It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

We can only reiterate what all the other 5 star reviews said. It was a wonderful place to spend the month of February. We enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunset from the unit. It was clean, a well equipted kitchen, comfortable furniture both inside and out, beach chairs, umbrella, cart, ect. We're looking forward to being back there next winter. Agnes was quickly responsive to our questions. You can't go wrong by staying here.

Hidden Gem that is worth every penny! Beautiful place, so much more then we expected and better then pictures! Super close to beach, food, shops, walking paths, and perfect spot to everything you’d want to see in this whole area. Gated and office workers super nice, but our host had us prepared for all and was the most amazing person, helpful instantly even when we had to call. Top Notch, will be back again

Matthew was great to respond to all our issues. Condo is a good l9cation to grocery store...restaurants..and beach.

Tulih’s place is great. I’ve stayed in the development many times through the years to visit my family. This was one of the best setups we’ve stayed at. There is still hurricane recovery occurring in the development and in Madeira Beach. We did find the grocery, pharmacy and some restaurants nearby were open. Many places continue to be closed as of end of December 2024. The beach is accessible and was quieter than usual for this trip. Considering the massive hurricane recovery efforts, we found the place to be enjoyable. We hope for continued recovery and a future trip to observe the changes.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need for life and a beach holiday. Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella from the rain, tennis rackets, golf clubs, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Perfect cleanliness, the best location and magnificent views from the balcony to the bay. Very quiet. Great beach. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. During my holiday I felt like home. I would definitely like to go back there again, and I also recommend this apartment to everyone.

This Airbnb is located at the JW Marriott property so we were able to use all the amenities of the hotel. The room was spacious with a kitchenette. Perfect place to stay for a family.

My family has visited the Indian Shores area several times and Megan’s place was the absolute best hands down. Great location, beach is a 5 minute walk if not. She has EVERYTHING you need for your family to head your the beach - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, beach cart, boogie boards, cooler etc. - we felt right at home. Lots of space in this condo and was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub in rear of condo were perfect. We had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to the next time already!

100% recommend staying here! It is exactly as advertised. We had such a nice trip. No damage from the recent hurricane. The condo unit and entire complex is very nice, clean and quiet. The owner hosts the unit directly, and he is VERY responsive, unlike with a management company. The pool is warm with lots of chairs. The beach is lovely and the owner includes beach chairs and towels. The unit is baby friendly, with a pack n play, high chair, and dark bedrooms! Also good for seniors, as there is an elevator. We hope to return next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phuongs place. Very nice neighborhood. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Phuong is very nice to communicate with: fast to respond, efficient, accommodating and super friendly. I would definitely recommend Phuong 's place for anyone looking for clean and convenient place near the beach and can't wait to book this place again next winter

The house is very spacious and laid out nicely - and great location. Very close to the grocery store and restaurants. Very relaxing home. Loved the hot tub and pool. Also utilized the grill, which was nice. I will book here again if traveling to the area, or recommend to others!

We stayed for a month and our host was very friendly and responsive. The pool and yard were lovely and allowed us to spend time with local family & friends. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was worth every penny. The location was close to the beaches and bays and it was easy for us to travel around the area. The block was peaceful & quiet and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The kitchen had more cooking pots/pans, spices, etc than most home rentals, but I didn't appreciate that staying for a month without my fully stocked kitchen would make cooking bit of a challenge. Overall, we had a great stay and are sending a big thank you to our host!

My daughter and I loved the place. We are already talking about how we want to stay here when we come in the area again.

Nice big house with Manu rooms and big open space. perfect for group or big family. Well equip for cooking. Close to the beach ans restaurants.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Adam’s place. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group, and the backyard space was definitely the highlight for us. Adam was always available for any questions and was very quick to respond. Would recommend this house to any group looking for a few days of relaxation in the Tampa area!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux (2) mois hivernaux du 13 décembre 2024 au 12 février 2025 et avons trouvé que le condo ressemblait exactement aux photos décrites sur Airbnb. Dans la cuisine, vous retrouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin pour vous faire à manger. Cuisine bien équipée. Pas de surprise de ce côté. Le signal WIFI est très bon. Une piste cyclable sécuritaire est à proximité du condo à moins de 1 km. La sécurité est omniprésente sur le site, barrière de sécurité à l’entrée avec un agent en permanence 24 heures sur 24. Site des condos très propre. Piscine chauffée et sentier piétonnier pour prendre une marche sur près de 1,9 km. Attention, des frais supplémentaires vous seront imputés afin de vérifier votre statut qui vous serontimputés avant la location par une firme de vérification TenanEV, des frais de $300.00 dollars US sont applicable pour l’ouverture du dossier. John a été sympathique et très réactif à nos demandes.
