My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Aaron's place was in a quaint neighborhood that was just far enough away from hustle and bustle but still close enough to accoladate our needs for shopping and restaurants. a peaceful stay. would visit again

I arrived late and didn’t have time to grab coffee. The apartment was stocked and was a life saver. The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

We had a wonderful short stay while visiting family in the area. Carlos's 2-bedroom, 3-bed, 1-bath home with a full kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry area was the perfect fit for my family of four and our two small pets. The pet-friendly environment was spotless and had no traces of previous pets, which speaks to how clean and well-maintained the space is. We really appreciated the extra towels and, as a coffee and tea enthusiast, I loved the variety of options provided. We definitely hope this location remains available for future trips to the area.

If you’re looking for a peaceful respite away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Wonderful solitude out in the country, but only minutes away from the city. The apartment was immaculate beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a gym in the lower level so sometimes you do hear people working out in the mornings or evenings. But overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

I highly recommend this house for your stay in Tri-Cities area. We like it so much we keep returning. The house is absolutely perfect. Everything is clean. They recently painted the interior and it looks fabulous. The hosts are always super accomodating. We give it 5 stars! Thank you Larry!

Amy’s house was really great for our stay in Richland. The neighborhood was nice and the home was inviting and clean.

This place is amazing! Just as described. Place was very clean and comfortable. Location is great because it's a quiet neighborhood and a very good area. House is bigger then what it looks from the outside. Kitchen has the basic things necessary to cook. I have no complaints about this home. Next time I come to Tri-Cities I will definitely be staying here again. Host is very responsive and that is a plus! Highly recommend this home if your in the Tr-Cities area.

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

David was extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. We are from California coming to Washington state for my husbands business trip and this was the perfect location with all the amenities we needed. It was our first time using AirBnb as well which was a good experience to find something on such short notice. David gave us clear instructions during Check in and was very responsive. A very good value. I had a comfortable stay in Yolanda‘s apartment. This area conveniently located near grocery stores and the Hapo center. I’ll stay here stand again next time I’m in town for business.

Spacious two bedroom, one bath with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Recommended.

Home has a spacious guest stay over 4 car garage. Million dollar view of the Columbia River. 5 minuites away from siblings home in west pasco that made this stay a true blessed experience . As visiting due to family medical issues . Was a peaceful place. So grateful
