We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the space was stylish and comfortable. However, we did experience an issue with the air conditioning not working during our stay, which made things a bit uncomfortable. That said, the host was responsive and tried to help. With that issue resolved for future guests, this would be a fantastic place to stay!

Stayed here for a bachelor party and it was perfect for our group of 14. Was a perfect home base for quick Ubers to the city, food truck park across the street, and felt very safe.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Austin and most of that credit I have to give to Adrianne! This house felt like we were right at home and she was so quick to answer every question we had! There is the cutest and most peaceful back porch here and the kitchen was LOADED with every cooking supply and spice we possibly needed. The neighborhood was cute and nice to walk around in, and the park nearby is a great easy walk too. The house was so clean and adorable and there was a nice little book of local recommendations. You can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bars from this house!! So cool. My family of 7 stayed here and we were a perfect fit, I can't imagine having stayed anywhere else. There was also the cutest Barton springs 'kit' of towels and coolers that just spoke to the wonderful thoughtfulness of this place. I'd give this house a hundred stars if I could! We had a great stay at The Greenhouse. Everything was either a short walk (good restaurants), or a short drive from the house. It was very clean and had all the essentials needed for a week stay. We had an issue with the door and they were very responsive in helping resolve the issue. I would recommend this home to others staying in the area.

Beautiful home in a great location!! The back porch was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The host always responded quickly, I definitely recommend this great home!!

We LOVED this cozy, quiet place with its private pool. It was well located - about 10 min drive to downtown - and a long-ish walk 15-20 min? - or short drive/Uber from fantastic restaurants and bars on 6th or Manor streets. The details in the travel theme design were clever and fun! The kitchen has everything you need to make a hot breakfast or easy snacks and drinks for the pool. We loved coming back after a long day to listen to the fountain in the pool, enjoy a glass of wine, and say goodnight to Pixel their adorable kitty who made sure we felt welcome.

excellent stay all around! perfect for a group and way cheaper than separate hotel rooms. no complaints and would stay again!

This was my second time staying here. Impeccably clean and perfectly set up, this house is a local favorite. Hosts couldn’t be more professional and on top of things.
