We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber, wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde vorher nochmal gereinigt und war einwandfrei. Der Grill war auch sauber, sodass wir ihn auch direkt nutzen konnten. Der Check-In und Check-out waren sehr einfach und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch sehr gut. Sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und schnell reagiert. Super Gastgeber. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastiskt fint boende, vi var ett kompisgäng på 10 st, alla hade eget rum. Rent och fräscht. Nära till affär, något längre till stranden. Var nära tåg som tog oss in till Rom. Fina sällskapsrum. Poolen var perfekt, grillen testade vi också. Fanns allt man kunde önska. Trevlig värd, svarade snabbt på frågor om vi undrade något. Hjälpsam.

mooie locatie voor een grote groep of familie met de 8 slaapkamers en 8 badkamers, doch het zou duidelijker moeten zijn dat de huizen alleen via buiten met elkaar connecteren, ieder huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Dus er zijn ook 2 keukens.

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Il soggiorno da Paolo è stato indimenticabile e indescrivibile. Siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo e un frigorifero pieno. Paolo è stato sempre disponibile per eventuali domande e ci ha permesso di rimanere un po' più a lungo il giorno della partenza. La villa e il terreno circostante sono ancora più belli di quanto mostrino le foto. I letti sono molto comodi, l'aria condizionata nelle camere da letto funziona perfettamente e, in generale, c'è tutto il necessario a disposizione. Non ci è mancato davvero nulla. La piscina è semplicemente fantastica, con un'elevata qualità di permanenza. È possibile giocare a pallavolo, badminton, ping pong, freccette e calcio balilla. La cucina esterna e il barbecue hanno completato il soggiorno. Saremmo rimasti volentieri più a lungo, è stato un sogno! Grazie di tutto, Paolo!

Esperienza impeccabile, casa super accessoriata non mancava nulla neanche la camomilla, ideale per chi volesse passare un periodo di relax senza nessun pensiero con una vista lago incantevole, se si potesse assegnare piu stelle lo farei. Francesco come Host è stato super disponibile anche piu del dovuto. Super consigliata!

Wat hebben we genoten op deze geweldige plek. We hadden het huis met z'n tweeën. Het zwembad was fantastisch en lekker thuiskomen na een dag leuke steden in de omgeving bezoeken (zoals o.a. Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida reageerde super snel en attent. Bijkomend voordeel in dit heerlijke huis dat super rustig gelegen is, is de gigantische kast vol met Nederlandstalige boeken. En niet te vergeten het leuke ontbijt/koffie plekje naast de keuken. We hebben van iedere seconde genoten.

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this beautiful villa. There was so much space indoors and out, the house and gardens are kept beautifully. We particularly enjoyed the great size pool, the grand piano, grapefruit from the trees for breakfast and snorkelling in the lake. We hired electric bikes from Free Spirit bikes by the station in Bracciano which were great fun, you do need some transport while you’re here and it’s very hilly. It was very, very hot during our stay. There isn’t any air conditioning but we found ways to adapt. Really hoping to come back soon.

The place is beautifully decorated and has an amazing garden! There were little flowers everywhere in the grass and the many sitting areas outside make it possible to move with the sun :) There is a fireplace and a grill and there wasn’t a day we did not spend the evening around the fire talking and playing games. The kitchen is also equipped with salt and other spices which came in very handy Although the place feels very secluded you can walk into the next little city which is beautiful. The only neighbors there are Gigi and his wife who are incredibly nice! We were gifted baked goods and got nice help when grilling. We also spent a day in Rome which is an hour train ride from the villa and it worked really well (there’s also help with the public transportation system provided in the villa). The parking place is big and well lit. We would however recommend to bring indoor shoes or thick socks as we were not prepared for the cold floors. All in all we were really happy! Would recom

This house is a gem (and the photos don't capture it's brilliance). The location is perfect not only because it's in a secluded spot that ensures privacy, while also being close to small and larger towns worth visiting for dinner. Also thanks to it's (unexpected) elevation: the evenings are noticeably cooler than in the lowlands, so you can sleep really well in the middle of a hot summer. The house has been beautifully renovated, the pool is a wonderful addition, and Federico is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely want to return with friends in the future.

Wir waren begeistert! Das Haus ist ein Traum, den Tessa glücklicherweise mit uns geteilt hat! Eine leichte und unbeschwerte Zeit in schönster Natur mit stilvollem Komfort in Kombination mit alter, heimeliger Bausubstanz. Einfach toll!!! Lieben Dank!!!
