Great place made even better by excellent hosts. So hospitable, lovely to talk to and so accommodating. I really recommend this place. Chris and Kate really are ‘super hosts’. The place was perfect for what I needed and served by buses (NB. In winter time there are less of them) in a super location right by Bouley bay, costal paths and cycle route 1. I had everything I needed and more. Thank you both so much.

Claire’s cottage was beautiful, warm and welcoming with everything we needed. In a beautiful part of Trinity, close to pristine swim spots and only 10 mins from town. We had a very happy time relaxing by the fire and enjoying country walks. Thank you for a lovely Christmas ‘home from home’ with visiting family.

What a find! Booked last minute, due to a change in circumstances - feel so lucky to have found this gem! Everything was perfect. V comfy bed. A perfect base to explore from. Red squirrels Cockerells, and beautiful grounds. Rebeka was warm and welcoming despite being busy with arranging a celebration. I hope we can come back before too long, to Jersey, and to L'Ecluse.

This is a great cottage, very well appointed and equipped and in a lovely rural location. Alex was easy to communicate with. She even left us a Christmas tree to make the place feel festive. Would highly recommend.

It was a beautifully secluded location. The accommodation was pristine and nothing was too much trouble for the host, Teresa. We didn’t quite have everything we needed (there’s no kitchen or ironing facilities) however, we were left snacks and tea/coffee making facilities and we had a lovely chat about the island with recommendations for places to eat and visit. We would highly recommended the place for a peaceful, relaxing break.

Nous venons de rentrer de Jersey et nous sommes nostalgiques de notre séjour à la Fosse. Nous y avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Judy et Patrick qui ont fait en sorte que tout se passe au mieux pour nous, pendant ces 3 jours. Leur maison (encore plus jolie que sur les photos!) est située dans un environnement calme, en pleine campagne, proche de Trinity et Rozel et à 15 min en voiture de Saint-Hélier. Elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et nous avons apprécié de nous retrouver, chaque soir, au coin du feu. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Merci à tous les deux pour votre accueil et votre panier de bienvenue! Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir bientôt à Jersey, notre rocher préféré !

There is nowhere else you should stay in Jersey other than Melissa and Adam’s idyllic barn conversion. The property is set amongst beautiful fields and yet is such easy access to St Helier. The property itself is gorgeous, very thoughtfully put together. We stayed for a number of weeks and were completely comfortable and felt at home. There are chickens and pigs within the grounds and they are such a welcomed addition and provided much entertainment for our young son. Melissa and Adam are absolutely dream hosts; both are lovely people, very accommodating and genuine who did everything to make our stay a positive experience. It’s very easy to have as much privacy as you desire, whilst still being able to chat to your hosts (and hopefully get a cuddle from their lovely dogs). The property is perfect location for access to basically anywhere on the island. Five or so minutes to the zoo, ten into St Helier, 20ish to St Brelade’s Bay and airport. Absolute five star experience, thank you.

Herzlicher Empfang und immer Hilfe, wenn man sie braucht, schöne, helle Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne und allem, was man braucht, auch ohne Auto machbar, man kann zu Fuß zu den Bussen. Wir haben von hier aus eine traumhafte Woche auf Jersey erlebt und kommen gerne wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!
