El alojamiento cómodo, tanto la instalación como ubicación. José de 10 nos ha recomendado que ver, dónde comer... muy servicial. Viajamos con 2 peques y nos han facilitado mucho las cosas, repetiría sin dudarlo.

I’m very happy with my stay here. The reason I settled on Brad’s place was because of the previous reviews saying how helpful Brad was. I’ve never been to Spain and don’t know anyone in Spain and and I knew I’d need a lot of help with suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Even the best way to arrive from train station. Brad answered every question very quickly and very thoroughly. It felt like he was my guide and I could ask anything about Seville. Brad was invaluable. His place is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony that goes around the corner and a clothes washer in the kitchen. A lot of other places listed on Airbnb look nice and new but appear to be like a suite in a modest hotel (like homewood suites or candlewood suites in the USA) without the responsiveness of a homeowner. A nice bonus we discovered - there is a church directly across the street and it has “secret nun cookies” for purchase.

A fantastic location with a fantastic host - we had a great time!

Enjoyed my stay at Cristina's apartment. It has everything you need for a short-term stay or long-term. The apartment looks even nicer than the pictures, very homey. Many great restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. Cristina is very attentive and accommodating. Because the check-in requires meeting the host, the time is less flexible, but Cristina is very responsive, it shouldn't be a problem if you plan ahead.

Logement confortable, très bien situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Tous les équipements nécessaires. A proximité des commerces et des transports. Seul petit bémol : la 2ème chambre donne dans la petite rue, on entend le bruit du bar à proximité. Parfait pour un pied à terre, je recommande vivement.

La casa está fenomenal, el tiempo no nos acompañó para disfrutar de la parte exterior pero está super bien.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic home in the heart of Seville. We traveled as a family of nine people and the home was perfect... seperate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. plenty of space for group interaction and private areas for napping and reading. Highly recommend!

Super bien ubicado y la casa preciosa. Puri estaba contactable en todo momento y respondía rapidísimo. Las contraventanas son finitas y en algunas habitaciones se escucha el ruido de la calle (aunque no es una calle muy ruidosa), no es mucho pero recomiendo llevar tapones para dormir.

This is a special location and a beautiful home. You can walk to everything! You are right in the center of town, with shops and all the main attractions within a 15 minute walking radius. The home itself is comfortable, well decorated, and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

A Magical Stay in a Historic Home We had an unforgettable experience staying at Ana's amazing historic home in Seville! The charm and character of the house transported us back in time, and we felt like we were truly part of the family’s rich history. Ana was an exceptional host; her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. She gave us a wonderful tour of the property, sharing fascinating stories about its history that enriched our stay. She also offered fresh farm eggs and bread that made our mornings easier. The highlight, however, was when Ana surprised us with a homemade Róscon de Reyes (January 6th holiday) after a long day of exploring. It was a delicious and thoughtful gesture that truly made our trip memorable. If you're looking for a unique place to stay in Seville with a host who goes above and beyond: it’s the place.

La casa cumple perfectamente con las necesidades de un grupo grande. Tomás estuvo siempre atento, desde los días previos a nuestra llegada y durante la estancia en Sevilla.

말로 다 할 수 없을만큼 너무 좋았습니다! 세비야는 에스더로 기억될 거예요 :) 5살 딸과 저 둘이서 4박 이용했는데 그동안 에스더가 제 딸을 너무 예뻐해줘서 오늘 체크아웃하고 차에서 작별인사하는데 아이가 펑펑 울더라구요 ㅜ 그리고 에스더에게는 귀여운 강아지 1마리와 예쁜 고양이 3마리가 있는데 매일 오전 내내 아이랑 저랑 강아지랑 고양이랑 노느라 외출은 늘 오후에 했답니다! 아침식사와 커피 우유 등을 챙겨주시고 저는 에스더가 너무 좋아서 2번 저녁 식사를 같이했어요! 에스더는 스페인어만 하시고 저는 영어만 가능해서 구글 트랜슬레이터로 실시간으로 소통했는데 정말 즐거웠어요! 제가 아주간단한 한식을 해드렸더니 저와 제 아이에게 디저트도 챙겨주시고 심지어 맛있는 칵테일까지!! 세비야 도시자체도 너무 좋았지만 저에게 세비야는 늘 에스더로 기억될겁니다! 아참 동네는 정말 안전하고 평화롭습니다! 시내까지는 버스 한번이면 가고 심지어 에스더는 버스카드까지 빌려주셨어요! 담엔 아이와함께 여름에 방문해서 에스더랑 수영장도 같이 가기로했어요:) 그리울거예요 에스더! 제 아이가 옆에서 많은 키스를 보냅니다:)

Fantastisch appartement op een klein half uurtje lopen van het centrum van Sevilla. We waren erg blij met de goed bereikbare parkeerplaats. En het restaurant dat Maria ons had aangeraden was echt top! Hele fijne plek.

tanto la ubicación como el apartamento estaban muy bien, ubicación cerca del Ramón Sánchez Pizjuan, del bus, etc... El apartamento genial, una habitación con cama matrimonio y el sofá cama, y la terraza genial para desayunar. Lo único ni salía algo fría al ducharnos, pero en general todo muy bien

Holà, l'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait. Au calme et pourtant au cœur de la ville. Les instructions étaient claires. L'arrivée s'est bien déroulée. L'hôte était très réactif pour l'arrivée. Il faut bien s'organiser car difficile de s'arrêter dans le quartier. Il faut que l'entrée soit ouverte d'avance si vous arrivez en voiture. Également, l'hôte est arrangeant pour le départ. Merci beaucoup à Fernando pour tout !

Jesús und Co-Gastgeberin Maria sind freundlich und waren sehr bemüht, das Check-In vorzuziehen, aufgrund meiner frühen Ankunftzeit in Sevilla. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und sie haben gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Das Studio sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern, hat eine hervorragende Lage (alles fußläufig erreichbar) und ist durch den Innenhof sehr ruhig. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Appartamento molto bello, confortevole e pulito. Ho avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione l’host ha gestito la situazione concedendomi un check out posticipato. Ho fatto una prenotazione sbagliata, ciò che mi ha mandata in confusione è stato il prezzo indicato in annuncio in fase di prenotazione, ovvero circa €80. Questo prezzo però era inteso per ogni giorno occupato e non per notti occupate. Ho pagato circa €240 pensando di soggiornare per tre notti quando invece erano due. Ammetto che le mail ricevute dove mi potevo accorgere dell’errore di date sono state molte. Purtroppo per me e per la mia famiglia, non mi sono accorta e così ho dovuto rimediare ad una situazione davvero difficile.
