Wonderful experience staying here, hosted by this family! I booked a year in advance, and Marijana was consistently prompt and helpful. Toni (Tonci) and his father took over during my arrival, stay, and departure. Friendly and informative, they answered my questions, and I enjoyed chatting with them during my three-night rental. The unit was even prettier than the photos. It was perfectly clean and well-supplied, with amenities present as described. The trees and stream create a lovely setting. The town and Adriatic are only a 3-minute walk downhill … but it’s uphill back. A small grocery store is another uphill walk - a lovely climb through the forest. Have Ubers pick you up and drop you off at the unit if you don’t want to climb on the narrow road. It’s no surprise that this place is usually rented. I recommend it, and especially the hosts, highly. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Marko's beautiful apartment. We felt very welcome! Marko picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area. The communication was friendly with quick responses. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. Bus stop, ferry, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Casa con muchísimo encanto, ubicación excelente a dos minutos de la muralla y vistas espectaculares. La casa está en un estado impecable, moderna, estilosa y muy limpia. Dispone de todos los servicios necesarios aunque se hace imprescindible que añadan aire acondicionado en la habitación principal. Por la noche al estar cercana a la zona céntrica hay ruido de música, gente… no es fácil descansar a primeras horas de la noche. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.

This is a wonderful AirBnB in Dubrovnik. Fantastic views, great outdoor area and spacious well equipped interior. Great communication from our host. Do note if you would like to use the outdoor grill you must purchase charcoal and firer starter, unfortunately for us we could not do this arriving Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Looks lovely and hope to enjoy this feature when we return someday.

Spent 4 wonderful nights at Stefan’s Airbnb, we are a newly retired couple in our mid-60’s who travel mostly on public transport. The accommodation is well positioned, 20-25 minutes flat walk to town centre, bus station & supermarket are 10 minutes walk, the Tivat International airport is 7m taxi away. The hosts are special people, and we feel fortunate to have met them and shared a couple of hours of chatting to them on their patio one sunny evening. Thank you for making the last stop of a seven week holiday so enjoyable.

Excellent option for a home from home stay. The apartment is spotless and stylish with lots of thoughtful details such as bathrobes and slippers for the hot tub. Short walk down to the marina or beach and lots of options to eat locally, though the kitchen is well equipped to dine at home. Local bus to the old city of Dubrovnik runs by the apartment regularly. Ivan was a perfect host, adapting to our arrival time and running through all the details of the apartment and area with us. We would definitely come here again, it's a really super place to stay.

The villa was as lovely, clean and clutter free. Nice open plan living space upstairs making it great space for family to socialise together. It is well equipped with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Large beautiful wood burning stove in the lounge. Beautiful location with lovely scenery. It is a short walk (10 mins) from the house to the town. Ljiljana was very helpful when we contacted her for information and even provided us with a couple of bottles of her home made wine! Would definitely stay here again. Lovely place

Nikolina je bila odličan domaćin. Sve nam je super objasnila (veoma detaljno) tako da je smještaj bilo lako pronaći i ući u njega. Također moram istaknut njenu fleksibilnost i ljubaznost koja se osjetila tokom dopisivanja. Smještaj je bio kako i na slici ljep, uredan i čist. Marija’ house is so beautiful, It is hidden in the alley, like a paradise, Marija and her husband decorated the yard very delicately. Before we checked in, they sent us a detailed check-in instruction video, and tried their best to meet our needs during our stay. This is a wonderful accommodation experience and we recommend here to everyone 💖

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

The place has free indoor parking so your vehicle is also safe and secure. Highly recommend this place if you are in Dubrovnik .

Wow wgat a stay We have just stayed myself and 2 kids and had the most incredible time. The apartment is beautiful with the most wonderful views from the balcony and the terrace. The hot tub is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring! The location is so peaceful but also convenient as a 25 minute bus ride and you are in Dubrovnik city. Host was so helpful and friendly m, nothing was to much trouble, even lending a charging cable for the stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone

We loved our stay in Gruz. Despite being a little way from the Old Town, a cheap Uber can get you there very easily. The property itself had everything we needed and Alen provided excellent recommendations and replied very quickly to any queries we had.
