We love staying here! Jay and the other hosts are all very welcoming and responsive. The bar and restaurant under the Airbnb is great too!

Upscale neighborhood with a nice downstairs apartment. Had everything needed. Washer and dryer. Quiet and clean. recommend.

This is a superbly located property- just off I 25 across the street from Safeway. Modern double pane windows keep out the sound and the dust. the rooms are spacious and the mattress comfortable. The bathroom showerhead was high enough for a tall person to stand under. The Laundry facilities are on the same floor It is an historic building and it smells it. The kitchen has utensils but no basic spices as I’ve experienced at other stays in the area.

I stayed at this lovely studio for an extended stay and it was wonderful. Modern, clean, beautiful art, everything you could need. Mark & Tanya are excellent hosts. Hot tub was a great feature. Deer walked up to the door a couple times. It was peaceful and tucked away, yet close to the town of LaVeta. 5/5

The place is unique and fun. Make sure you eat downstairs at Jay's resteraunt. The food was so yummy. I got a breakfast sandwich that was delicious. His hashbrowns are so good and the coffee was amazing. Jay came out to check on how the food was. He was very informative about the area and interesting to talk with.

An awesome stay on our road trip! Close to the restaurants and walkable to coffee shops. It was a very cute and clean home!

This is a lovely, little peace of heaven!! Nicole, allowed us to book this cozy place for a last minute girls trip. It was a surprise for my sister’s birthday! Check in was a breeze and we walked all over town. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to be close to all the cute and tasty shops and eateries!! Perfect for an overnight stay in downtown Trinidad, exactly as described and what we needed. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

Spring break start off and it was amazing. Just enough snow to keep the kids happy and content. Inside was comfortable and felt right at home. Kids can’t stop taking about it.
