Perfect spot for our quick family getaway to see the redwoods. Loved being able to walk over to the beach to watch the sunsets! There’s not many outlets in the house as it is older, so I would bring a power strip if you need multiple devices plugged in. Other than that, the place fit our needs!

Fantastic three day getaway: hot tub with an ocean view, tremendously relaxing within the mist and rain of Humboldt County. Glorious king-sized *comfortable* bed. Fantastic reclining couch - even had games galore! Close to Big Lagoon, found some beautiful agates. With a view from almost every room, we were always looking out the windows. Great fire pit area - with yet another mesmerizing view! Definitely wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazingly clean place, beautiful views and a nice hot tub! Great stay. Amy communicates well and her places never disappoint. This spot by far is one our favorite Airbnbs. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Right next to a great little beach in a nice quiet part of town. It was a great base camp for exploring the redwoods.

We had another amazing stay at Jennifer's place! This was our second time back and it was just as good if not better than our first trip. The house is very quiet and has great views of the ocean. Everything was clean and very comfortable. This has become our go-to spot when staying in the area and we will be back soon!

What a wonderful find! My two sons and I took a road trip from Reno, NV to the Redwood National Forest. We arrived just before the Pink Full Moon was rising. We watched from the back porch. What a beautiful view. The beds were super comfy and we slept amazingly! We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Amy & her sons.

The location of this house was gorgeous. We came for the redwoods but enjoyed so much more. We could walk to the park, the beach, tide pools, trails, restaurants, a coffee shop and the grocery store. The redwoods were only about 30 min away. We watched the sun setting over the ocean from the second story deck each evening when there was no fog. Trinidad is a great little village with friendly people. We would definitely come back.

We spent two days here as a base to explore Redwoods National Park and wish we had stayed longer! The house is great, the “cabin” is absolutely incredible, and the location is breathtaking. We also loved Trinidad! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and everything was even better than we hoped for. We can’t wait to be back!

The pictures don’t do Patty’s Sea Dance justice. The views are spectacular and it feels as if you have the peacefulness of the coast to yourself. The location is great for a short drive to the State & National Redwood Forests. Suite is located on a not fully constructed road, so a low riding vehicle is not advised. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will remember the sunsets for a lifetime!

This was a lovely place with an excellent view! We were in town for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly Humboldt so it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves. My sister-in-law lives in McKinleyville, so we'll probably come back next spring or summer and hopefully stay there again!!! Fantastic view, lovely accommodations and amenities! Highly recommend!!

The place was absolutely as advertised. We couldn't have asked for a better view when you wake up, or wind down for the night. During the day, you're just a few minutes from Trinidad where there is a Market conveniently off the road you get into town from, as well as a few restaurants that were delicious. Close to the National Park and areas to hike/explore. We would recommend this trip, and the Air BNB to anyone.

Our family had an amazing stay in Trinidad while celebrating my Humboldt graduation. The home has great views of the ocean and was extremely clean and cozy. Be mindful that the stairs to go to the upstairs bedrooms are steep and there was no washer/dryer, which for a beach house you might need. We ended up going to a local laundromat about 15 minutes away. Also there is only one TV, but that was perfect for us to spend quality time as a family. The weather was not great but overall it was a lovely experience! I would definitely go back!

The view was enchanting and the house was delightful. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. We throughly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. If you are looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable home I highly recommend this place. While we had no trouble with the stairs leading to the property, I don’t think I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to try to navigate them, especially in the dark or rainy weather.

Everything was perfect! The house and the view were even more gorgeous in person. The house had absolutely everything our family needed (and more!) for our stay. The neighborhood and town were adorable and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus for us. We truly could not have asked for more and were discussing making a yearly trip after just 1 night! Would absolutely recommend this beautiful home!

We had an amazing weekend at this home, morning coffee on the deck watching & listening to the ocean. It was so peaceful and beautiful, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, just stunning views out over Clam Beach. Great deck to enjoy it on, and the Redwoods are close if you want a non beach hike. Highly recommend. Fast WiFi too, good enough for video calls.

Fantastic! I almost hate to say how great it was because I don’t want it to always be booked next time I want to stay. But to be fair, we loved it! It’s just as described with lots of room to spread out. We rented both sides of the duplex. The kitchen has the best amenities I’ve seen at an Airbnb so far, and I have stayed at dozens of Airbnbs. I would say for sure it’s a cooking kitchen and a chef‘s dream. Backyard is amazing, the beds were comfortable. There’s plenty of extra bedding and extra pillows which we loved because we’re used to sleeping with two pillows each. Everything is in great shape with solid construction and modern clean furniture. This time of year I especially loved the electric fireplace in the entertainment center, which was nice ambience and kicked out some cozy heat. My husband‘s favorite touch was the small fans in the bedrooms. We are already plotting our next stay!
