Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Liegt super, die Aussicht ist Wahnsinn und der Ofen macht alles gemütlich. Ich kann es echt empfehlen, das Dorf und die Region ist schön. Nach einem langen Tag freut man sich nach Hause zu kommen :)

Olivia è stata una super Host, molto disponibile, precisa e gentile. La casa era meravigliosa! Immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Abbiamo trovato degli ambienti molto puliti con tutto ciò che ci serviva e … sorpresa il camino ! Speriamo di poter tornare. Grazie di tutto!

Loved our stay! The house is cute and comfortable with beautiful panorama type view of mountain ranges in backyard. Perfect location for drive to Lake Garda, but also options locally since we wanted to stay close by (15 min drive) our host recommended Chalet Rocce Rosse Mountain Lodge for delicious food and stunning outdoor terrace/ views. Within a few minutes of Lodge there is a walking area Val Gardena- a perfect relaxing day if you don’t want to drive so much. Also recommend Bar Bufo cute bar 5 min away from house on a little lake/pond Our host Corrado was very kind and accommodating to any questions that came up (even when there was a misunderstanding he was quick to resolve the situation) so we were very pleased. All in we loved our time here!

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

Logement loin des foules dans une ancienne bâtisse rénové avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Marisa est là quand nous avons besoin d’elle pour répondre à nos questions. Aux alentours, possibilité d’aller nager au lac, promener dans la campagne environnante en altitude ou encore visiter Vérone. Un logement central qui, cerise sur le gâteau, accueille les chiens avec la plus grande joie.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

From the time Erika met us at her home until we left our stay was perfect. We loved the location, the views and the character and charm of this authentic 800yo house with all the modern conveniences. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience in this beautiful lakeside home.

L’appartamento è molto bello, super nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort. Ponte di Legno è a circa 15 minuti di macchina. È perfetto per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia che voglia sciare a Ponte di Legno o Passo del Tonale e di avere anche i comfort di una casa vera, dove poter cucinare, mangiare o guardare un film la sera sul grande divano del soggiorno. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e in ordine al nostro arrivo. L’host è stato più che disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle tante domande che gli ho fatto, a partire da informazioni sulla casa fino a consigli su potenziali gite nei dintorni. Ciliegina sulla torta per noi: c’è un caminetto che potete accendere, procurandovi però i combustibili al supermercato, che aggiunge la giusta atmosfera al vostro soggiorno in montagna. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Jacques ist ein großartiger Vermieter. Er hat an alles gedacht: Von der Heizung, die an war, über Verkehrshinweise am Tag der Ankunft bis hin zu Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas höher gelegen und abseits der Straße-der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Alles was man braucht kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Fahrrad fahren, wandern oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen, der Ort ist absolut geeignet dafür.

Mieszkanie jest zadbane, czyste w pełni wyposażone, posiada dużą komfortowa przestrzeń, czuliśmy się tam bardzo kameralnie i bezpiecznie, wszystko zgodne z opisem, widok piękny, kontakt z wlascielka błyskawiczny, po przyjeździe czekał na nas prezent w postaci winka i słodyczy, napewno wrócimy 😊

Beautiful stay, Sabina was a lovely host and we enjoyed our stay very much. Was around a 30 minute drive to the hills and very conveniently located. Apartment was very comfortable and very accommodating for our two dogs.

It's a spotless place, ski in—ski out, right in the center of the shopping street. It is a very modern and cozy apartment. We've been to many places, but that one is definitely one of the best! Great Sauna, great hosts. We did not miss anything - parking space, ski room, next to the slopes, perfect kitchen, airy and great space! Thank you!

Maurizio is trully the best host anyone can wish for! He is really helpful and kind, perfect communication, always replying really fast. Lots of recommendations of what to do and see around, even which road is better. The apartment is very clean and has an amazing view of mountains. everything is like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Also there's a welcoming basket that was a nice gesture from Maurizio side:) The area is calm, there's not a lot people or anything to do or eat, you have to drive but its not far. But you definitely need a car to stay here. Lake Garda is about 1.20 hour away as well as Verona. There's a free parking nearby and you always find a place. We stayed at late September so it was chilly at night but we used a heater and wood stove. Only one bad thing was that there's a reconstruction outside so you cant sleep late, they start around 8am and its really loud, but thats definitely not Maurizio fault! hopefully it will end soon:)

Giuseppe ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und offene Fragen wurden schnell bearbeitet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sehr schönen Lage. Der See und diverse Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Geh- oder Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Küchenflächen waren für die Vorbereitungen des Essens für uns 8 Personen ein bisschen zu klein. Jedoch wenn man sich Organisiert ist dies auch kein Problem. Wir können das Haus von Giuseppe sehr weiter empfehlen.

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Villa Gere is an absolutely stunning residence. The amenities are first rate and the house has so much flexibility that our family of ten had loads of space to relax in any number of ways. The sauna and hot tub were hugely popular as was the games room and gym. Our host, Roberto was brilliant, guiding us through the facilities and local amenities and helping us make as much of the house as we needed to; whilst he left us to enjoy the house, he was always responsive to our queries, no matter how minor. In addition, he provided some local produce as gifts which were very well received by everyone. The whole family were thrilled with the house and its facilities and its proximity to the outdoors activities that we were in the area to enjoy. I can’t praise the house and Roberto highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway whatever the season. I have no doubt that we will return in the near future.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war klasse und hat gehalten, was versprochen war 😊 die Vermieterin war sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit 😊 Es war rundum klasse 🙌🏽

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Der große Pool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

Die Unterkunft war in echt eigentlich viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht war wunderschön, das gesamte Gelände ist eingezäunt (perfekt für unseren Hund), es gibt ein paar Spazierwege direkt vom Haus weg.. wir hatten insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! 🫶🏽
