Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

La casa di Matteo e Cristina è stata una piacevole scoperta, è molto carina, spaziosa, pulita e gode di ottima vista. La vasca idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta per godersi in totale relax e silenzio questa zona tranquilla. La comunicazione con gli host è stata impeccabile e le indicazioni da loro fornite utilissime, la pulizia della casa è stata altrettanto lodevole. Sono stati così gentili da lasciarci anche svariati snack e cibo di cui usufruire, cosa che ci ha salvato la serata poiché essendo fuori stagione tutti i ristoranti nel raggio di km erano chiusi e l'abbiamo scoperto al momento 🙈 5 stelle meritatissime!

Massimo nous a accueilli dans son joli village de Piovere. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances paisibles. Le village est superbe. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux. Bien équipé. Avec une mention spéciale pour la terrasse avec vue incroyable sur le lac. Quelques randonnées superbes et accessibles à tous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Massimo!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl drinnen als auch am Pool. Es ist super gelegen zum Einkaufen, Brötchen holen und zum Wasser/Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Das Einzige, was man vorab wissen sollte: Zur Dachterrasse führt eine enge Wendeltreppe. Es ist total toll, dass in dem Ferienhaus Hunde erlaubt sind - unser vierbeinige Reisebegleiter musste die enge und steile Wendeltreppe nur leider immer mühsam hoch und runter getragen werden.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Ho soggiornato da Federico insieme ad un altra coppia di amici ed i nostri bambini, abbiamo passato 2 notti compreso il capodanno ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ci ha accolto Federico in persona e ci ha illustrato e mostrato la casa e i suoi servizi. spazi molto grandi ed estremamente puliti dotati di ogni confort. La descrizione rispecchia tutto alla perfezione, non mancava nulla asciugamani, accappatoi e tutto il necessario per il bagno, in cucina invece oltre alla ricca colazione che ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo (in frigo invece ci ha lasciato uno strudel di mele e degli yogurt) in più era dotata di tutto, forno lavastoviglie macchina del caffè forno micronde . la zona molto tranquilla con una vista lago spettacolare dal terrazzo. camere spaziose e il riscaldamento era perfetto tutto molto automatizzato. insomma super consigliato in tutto. qualsiasi cosa chiesta anche una piccola informazione è stata data in tempi brevissimi. ci ritornerei.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Allereerst is het uitzicht echt nog veel mooier dan op foto's is te zien! Daarnaast was de ruimte heel schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ideaal dat heel veel benodigdheden al aanwezig zijn! Het huis was wel wat lastig te vinden omdat de navigatie het huisnummer niet vond maar met instructies kwamen we er alsnog vrij snel. De weg naar het huis is wat smal en eng, maar dat is het uitzicht dubbel en dwars waard!

Wir waren für 10 Tage bei Elena und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß, für uns fast zu groß. Der große Balkon bot Möglichkeiten zum dort frühstücken und abends im Liegestuhl zu entspannen. Das im Garten wachsende Gemüse konnte geerntet werden und war super lecker. Bei Bedarf war der Kontakt sehr einfach, auch der Kontakt mit Ihren Eltern war ganz einfach und super. Alles in allem war es dort super gut. Danke an Elena, das wir dort wohnen durften.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Problemlose Anreise. Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück möglich. Wenige Schritte vom Parkplatz zum Ferienhaus. Von dort ein toller Blick auf den See. Privater Strand, den man mit anderen Gästen teilt, 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Dorf. Dort gibt es alles. Man benötigt während des Aufenthalts kein Auto. Vor dem Haus eine schöne überdachte Terrasse. Vier Liegestühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Bettwächse und Handtücher incl. großer Badetücher wurde gestellt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für Gäste, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, könnte es schwierig sein, denn der kurze Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist steil und die Schlafzimmer sind über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Uns hat es aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Dank an Laure für die immer hervorragende Kommunikation.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Häuser waren sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Besonderes Highlight für die Kinder war das Spielehaus mit Sandkiste und Rutsche. Der Pool und der Griller wird mit Holz beheizt, also alles sehr schnell warm und nutzbar. Die Gastgeberin war immer schnell erreichbar und wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

The house is amazing! Perfect for group. It has all amenities you need during your stay. It’s a house with a long history and very special atmosphere inside. Elfi, the host is very hospitable and will help you with every problem. Strong recommendation.

Dunia is a great host who always answered swiftly with a lot of care and attention. The house is old and basic but offers you a warm cozy place in good location at an affordable price. Would book again!

Responsive and friendly host; very easy and quick check-in. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our stay. We had a great night’s sleep. Overall, pleasant experience, and we’d come back. One thing to note: We noticed some black mold spots around the windows in the bedroom and living room, along with a slight smell. It would be great to address this, as otherwise, everything was good. Thanks a lot!

חווית אירוח נהדרת! הבית היה בדיוק כפי שתואר, נקי, מסודר ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך. המיקום היה מושלם, קרוב לכל האטרקציות המקומיות ועדיין שקט ושליו. המארחים היו מאוד אדיבים וזמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה, והתקשורת הייתה מהירה ויעילה. הרגשנו ממש בבית מהרגע שהגענו. ללא ספק נחזור להתארח שוב בעתיד, ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום נעים ונוח לשהות בו.
