Ringrazio di cuore sia Giovanna che Riccardo per avermi offerto il loro appartamento E stato come essere a casa e, soprattutto, ho avuto la comodità di avere tutto a pochi passi Ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica nel visitare la città di Firenze e spero tanto di ritornare presto

Siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma siamo stati benissimo, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è pulito e dispone di tutto in necessario, la posizione è ottima, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi, che con i mezzi. Chiara è stata disponibile, cortese e premurosa.

We stayed at Lorenzo’s apartment for a long weekend. It was in an amazing location - walkable to most of the key spots in Florence, very close to the station so we were able to easily travel out to Siena and Lucca. The flat was spotless, well equipped and comfy. The views from the balcony make it special! The hosts were really helpful. I asked for somewhere to store our bags after check out and they let us keep the apartment for most of the day :-) Thank you Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment that was fully equipped with all the comforts we needed. The communication with the host was quick, clear, and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Latif est très gentil et accueillant. Il a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer toutes les fonctionnalités de son appartement et des conseils sur les déplacements et restaurants à proximité. Emplacement parfait pour visiter Florence , avec le tramway juste à côté de l'appartement. La place de parking privée et sécurisée est très appréciable également. Nous recommandons ce logement !

What a location! 5-10 minute walk from everything and I mean everything. We even stopped by the airbnb while walking around everywhere because it was right there by the main bridge, museums and main shopping district. Also the balcony overlooks the river with a table and seats. One of the only balconies like that in the area. Soo spacious it was just me and my girlfriend there and it was a whole house in the middle of Florence which was a surprise. Full kitchen which we used. Checkout was so great she literally told us we had nothing to do! She was so responsive and tentative even checking in on us and giving us great recommendations- particularly where to get the best view which we did. This place was worth so much more than we paid, get it if you can.

Accès facile pour circuler de l'aéroport au centre ville. Propre et calme avec des commerces de qualités à moins de 500m. De plus les infos données par Rosi pour accéder au logement rendent votre arrivé très facile. Un excellent séjour même pour un mois de février.

Giulia's place is amongst the top Airbnb in Firenze for a reason; cleanliness, comfort, location, communication, you name it... so I can only say that our experience was awesome and that we would like to do it again if opportunity arise. Thank you Giulia for your hospitality!!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Lorenza con la mia famiglia e una coppia di amici, siamo stati benissimo, i bambini sono stati davvero bene e c’era ampio spazio per muoversi e giocare. Casa rustica e pulita. Giardino e città intorno belle una posizione strategica! Consigliato

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le bel et spacieux appartement d'Agnese, agrémenté de très beaux livres d'art. L'appartement est bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du coeur de Florence. Beaucoup de charme avec le parquet, les poutres, la vue sur un petit patio. (Juste un petit détail à signaler pour des personnes âgées, l'escalier en pierre, assez raide, peut être un peu dangereux). Mais sinon, appartement à recommander. Très bon contact avec Agnès et son papa Sergio, très sympathique.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Both beautiful and cozy, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. We felt right at home. Gorgeous views of the countryside. We were so lucky to take a pasta making class with Ema and Tammy, delicious! It was even more fun just getting to know them, they are so kind. We would love to stay again.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Our stay at Simone's home was great! Communication was excellent from the beginning, flexible check-in and very easy to find the house. The neighborhood is very nice and the bus station, bakery and food store are less than one minute walk from the house. Simone was very kind to inform us about a train problem that would affect our journey and helped us find a solution. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again soon!

Absolutely worth the extremely generous price. Simonetta was very kind and generous, serving a delicious and nice breakfast every morning. She had tips about the train and always made sure we were being taken care of. The place is absolutely charming and comfortable. The view - it was misty while we were there but breathtaking. It was absolutely my dream location. She has a sweet and adorable dog who stays inside but I requested to meet. What a sweetheart. But she won't be a problem if you're not a dog person. As far as accessibility to the city, we took the train once into Florence and it was great once we figured it out. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby in Fiesole that we are at twice. Perseus Fiesolano. Please try the meatballs. You will not be disappointed. The place is charming and very friendly. Make a reservation - it can get busy. I just can't say enough good about Simonetta, Florence, the rental and the food. Great experience.

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

Esperienza molto positiva e piacevole. Era la mia prima volta con Airbnb e sono stata molto contenta. Consiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento che mi è piaciuto molto!

L'appartamento di Giada si contraddistingue per la sua pulizia, ordine e bellezza. Siamo state accolte con gentilezza e chiarezza nelle indicazioni. Si vede che i proprietari ci tengono a far sentire a proprio agio i loro ospiti. Da consigliare assolutamente! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Io e mio marito con la nostra cagnolina, siamo stati ospiti nella settimana di Capodanno nella casa di Filippo dal quale siamo stati accolti con grande calore e professionalità e con un piccolo omaggio. Oltre a spiegarci gli aspetti tecnici della casa, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e in quali ristoranti mangiare prodotti tipici del luogo. L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere con l’auto tutti i posti da esplorare, e’ molto tranquillo e dotato di ogni comfort. La zona dove si trova la casa è molto servita a pochi km da bar, supermercati e ristoranti. E’ stata una settimana di relax, ricca di belle esperienze. Assolutamente da consigliare e un ringraziamento a Filippo che che è davvero un host speciale.

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Casa in una posizione strategica, molto vicina alla stazione. I monumenti principali sono raggiungibili facilmente e comodamente a piedi, in ogni caso ce il tram molto vicino. Essendo vicina alla stazione per la sera è un po’ meno comodo prendere mezzi o muoversi a piedi ma il tratto è percorribile con il taxi a basso prezzo. La casa si presenta come nelle foto: molto pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort sembra di stare nella propria casa. L’host è ottimo, amichevole, dispobile e offre un ottima comunicazione. Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, vivamente consigliato

Sara met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. There was fresh fruit, coffee, and a well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for walking around Perugia…close to restaurants and a little grocery store. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. We loved our stay in Perugia!

Great place - easy 20 minute walk to the duomo and all that the centre of Florence has to offer . Free on street parking in the local area . The apartment is in a great historic building and the apartment is spacious and clean and everything works well - it could do with an interior refresh but this doesn’t get in the way of a pleasant stay
