We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The backyard was a highlight and we really appreciated how child friendly the property was. Cara was very responsive to our questions and was also flexible with our check in/out times to accommodate our travel arrangements. Would stay here again!

This was a great little place that suited us very well while in Tampa. The place was spotless and hostess was very responsive to questions. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. We’ll try to book this again on our next trip to Tampa.

Great apartment in the Kenwood neighborhood. I think we walked to a different coffee shop every morning of our 5 night stay and walked to a different patio restaurant with our dog and baby in town every evening. We did have to cook for our little guy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent plenty of time outside. We did meet guests staying at each of the two apartments we shared the space with and everyone was friendly. Laundry was right outside of our apartment and super convenient. We worked remotely for the 5 days and had no issues. Lauren was responsive and extremely flexible. 10/10 would rent again.

Wow - what a great place and a fantastic host! We spent a month at Kristin's place with our dog and had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We got to know a few of the neighbors. We visited beaches and parks and went windsurfing. Kristin was very proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. Her house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend. Thanks Kristin!

Lea's place was comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed. The location, close to the interstate, made it easy to get around. Initially, we were curious about the artifical turf in the back yard, but quickly learned it was great for our dog's frisbee games and kept her from tracking dirt into the house. Lea was a very responsive host. For example, when we asked about a toaster, she had one shipped to us in a day. In all, a great stay.

We had a great stay at Patrick's house. It was very bright and cheery. Instructions to get in were very clear. The beds were pretty comfortable. The house is fairly centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay. Anytime we had a question, Patrick was quick to respond.

My family and I had a great stay in a peaceful home and neighborhood. It has a cozy environment and main household essentials.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at this house! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for travelers. The house itself is spacious, with four bedrooms and a large backyard that’s perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless and well-organized, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. David was an exceptional host, providing clear and detailed instructions for entering the house, which made the check-in process seamless. Overall, it’s a perfect place for friends or family trips.

Nick &Klaudia have a wonderful comfortable home. We were a family of 8 and never felt crowded. Everything you need just bring toothbrush. The highlight was the relaxing hot large Jacuzzi under the stars....VERY NICE. The pool was heated and the kids loved the Foosball table. The neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The location was perfect and close to beaches and parks. The kitchen is small but very adequate. This home is PERFECT for a family or group. Nick was ALWAYS available. Nick responds immediately. We will definitely stay again when needed Thank you Nick&Klaudia.

Very comfortable stay with my dog and family during Christmas week! The home is clean and spacious in a great area of Seminole. Short drive to the beach, close to Publix and plenty of restaurants. The outdoor area was very relaxing with the pool, grill and patio table. It was great to feel at home while celebrating the holidays with family.

Barry & Alisha's place was just as described and they sent out a variety of fun things to do and places to go prior to check in. I did ask a question about the places where we had reservations and never received a response - I think their texts/reminders are just generated. We did have a problem with the water temperature and Barry came out within a 4 hour period to make sure it was great. Excellent response time. We didn't find the couch in the living room to be comfortable. And that's a thing for us. And the toilet rocks when you sit on it. That probably could stand to be replaced. But the pool was incredible and the hot tub was the reason we booked. Well maintained and cared for. They also asked for us to do laundry and sweep on the way out which was strange considering we have a cleaning fee - he said it was to honor other guests with early check in requests. We thought it was 5/5 and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and safe. We went for daily walks. The heated pool was wonderful. Even when the weather was cooler we could still swim and hang out by the pool. The fire pit and grill were great to have available for our use. Bedrooms were cozy and the kitchen area was great for cooking. The location was excellent. We were close to Clearwater Beach and many other attractions. Artur was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a last minute change of plans and Mark was able to accommodate our family. Pool was wonderfully warm, beds were comfy, space was cozy. Will be back!

This home is well-equipped and beautifully renovated. The backyard is private with its high solid fencing, and is perfect for doggies to have fun in. A pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit offer relaxation. A huge shopping center is within a mile and has an assortment of restaurants, and many stores. Largo is a great location with an easy drive to Clearwater Beach, St Pete and Dunedin, etc.

The back yard is a dream yard. pool heats up great. the house is in a great location. we loved staying there. and will definitely be back as long s you will have us. Thank you for your quick responses and for being just a great host.😁

Ok what a hidden gem this place is! It is beautifully kept and looked as if I was the first person to stay here. Immaculate! I felt so much at home I was sad to leave! Will 110% stay here again when I’m in the area! 11 out of 10!!!

Our stay at Donna’s place was absolutely fantastic! The bungalow was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Donna and Isabel were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations, making our time in Clearwater even more special. We would definitely stay in this place again!

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

This place is outstanding! Donna and Meghan were so responsive, communicated throughout our stay. The house was spotless, extremely clean. There was plenty of space for our family and my 4 year old nephew said the house was EPIC! It was a kid friendly place with games, toys and a PS4. We had our dog with us and he felt right at home. Meghan was so welcoming of our dog and the backyard is so perfect for running around! The couches, chairs and beds were all so comfortable, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay and will definitely be staying again as we are in the area quite a bit. The small extra touches around the house are unmatched to any other place I’ve stayed. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Christina’s place was very comfortable and felt like home. It was close to Walsingham park for a lovely walk with the dogs and close to the beach. Christina kept in very close contact to ensure that I was warm enough during the recent cold snap and offering use of her large back yard and BBQ while she was away we have already booked her place for next year.

This place is amazing. Big enough to have friends and family + able to get some private time when needed. We enjoyed the heated pool, big kitchen, bikes, fire pit, games and the location. We had a great time biking to the local restaurants and walking to dog to the local park. Definitely a sanctuary that I look forward to staying at again.

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Ester is very responsive and helpful with any needs that come up. Fun back yard for the kids. Great little neighborhood with a small playground near by. We will for sure stay again next time we are visiting St Petersburg.
