Gianluca, figlio del proprietario della struttura, è stato un host perfetto! Sempre disponibile e accurato. La residenza, un magnifico chalet di montagna, è risultata perfetta per la posizione, ottima per raggiungere i principali impianti di risalita. Dopo una giornata trascorsa sulla neve, è stato fantastico godersi lo spaziosissimo e accogliete salone, giocando a carte e sorseggiando un buon vino al calore del camino. Soggiorno a dir poco perfetto. Non posso che consigliare questa residenza!

Bellissima struttura in posizione strategica per raggiungere i maggiori punti d interesse. Casa enorme e immersa nel verde. Spettacolare! Da ritornarci sicuramente

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Abbiamo passato uno splendido Capodanno a Villa Magnolia! La casa è ancora più bella che in foto, è luminosa e accogliente. La vista e gli spazi all'aperto sono molto belli, i letti sono comodi, e la casa è calda, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una temperatura perfetta. In cucina c'è tutto il necessario e anche di più Consigliamo vivamente! grazie ancora per l'ospitalità

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le lac. Le barbecue et le lave-vaisselle sont un grand bonus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Seul petit bémol : l'escalier intérieur est étroit et raide, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Autrement, un très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit !

Villetta abbastanza grande (sufficiente per 6 persone). Ampio giardino recintato ottimo per chi ha cani. Riscaldamento efficiente per la stagione non proprio turistica (capodanno). Un poco piccolo il tavolo da pranzo per 6 adulti (abbiamo spostato il grosso tavolo in cucina per stare più comodi). Dotazione cucina e attrezzature sufficiente. Camere spaziose e bagni pulitissimi. Host disponibile e check in rapido. L'unica vera mancanza sono state le attrezzature per la pulizia .

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Giuseppina et Atos son chien;-) Les enfants ont tout de suite été conduits par la maison, la propriété et toutes les aventures que ce lieu leur a permis de vivre. La maison était parfaite pour nous 5, très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La Localisation était aussi un atout fort: visite à la journée de Venise grâce au train, sessions de luges à à peine 30 minutes de la maison, le rêve ;-) Enfin, Giuseppina a été une hôte fantastique qui a su être à l’écoute, tout en nous laissant notre espace: nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous.

That was a perfect stay! Federico and Luca were amazing hosts, always responsive and helpful. The place itself is a dream - very private and calm, with a huge garden and spectacular views of the Dolomites. The local Italian dinner arranged by the hosts at the villa was the highlight of our trip - highly recommended. Its 10 out of 10, with no doubts an amazing villa, location and hosts.

Wow! This is an incredible house in a stunning location. It is beautifully done with first class furniture, equipment and appliances. But it’s all about the terrace and pool - sitting out and watching the sun set behind the mountains across the lake is magical. Maibrit and Hildegard are wonderful hosts, very responsive and supplying produce from the garden and help and advice on local topics. It’s also very private and quiet, just the noise from the cicadas in the lush garden. It is possible to walk into Castelletto, although in the heat of summer this is a hot climb up. The village has a number of good restaurants and direct ferries to the main Garda towns. The driveway is steep but perfectly doable. If you want to go to Lake Garda and Ca’ Stella is in budget then don’t hesitate to book it.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche dort. Luca war immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

We had an incredible stay at Anna’s house. We were an extended family of 8 on a ski trip to the Dolomites. We received a generous weekly basket on arrival and the house was amazing - it’s just like the pictures! The kitchen in particular was excellent, perfect for large family dinners. The house is also conveniently located, within walking distance from the gondola in Alleghe. We would be happy to go back!

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Villa Vitis was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

We spent few days in this house. It has everything what you migth require during such stay. We were under impression by its design and practicality. Daniele was very hospitable, friendly and ready to help us every time we needed. All of this deserves the best possible note.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer sehr gut zu erreichen.

Villa Romantica ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, das wirklich top ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt (genug Platz für drei Familien mit fünf Kindern) und wenn das Wetter noch etwas mehr mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und See bestimmt auch noch besser ausnutzen können. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sportlich aktiv zu werden (Wassersport, Biken, Klettern, Wandern und vieles mehr). Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Giuseppe und vor allen Dingen seiner Bekannten vor Ort, Francesca, die sich um den Checkin und alles weitere gekümmert hat, hat wunderbar funktioniert! Vielen Dank für alles – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Fantastic villa just above malcesine. Amazing views across the lake. 4 bedrooms, 3 queen beds and one with two small singles. Perfect for families and the sofa beds are great for extra visitors. Close to the city for dinner and gelato and well equipped kitchen if you want to stay at home by the pool ! Would definetly return.

Casa grande, veramente affascinante e molto ben tenuta. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole fine settimana tra amici in quest' oasi di pace ed abbiamo usufruito della griglia esterna. Stefania è stata molto disponibile e pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Ottima come base per esplorare i dintorni in bici o per organizzare dei trekking.

Ein tolles Haus, für die ganze Familie ( 9 Personen mit Hund, Genug Parkplätze für bis zu 5 Autos ) Super Aussicht auf den Gardasee - bis fast nach Sirmione. Herrlich entspannend. Vom Pool super Ausblick auf Monte Baldo und den See. Großer Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Einzelnen. Poolservice kommt wöchentlich. Wir hatten genug Platz vor Allessia Grande um mit allen 9 Personen zu speisen und zu sitzen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Regelmäßig ist Feuerwerk irgendwo am Gardasee. Tolle Aussicht. Fernglas mitnehmen. Der See ist ziemlich groß :-) Wir hatten 2 Wochen und haben dort eine wunderbare Zeit erlebt. Olivenbäume und viele mediterrane Kräuter im terrasierten Garten. Man geht und plötzlich riecht es nach Basilikum und Oregano - draufgetreten ... es duftet schön. Rosmarin ausreichend verfügbar :-) Wir behalten es in guter Erinnerung und empfehlen es gerne weiter

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Wir haben die Tage in der Villa Larici sehr genossen. Traumhafte Lage mit einzigartigem Blick auf den Gardasee und Monte Baldo gleichzeitig auf über 700 Meter Höhe. Tolle Terrasse mit Outdoor-Sofa von Fatboy und grosse Outdoor-Küche von Napoleon, wo wir Steaks bei 800 Grad Celsius im extra Steak Grill uns grillen konnten, aber auch Wok-Gerichte oder Pfannengerichte auf der extra Koch-Station der Aussenkueche zubereiten konnten. Platz locker für 8 Personen, alles schön überdacht. Haus gefiel uns auch drinnen sehr gut, mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig traditionell renoviert. Neue Küche mit Miele-Geräten war wohl gerade frisch eingebaut worden. Die Bäder gefielen uns auch sehr gut, waren alle blitzsauber und wohl gerade komplett von Grund auf erneuert. Aus den Schlafzimmern hatten wir auch den Ausblick auf den Gardasee und den Monte Baldo schon beim Aufstehen am Morgen. Für uns eine Art Geheimtipp am Gardasee. Wir waren sicherlich 10 mal am Gardasee, dies ist unser neuer Favorit.

The property is stunning. It has beautiful views and the architecture to integrate the modern addition to the very old structure is amazing. We absolutely loved the pool and appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The host was very nice, and she and her sister welcomed us to the home on the first day. Please be aware,this is not a suitable house for groups with children or mobility issues. The house is up a steep hill 1km from the village. Unique layout-Each bedroom is separated by a flight of stairs. The common areas do not have AC, so they can get very hot.  Upon check-in we opted to pay extra for the use of towels. You will get use of a small car to get your luggage up to the house. Do not attempt driving it unless you are confident driving manual transmission up very steep and narrow roads with only a few inches of clearance. We loved the town of Gargnano.The restaurants were very good and the public beach was great for activities. We had a wonderful stay and would return
