We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was also ideal, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We can’t wait to return!

Trotz sehr später und spontaner Anfrage (unsere vorherige Unterkunft hatte uns storniert) haben es diese äußerst freundlichen Vermieter:innen geschafft für 9 Erwachsene und ein Kind in wenigen Stunden das gesamte Haus herzurichten. Alles sauber und heimelig, Ausstattung der Küche usw war auch spitze! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Ermöglichung eines schönen und gemütlichen Familienwochenendes!

Mooi en rustig gelegen huis met leuk zwembad en fijne buitenkeuken. Het voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Heel proper en heel goed onderhouden. We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

We stayed in about five places in Croatia during our vacation. This was our favorite place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was pristine clean. And much bigger than I expected. It was easy to do laps in the pool. It was so so refreshing! I watched the beautiful sunset from edge of the pool looking out at hills of trees and vineyards. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants a peaceful place but still be a short distance from “tourist” destinations like Motovun. You can actually see Motovun from the back patio as you watch the sunset. If you want to cook for yourself, they have everything you need. However, do your grocery shopping way before you get to this little town.

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Terrassen bieten viel Platz und sind alle prima. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird. Sämtliche Dinge, wie Seife, Schwämme, Öl und noch vieles mehr sind neu. Es sah alles so aus, als wäre noch nie jemand da gewesen.Allea sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Einfach nur schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Stand, der immer frisches Obst und Gemüse da hat. Es lohnt sich, diesen zu unterstützen. Aber der Knaller sind die Vermieter. Die beiden kümmern sich um alles. Sie sind immer bereit Tipps zu geben und man wird auch zwischendurch mit Leckereien versorgt. Die beiden sind super nett. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.

Great apartment and even greater hosts who gave us many local suggestions of what to do/visit. The village was a bit further off the beaten path than we had imagined but the adventurous roads still get you to the istrian coast within half an hour. Overall we had a lovely time and would certainly consider going back.

Wir waren jetzt 12 Tage zu Gast bei Cedomil wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist genau so wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben für zwei Personen perfekt . Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral . Sehr zu empfehlen die Unterkunft wenn man Urlaub in Novigrad machen möchte und einen herzlichen Vermieter möchte . Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit danke dafür .

Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast bei Aleksandra und waren sehr froh über unsere Auswahl! Das Haus liegt mitten in den Hügeln, umgeben von Wiesen, Wald und Olivenbäumen. Das Einzimmerapartement ist geräumig und komfortabel. Außerdem ist es wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet - von den Wänden bis zum Geschirr. Die Fotos geben einen guten Eindruck. Es gibt in diesem Haus nur diese eine Ferienwohnung, oben drüber wohnen Aleksandra und ihr Mann. Beide sind sehr nett und kommunikativ. Der Swimming Pool ist sehr schön und sauber und mit vielen Liegen ausgestattet. Wir hatten ihn praktisch immer für uns. Einzig ein paar Wander- oder Fahrradwege in der Nähe haben wir vermisst. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zum Entspannen und Erholen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Dejlig roligt sted. Veludstyret køkken. Meget tæt på poolområde, perfekt med små børn. Hurtig respons fra vært ved spørgsmål. Flot udsigt fra stor terasse. Internettet var lidt sløjt, så til evt arbejde er nettet for svagt. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse hos Iztok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Darja et son fils ont été des hotes parfaits, très accueillants et amicaux. Le logement avait tout l'équipement dont nous avions besoin. La piscine avec vue sur la mer était un véritable havre de paix après des journées de visite. L'emplacement est paisible et je recommande vivement la pizzeria du village qui était divine.

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden! Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger vorhanden! Der Pool ist ein Traum! Er wird alle 2-3 Tage kontrolliert und gereinigt! Die Unterkunft liegt ein bisschen abseits, aber wenn man ein Auto hat, ist auch das kein Problem! Man muss halt immer fahren, Strand, Einkaufen, Stadt! Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, da auch die Vermieter sehr nett sind!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Antonia ci ha gentilmente accolti nel suo appartamento, che abbiamo trovato anche più ampio e luminoso di quanto sembrasse dalle foto. C'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno; in più, Antonia ci ha procurato una culla per il nostro bimbo. Il grande Residence ha una piscina e molto verde attorno. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il mare anche con il passeggino in una decina di minuti. Siamo stati bene! Lo consigliamo!

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym domu. Piękne miejsce, stary odnowiony dom, bardzo wygodny dla czterech osób. Bardzo podobały nam się oba tarasy, zadaszone miejsce do grillowania, a także basen. Można się było zrelaksować i odpocząć. Okolica jest piękna: winnice, gaje oliwne, zachęca do wycieczek rowerowych i spacerów. Miejscowość: Fiorini ma bardzo miły klimat, jest cicho i spokojnie. Gospodyni Catarina jest bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Na pewno wrócimy!.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in Kroatië! Ondanks dat we 3 dagen regen hebben gehad, was alles echt top! Mooie locatie, fijn zwembad, prima BBQ en heerlijke airco in de woonkamer en in de slaapkamers. De restaurants in de buurt en op advies van onze gastvrouw waren top! Echt heerlijk gegeten!!! Onze gastvrouw Chiara Costello was echt super aardig, ons laatste ontbijt heeft ze voor ons zelfs heerlijke pannenkoeken gebakken! We komen zeker graag nog een x terug!

Vi har haft et skønt ophold i huset. Huset er stort, rummeligt og rent. Området er roligt og behageligt.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft 😍 alles ist mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet und es ist an alles gedacht! Für vier Personen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, wir haben den tollen Grill, die Terrasse und den Pool gerne genutzt. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum - Mitten in der Natur mit vielen schönen Dörfern in der Nähe. Gabriel hat uns mit tollen Restaurant Empfehlungen weitergeholfen. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation lief problemlos ab und wir wurden mehr als herzlich empfangen! Gastfreundschaft wird hier mehr als gelebt! Danke Gabriel und Familie für die tolle Zeit!

The host was very nice and showed us around the city eg. the beaches. Check in went without a problem and the host explained everything and always asked if we needed anything. The house was great and the garden with pool was also very nice.
