A perfect retreat away from any passing traffic noise. Bungalow and room were directly on the beach with a lovely view of the beach from our room. Food was excellent and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Très bonne communication, très réactif, de bon conseil. Nous avons passé 2 jours dans la maison entière, beaucoup de place, beaucoup de lit, clim. 4 Chambres 4 salles de bain, ( dans chaque chambre plusieurs lits) La plage à 2min à pieds, au top....

All expectations were exceeded during my stay at Moon Isle! Umesh and Mandy are great hosts—while all the staff are friendly as well. Trincomalee and Nilaveli beach truly feel like a piece of heaven. The food they prepare is delightful. My room was cleaned frequently and anything I needed was granted immediately. Any excursions, no matter the location, can be set up via Tuk tuk or taxi, and the prices are more than reasonable. Even to and from the airport! I look forward to returning here as regularly as life allows me!! Highly recommended to anyone wanting to visit Sri Lanka. Satisfaction is guaranteed!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een hartelijk welkom, bloemblaadjes op ons bed, zo lief! En zo vanuit je kamer het prachtige strand op, heerlijk. We hebben de beschrijving gevolgd om er te komen dat ging in één keer goed. Het ontbijt is geweldig en ook alle andere maaltijden zijn lekker. Eten met je voeten in het zand, met kleine lampjes tussen de bomen. Hele gezellige mensen in de bediening. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Un hôtel très agréable : un accueil chaleureux, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable et un excellent petit-déjeuner. Tout est parfait !

Klein resort op rustige plek aan het strand. Heerlijk dat er een zwembad is en genoeg stoelen en ligstoelen. Ook in zee kun je heerlijk zwemmen. Er is een restaurant met keus voor een nette prijs. Wil je ergens heen dan moet je een tuktuk nemen. Enige minpuntje zijn de matrassen. We hebben op zich goed geslapen, maar de matrassen hadden een duidelijke kuil.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Anlage ist traumhaft, weitläufig und sehr ruhig. Am Strand gibt es tolle Liegemöglichkeiten und weit und breit ist keine Menschenseele zu sehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und ständig bemüht, es so schön wie möglich für die Gäste zu gestalten. Das Hotel hat auch ein tolles Restaurant, welches morgens ein großzügiges Frühstück auftischt und das man abends für ein (nicht ganz günstiges aber sehr lohnendes) Gängemenü aufsuchen kann.

We had a great family time in this amazing place. very remote but fully furnished, within walking distance from a beautiful beach. the restaurant also makes it very convenient when needed

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön - ruhig gelegen, nur wenige Zimmer, direkt am Meer, schöner Pool und sehr viel grün. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Der Service und das gesamte Team waren außerordentlich freundlich, umsorgend und jederzeit sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir danken dem Team von Sanjiv ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt! :-)

We loved everything!! 😎 and we would go back in a heartbeat! We were in a little cottage right by the beach, in a little private swimmingpool, the actual house/house with the restaurant was fabulous!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good!! The manager and staff helpful, sweet and dedicated to make the guests feel good!

Sehr schönes sauberes Appartement in toller Lage zum Strand. Durch die Verwaltung durch eine Rezeption hatte man immer einen Ansprechpartner, Kay reagierte schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die wenig vorhandenen Liegen am Pool. Das Appartement hatte eine super Aussicht auf das Meer.

Had a lovely stay in Trincomalee in this beautiful condo right on the beach within walkable distance to some restaurants via the beach. If you turn right and walk approximately 10 minutes you can reach salty dogs lovely little restaurant and if you turn left along beach your near pigeon island, highly recommended. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. Host is very responsive would definitely return

Loved the place here. Everything was so organised and felt like we were staying in a 5 star property. The beach view was amazing! We made full use of our 2 day stay here by going to the beach and the pool. I had only 1 issue which is the lock in the common bathroom was not working. This was fixed in 1 day but , so that would be the only issue I faced. Outside of that I will highly recommend this place!

Meteen bij aankomst voelde deze plek fantastisch, vanuit het huis sta je meteen met je voeten in het zand. Een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en het strand. Het voelde als ons privé-strand. De goede zorgen van Kasthuri en haar team waren fantastisch, zoals in elke onderstaande recensie staat beschreven. Heel warm en oprecht. De communicatie met Kian was heel goed en snel ! We raden het huis en Trincomalee te zeerste aan. Vergeet ook niet de tempel in het stadje te bezoeken, een feest voor het oog !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Kasthuri ist eine herzliche Person, das Frühstück wunderbar & die Lage direkt am Strand mega. Wir haben die Dachterrasse sehr genossen , ein idealer Ort zum entspannen. Tolle Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. one of our family's best stays so far in any place. smt Malini was extremely proactive in communicating. the property is pristine and we felt exactly at home. smt Malini took the extra steps of calling us upfront (she doesn't have to) and also offered us useful recommendations on local pure vegetarian food. this place is excellent for families wanting to experience trincomalee. Thirukoneswaram temple is main reason why we visited trincomalee. the temple is close by. thanks much to the host and we will recommend this place to our friends.
