appartement très bien situé. plage à 1min à pied. visite de zadar à 10 min par le bord de mer. très belle vue et logement calme. accueil chaleureux et attentionné de Jadranka !

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Ivan vom My Dalmatia war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr geholfen. Die Lage war zentral mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Zadar und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Branka’s place is super cute, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. This is my second stay and my first choice when visiting Šibenik. Branka is super responsive, thoughtful, and friendly! I highly recommend!!

Wszystko było super. Od kontaktu z właścicielami przez lokalizację mieszkania czystość i funkcjonalność oraz fajny wystrój . Było wszystko czego można było oczekiwać. Napewno chcielibyśmy tam jeszcze wrócić .

My brother, sister, and I had a fantastic time! The apartment was super clean, Ivan was super responsive, and the owners who live on the ground floor were extremely sweet and kind. We were offered transport to and from the airport, and they greeted us with with the yummiest snacks, including bringing us some cake on my sisters birthday (I’m not sure if this was intentional but greatly appreciated nonetheless). Location was ideal to visit places along the coast on either side of split and trogir although not many restaurants, places to go within walking distance - however it’s well connected with public transport which made it easy. The beach is gorgeous and we also made good use of both balconies for incredible views!

Logement très propre, moderne pratique, possédant une bonne literie et tout ce qu’il faut dans le logement. Petit défaut, il se trouve dans le village et non avec vue sur mer, et peut être une certaine proximité avec les voisins du mobilhome d’en face.heureusement nous n’en avions pas à ce moment là .Maja a été une hôte très agréable et réactive même à une heure tardive, nous la remercions. Très bon séjour dans son logement.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Świetna lokalizacja , bliskość morza, siedząc na tarasie w cieniu Oleandra, słyszeliśmy plusk wody. Domek uroczy, przytulny , dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny , załatwił nam parking -opłata 60 euro za 2 tygodnie. Miejscowość cicha , różne restauracje zachęcają do odwiedzin. Sklepy blisko domu. Byliśmy w 4 osoby i te 2 tygodnie minęły nam w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy. Nawet bijące rano dzwony z pobliskiego kościoła przestały nam przeszkadzać. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Visiting Off-season the whole surrounding was very peaceful and only a few other people were in the whole bay. The garden is amazing and the house had everything we needed. Just the bedrooms felt a bit moist/humid during the night. Maybe because it was already end of September and so close to the sea. But exept from that everything war just perfect! Thank you!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Wij zijn samen met onze twee dochters 15 dagen in het appartement van Josip verbleven en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Het huis is fantastisch, erg ruim, erg compleet en een ruim balkon met een uitzicht dat nooit verveeld. Josip is een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad toen hij voor ons een maaltijd heeft bereid en ons zijn wijnkelder heeft laten zien en we hebben mogen proeven van zijn lekkere wijn en likeur. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een supermarkt en een gezellige boulevard met leuke restaurantjes. De zee ligt voor de deur, kortom de perfecte locatie! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen!

Des hôtes très prévenants. Un très bel appartement, très bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville, avec une superbe vue. Propre et très bien équipé. Facile pour stationner et se déplacer à pied. Restaurants et commerces très proches. Une très belle découverte.

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
