This was our first visit to Trinidad, and we were so excited to find this amazing cottage, it was just right for our family of four, plus our dog. The fully fenced in yard was wonderful. We loved everything about it, and it was nice that it was an easy walk or drive to restaurants and downtown. It was super quiet. Beautiful home!!!

This is a wonderful, simple cabin with a really great outdoor space right on the river. It's an old cabin with old features that give it character, so don't expect new build amenities. It does have all of your basic needs. It was clean when we arrived, and the host contact communicated with us prior to our arrival. Google/Apple maps does not plot it correctly. Follow the directions given at booking. My family of 5 would absolutely book this again for another Cuchara visit.

The view of the Mountains are breath taking. When you really want to get away from everything, this is the place to go. The host was very nice. Their place was amazing. I would love to come back and stay again. I love how they have everything labeled. Like where, all the utensils are etc. I loved that they greet you, when you arrive. I love that they ask for your ETA. So they can meet you at the gate. I love how they gave you instructions on how to get to their cozy cabin. It truly was an amazing place. I loved not having phone service or television. It gave me and my family actual time together to communicate and actually do fun activities. I 100 recommend this place if you really want peace of mind and to get away from everything.

We had a great time in Trinidad and staying at the apartment. Check-in was seamless, the place spacious and well-decorated, and the building was peaceful. I would totally stay there again!

Kristi and her place was amazing! It was perfect, the condo’s lay out was perfect for our family. Had everything we need. The area is beautiful! Highly recommend and we will be back.

I hope I'm not to blunt when I say this, but I f**king love this place. My wife & kids had a wonderful time. I didn't think I would really enjoy myself here due the altitude which bothered me but overall that didn't stop me from enjoying myself. This place will definitely be my got to spot whenever I visit Colorado again.
