and dogs. It is close to hiking trails and little towns with lots to do! Allison was very responsive and quickly responded to questions or concerns. My only complaint was that it was so hot in the bedroom at night. We tried running the AC and used fans to help cool down the cabin/room to no avail. It would be helpful to have an AC windows unit in the room for hot muggy summers. The original fan that was provided was broken but Allison was able to provide us with a replacement the next day! Thank you for your help with this!

This historic cabin is the perfect cozy escape we needed. Conveniently located by hiking trails and waterfalls, if you feel like venturing out, or just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee while you watch the birds. Our host, Wayne, took time out his day to walk us to the trail head and had great tips on some the hiking near by. We look forward to coming back and booking a longer stay in the future.

Wonderful location. Brevard has been my favorite vacation spot for many years and this place was wonderful. Quiet and peaceful, with all the amenities you need for a getaway. Super quick and easy trip to Pisgah or DuPont from the house with Lake Imaging trailhead right down the road. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. We loved the fireplace it was the highlight of our stay. The cabin was very homey. The kitchen had everything you needed to feel at home. It was a little too cold for us to spend anytime on the porch’s but they were set up really nice with rocking chairs. I would recommend the cabin for a quiet and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The best rental I have ever stayed in. Truly incredible - everything had been thought of here. Incredible TV and Sonos system, thriving indoor plants, and fantastic decor. This is a one of a kind - must experience home. The privacy and scenery only add to the fantastic home. The hosts are fantastic and super responsive. You are making a mistake if you do not book this rental. We are already planning a return trip because this rental and Hendersonville are so fantastic!

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at Tracey’s cabin while attending an event at TIEC. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. Everything was perfect! We even had 3 deer visit right outside the window. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

We enjoyed the authentic log cabin and relaxing on the porches with a good view. The cabin was spacious and we had lots of family meals and weren't on top of each other. Dupont Forest was very convenient and we had many enjoyable hikes. My grandson liked the trails around the house and the scavenger hunt. It was very nice to have the WIFI since we did not get phone reception out and about. David was very good about answering communications in a very timely manner.

We loved staying at Hayden’s place! It felt like we were out in the country, but we were only 5 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hiking and mountain biking trails in the area are some of the best in the country (all the waterfalls!). The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We are still dreaming about those cool summer evenings sitting on the front porch watching the fireflies. We are already planning our trip back to Pisgah!

The setting was quiet, peaceful and beautiful with magnificent trees. The deck allowed me to feel surrounded by nature without having to make any effort and I enjoyed many meals there. The house was exceptionally well provisioned with basic supplies (paper products, laundry and cleaning , quality cookware, dishes, flatware, and kitchen tools.). Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful, water for showers hot with good pressure. All appliances in working order. Any problems were minor and swiftly remedied. The house comfortably accommodated my few guests. and could easily accommodate a larger group. Although I did not use them, the grill, computer and fireplace are nice amenities. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive.

Great spot for an overnight! Lots of charm, plenty of essentials. Don’t miss out.
