This is a great spot for a quiet family vacation. The home was well-stocked with everything you'd need including some great snacks. Convenient location with short drives to Bradenton, Clearwater, and downtown Tampa.

Ashley was extremely responsive and accommodating especially when our original Airbnb booking with a different host and location went terribly wrong! Ashley responded rapidly, and with reassurance and kindness. I cannot thank her enough! She saved the day. After moving into Ashley’s amazing home everything started going right again! The home is close to everything you need- super clean - homey/unique - and was the cherry on top of this vacation. Will definitely love to stay again. Thank you again Ashley!

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

This place is amazing. Big enough to have friends and family + able to get some private time when needed. We enjoyed the heated pool, big kitchen, bikes, fire pit, games and the location. We had a great time biking to the local restaurants and walking to dog to the local park. Definitely a sanctuary that I look forward to staying at again.

We had an amazing stay here! The home’s amenities were perfect for our family, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The converted garage with AC was a great touch, offering extra space for the kids to play and relax. The screened-in pool was definitely a highlight — the kids had so much fun, we didn’t even want to leave to go to the theme park! It was hard to tear them away from the pool area. We honestly wished we had extended our weekend. Karolina was incredibly attentive, providing all the details we needed upfront, which meant I hardly had to reach out for anything. It made our stay stress-free and seamless. If we ever decide to visit the Tampa area again, we would absolutely book with Karolina again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-friendly home in the area!

Such a neat place! It’s roomy, so colorful and cheerful, with thoughtful touches like drawing pads, a chalkboard, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and a lovely garden out back to wander around. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Caroline was quick to respond to questions and share her thoughts on her favorite spots around town. The house is in a convenient spot to explore the area. There really is so much to see. We’re already daydreaming about our next visit.

Finding the house was very easy. Unlocking the door was very easy. Locking the door from the outside took a few tries to get the deadbolt in position. The house was very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Master bedroom was nice, but the electric outlets were difficult to get find. Outside needs a little love but overall in good shape and well landscaped. Inside decor was very Florida outdoorsy/surfer with some really interesting decor to look at and a cool hightop table to eat at. Taylor was a very good and responsive host. Had the house ready early and even let me stay a little later if needed. Checkout list was super easy to do. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again.

Excellent lively location. Walk to the nest bars and restaurants. Nice pool and patio. Super friendly staff. We parked on the street to save money and it was not that difficult.

Iggy's spot is super cute, clean, and exactly as described. For a one-night stay, the space was perfect. Love the shower pressure and temp (important deets here!) and the outdoor shared space was especially comfy and nice to have the opportunity to hang out there, too. Would definitely return!

We had a great stay here! We loved the heated pool and the short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes). We also enjoyed the provided sports equipment to use at the park across the street, and the beach chairs, towels, and toys! The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to many restaurants and a short drive to the grocery. The condo was the perfect size for us - 2 adults and our 10 year old - and was very clean and decently stocked in the kitchen. Check in was super easy with a door code provided. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

I did have some trouble with the lock but Tim was extremely responsive when handling the situation. He even drove over to assist at one point. But, by the time he made it over, the door finally opened.

This house has everything you need.. down to even coolers that I was not expecting… felt right at home .. the beach is steps away.. the pool vibes were amazing .. we absolutely loved this place .. I’d definitely come back and/or visit their other properties for sure … thanks again Nicole

The Rooster Hut lives up to it’s namesake! Cute and secluded with a beautifully renovated interior. Being surrounded by trees and nature was wonderful.

Everything you ask for if you are looking for a peaceful vacation

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

Jays place was very cozy and comfy. The view off the front porch of #406 was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. He was very responsive and everything was available that was listed. I would stay again if I end back up in Seminole.

I don’t think a review would be enough to express Judy’s hospitality nor how absolutely BEAUTIFUL the scenery of this air bnb was. I had a family member pass recently unbeknownst to Judy and she just made everything so simple and amazing. It was just the getaway I needed. I will definitely be back!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. I stayed here for about 7 weeks on sabbatical. It was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience. The cabin is cozy and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The lake was a 30 second walk away. Less than a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store, tons of restaurants nearby. Any issues were promptly addressed and Jay went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat.
