Es war für uns zu zweit perfekt. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer was uns wichtig war. Alles war sehr sauber. Da wir nur Frühstück in der Wohnung machten, war das auf der Couch und dem Couchtisch für uns auch absolut ok. Ich liebte diese schönen bodentiefen Fenster, ganz klassisch in Naturholz und einfach verglast. Maria hatte uns am An- und Abreisetag die Wohnung ganz unkompliziert individuell nutzen lassen. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in Sevilla.

Excellent emplacement central dans Séville et en même temps pas dans une rue bruyante le soir. Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes, le salon étant séparé de la chambre par des portes coulissantes. Un très bon séjour !

Nos encnto la estancia, se sentía como en casa, facil aparcamiento. La unica consideración es que se oyen muchos ruidos de la calle o apartamento superior.

Je recommande l’appartement de Rafael, très propre, lumineux, avec toutes les commodités (air conditionné /chauffage, four/micro-ondes, plaque vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge/sèche-linge, congélateur et Nespresso). Le logement est proche de la place Alameda de Hércules avec supermarché, restaurants et bars mais il est au calme car situé sur une petite place avec des orangers. Vous pourrez visiter le centre historique en 15/20 minutes à pied.

Logement totalement conforme aux photos. Arrivées et départs flexibles. Très bien placé pour découvrir Séville le temps d’un week end. Maison au calme et très bien adaptée pour dix personnes. Je recommande vivement

El apartamento de Mónica es perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos muy cerquita de Sevilla. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, grande, bonita, con un porche y terraza geniales para los días de buen tiempo. Las camas muy cómodas también y la limpieza impecable. Destacar que Mónica deja también amenities en los baños por si se te olvida algo, detallazo que se agredece mucho!! Respecto a la ubicación comentar que se encuentra en un pueblo muy tranquilo con un Mercadona al lado y a unos 15-20 minutos de Sevilla en coche por lo que es perfecto si quieres tranquilidad para los momentos de descanso pero estando a la vez muy cerquita de todos los servicios. Nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto y se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo!

We had such a special time in Seville, and staying in Casa Tenorio in the heart of Barrio de Santa Cruz made it all the better. Fernando was at the place when we arrived, and when he opened the door, we were met with an absolutely stunning arch of moorish tiles. You then enter into an ancient apartment but with modern amenities. He gave us a tour of the property and history of the house, and gave us a list of places to see while we were there. The apartment is centrally located to everything and set within a charming maze of streets filled with lively restaurants. On our last day we had some difficulty getting a taxi for our family of 5 and Fernando went out of his way to run down 2 taxis for us. Thankfully we made it to our train!

Optima casa, a 10 min de Sevilha, bem servida. Muito boa comunicação com o anfitrião que se prontificou para resolver todos os problemas que surgiram (inclusive quando deixamos as chaves dentro de casa!). Casa cuidada, limpa e muito agradável, tal e qual com descrita no anuncio, muito adequada para famílias com crianças. Sem dúvida para repetir!

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent stay over new years with another family from the US. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the entire house. Probably even better in the warmer months, the ground floor is really an outdoor space and stairwells are quite cold but typical of southern courtyard house - living and sleeping rooms were well heated. Kitchen has real age and charm, totally functional to cook large meals but could use a bit more stocking with some essentials to be really excellent. Highly recommended spot - super close to the center without feeling like you're in the center.

What a wonderful stay! Had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ignacio’s wonderful place for 3 nights with some friends. The place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL - the pictures do not do it justice at all! Everyone loved their rooms and the pool was a big bonus as were the sun loungers. The kitchen was big, spacious and very well equipped. The sofas in the living room were extremely comfortable. Everything was in great condition when we arrived. Ignacio met us to explain how to use everything and make sure we were settled in and the pool was at a good level. He also gave us recommendations for places to go and made sure we knew where local shops were. We had an amazing stay here and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Seville!

7명 가족이 5일동안 너무 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 1층 공용공간, 2층이 개인공간이라 생활패턴이 다른 부모님과 아이들이 편하게 지낼수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 식탁이 충분히 넓었고 조리실과 분리 되있는점도 좋았는데 조명이 조금 어두웠습니다. 사용하진 않았지만 바베큐 할수있는 야외도 있고 세탁실에 세탁기와 건조기, 세제가 잘 구비 되어 있습니다. 욕실이 3군데 화장실 4개인데 1층 화장실은 냄새가 좀 많이 났고 나머지는 괜찮았습니다. 난방기가 방별로 있어서 적당한 온도에 잘 지냈습니다. 첫날과 마지막날은 렌트를 하지 않아 버스를 이용했는데 현금을 준비하시면 좋습니다. (편도 1.7유로) 시내에서 쓰는 버스카드(투쌈카드)는 이용불가였습니다. 가족이 조용히 휴가를 즐기기 원한다면 강력하게 추천합니다.

We spent three days at Rafael’s place in Sevilla, and we had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as described, and Rafael went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we need - including the very rare access to a parking space. Would be delighted to come back to this apartment.

Ola! Eva's very spacious apartment was right in the center, restaurants and sights were easily accessible on foot. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need. The garage offered was impossible to reach with a larger car! Avoid driving into the center by car, especially on a Saturday. Other than that, everything was very nice and relaxing.

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

Alicia is an amazing host! She made sure I felt safe and comfortable upon move-in and reassured me that she was just a text away if there was any trouble at all. Very safe apartment in a great location! Highly recommend!

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

Un bel appartement dans un quartier vivant : le centre historique est accessible à pied et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité : bar, restaurant et supérettes. L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos : il y a de l'espace - 2 personnes- bien équipé avec un petit balcon pour profiter du soleil ! Maribel nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Un grand merci ! A recommander sans hésiter

Impecable, moderno, limpio. Todo funcionaba bien. Ducha con buena presión de agua. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Calefacción central, ideal para el frío de invierno. Un lujo. Cocina súper equipada. 1er piso con ascensor. El edificio es moderno, con rampa, cómodo. Precioso. Ubicación inmejorable. Zona de muchos restoranes, locales de ropa y cerca de principales atracciones. Al ser un departamento interior, no llega el ruido de la calle. Es súper tranquilo y con persianas herméticas que, al abrirlas, dejan pasar la luz.

The apartment was easy to find and walkable to all of the relevant sites (and a cool little breakfast shop). Jose and Zibi were responsive, flexible, and kind. The interior was very nicely decorated and had everything you could need! We would love to stay again!
