Claudio e Veronica sono delle persone splendide, gentili e disponibili, la casa è perfetta per rilassarsi, la vista mare è bellissima, non esitate, prenotate! Consiglio di soggiornare da loro, la villa è ben curata, piscina per bambini, parcheggio custodito, un vero piacere, forniscono tantissimi consigli e convenzioni per godersi a pieno della vacanza.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Dachterrasse verdient 10 von 10 Punkten. Man schaut auf das Meer und die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus und das Grundstück genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war immer erreichbar, so dass wir ein paar kleinere Dinge, die nicht ganz rund liefen, schnell klären konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte per spezzare il viaggio verso il Salento, l'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda vicino all'autostrada. Appartamento molto carino e curato, bellissimo giardino con piscina. Ospitalità molto apprezzata e casa fornita di tutto.

we were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. there was no soap when we showed up which was probably our fault, but they brought some over right away. So bring your own soap. the kitchen was easy to use but could use a few more updated pots and pans. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area is beautiful but a bit far from activities and attractions but close enough to many grocery stores. overall it was good for us

Wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Maurizio & Vittoria sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa, Pool sowie Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das von Maurizio eigens produzierte Olivenöl rundete unseren italienischen Kulinarik ab. Vielen Dank Vittoria & Maurizio!! Villa ist empfehlenswert..

The best country stay by the coast. A unique olive grove farm house surrounded by olive trees. Add the most wonderful stone terrace, barbecue and pizza oven and breath-taking views of the sea beyond the grove. Peschici is only 3 min drive down the path and roads and has all the I gradient you ll need to cook la cuccina povera. Plus Raffaella and Dino are the greatest hosts.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato due notti nell'appartamento di Antonio, semplicemente perfetto ! Nuovo, pulito, curato nei minimi particolari, suggestivo e ben attrezzato, a due passi dal corso principale di Manfredonia. Antonio è stato gentile e disponibile, presente e attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento !

Très bel appartement, parfaitement propre et très spacieux, sur deux étages, avec deux terrasses. Il est en tous points conforme à l'annonce, et la literie est impeccable. il est situé dans le quartier le plus plaisant de Bari, très calme, aux petits immeubles blancs. On est proche de la vieille ville si jolie, de la plage face à l'ile au phare, de la place centrale animée. Mary et son mari sont très réactifs et accueillants. La région, est splendide, nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux en cette fin septembre agréablement chaude et beaucoup plus calme que juillet ou août.

Tutto bene, posizione ottima e alloggio nuovo e pulito. Parcheggio gratuito davanti casa, lo consiglio.

Splendido appartamento, arredato con gusto nei minimi dettagli, veramente una perla. Adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone od una coppia (molto romantico cuori e fiori ovunque). Ottima la collocazione nel centro storico, vicinissimo ai punti panoramici ed alla zona più turistica di Termoli. Si può parcheggiare l’auto e riprenderla a fine soggiorno, perché tutto è nelle vicinanze:mare, ristoranti, porto d’imbarco per le Tremiti. Molto disponibili e simpatici Mirella e Maurizio. Spero di ritornarci a breve.

Wir durften 12 Tage in Isabellas schöner Dachwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist klein und einfach eingerichtet, mit allem was man zu zweit braucht. Isabella hat uns stets gut versorgt, sei es mit netten Kleinigkeiten zum Essen, frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche und Ratschlägen für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Es war immer eine sehr herzliche Kommunikation. Der WLAN-Empfang ist leider nicht sehr stabil. Dafür entschädigt der Ausblick von der Terrasse zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Die Anfahrt zum Haus durch den Olivenhain erfordert etwas Fahrerfahrung, ist aber im Grunde problemlos zu meistern.

Sonia e Nicolino sono degli host veramente eccezionali, molto gentili, disponibili e di cuore. Il check-in ottimo come anche il check-out. Casa con un giardino molto carino con due terrazzi con vista sul mare. Inoltre un bel prato curato e anche il parcheggio ottimo. La macchina rimane dentro il recinto al sicuro e direttamente vicino la porta di entrata, quindi molto comodo. Ci è piaciuto tutto e ritorneremo di sicuro. Grazie di cuore cari Sonia e Nicolino!

Deliziosa soluzione abitativa dotata di ogni comfort, ideale per un piccolo nucleo familiare, in un'ottima posizione e in un'area geografica meravigliosa. Host gentilissimi, cordiali ed attenti a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e dello splendido mare del Gargano.

Cagnano Varano est lieu typique et acceuillant la maison de Jessica reste dans son jus , inspirante et calme . je vous conseille cette adresse pour découvrir les Pouilles.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Alessandra è molto disponibile per ogni necessità. L’alloggio si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dal mare, ed è una buona zona per vedere punti d’interesse della costa dei trabocchi. Alloggio confortevole, ordinato e mette a disposizione tutto ciò che occorre (cucina/pentole/macchinetta caffè ecc.). Ci sono parcheggi gratuiti vicino l’alloggio. Super soddisfatta!

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Die Wohnung von Lidia ist groß und liegt wunderbar wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Man kann sowohl eine Terrasse für sich allein vor dem Haus nutzen oder sich im Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus am Meer aufhalten. Das allerbeste an unseren Aufenthalt ist aber, dass wir Lidia und ihren Hund Judy kennengelernt haben. Lidia ist so eine herzensgute, großzügige und warmherzige Frau, das hat unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu tollen regionalen Spezialitäten weiter geholfen und auch im Alltag mit Informationen unterstützt und übersetzt. Zusätzlich war sie sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Judy ist ein ganz lieber Hund und passt gut auf, so dass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Es war wunderbar das Leben vor Ort und die Menschen dort kennenzulernen, gleichzeitig hat man aber auch seine Privatsphäre und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Lidia!

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!
